Just got my truck undercoated here. All I can say is wow. Excellent customer service. Have had some terrible experiences with mechanics, not to name any names (Lawrence automotive Eliot maine you guys suck)But Keegan auto has restored my faith in mechanics being great! Highly recommend.

I am no longer looking for a mechanic. Alignment and rear shocks done on two separate occasions to my 2011 Hyundai and each time the owner was courteous and did excellent work for a reasonable price. I'll be back.Brie King

I recently brought my car to Keegan for a transmission flush, oil change, and inspection. The appointment setup was easy, and I got a text message reminder. The work was done well (transmission feels like new!) and completed same day. They were very professional and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable! Keegan will definitely be my go-to for all servicing and repairs in the future.

In a 6-hour trip passing NH I needed to have the car looked at underneath. I asked and heard in two separate discussions Keegan's was to be trusted. Very friendly and they saw me as soon as I arrived. I recommend the garage. The cost is as low as can be done.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had brought my car to another garage to figure out how to fix my air conditioning in my Hyundai. I bought it there twice. They couldn t find anything wrong. I got referred by Sarah Smiledge to Keegan auto. I didn t realize how close they were. They also have a mechanic that has worked on Hyundai s And they did an awesome job and hopefully I have my car for a few more years. I was really surprised. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, knowing I needed something with the brakes. My rotors were rusted due to sitting for a long period of time without being used and the engine was leaking oil in 2 spots, one of which was a major leak. After questioning why it was leaking from the locations (there was no rust on my vehicle) the staff explained what the cause was in detail. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.We will be bring our vehicles here for any future services and repairs needed.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

I never write reviews - but I felt compelled to do so after my experience with Keegan Auto this week - these guys were AMAZING. I submitted a message online Wednesday night and got a call back the very first thing the following morning. They were able to get me in the next day! Everyone was super friendly, the work was done in a matter of hours and they were were less expensive than another area auto place. Such a great experience. To me, Keegan Auto sets the highest standard of quality repairs and service that I've ever experienced. It starts with Kate, who treats you with genuine care and concern to get things right for you. She let me know within a day, what the issues were, what parts were required, and costs for the repairs, which came in well below other repair shops. With that in mind, I asked about the quality of the parts they use, and she said they use the closest to the original OEM parts made for my specific vehicle. They will even set you up with a rental car from Hertz, if needed, at a hugely discounted price. All together, I had all spark plugs and two coils replaced (due to an engine light code), and my front brakes replaced (needed to pass vehicle safety inspection). I had my car back, repaired and inspected in a day and a half. No messing around at this shop! And to top it off, within a few days I received an email from the shop owners, asking if everything was good with the repairs and service, and if I was satisfied. (Who does that, anymore?). After this long-winded review, I'll just say you can't do better than trusting your vehicle to Keegan Auto.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

I got a quote for brakes and rotors. I thought it was a very fair price. The final total did not change. They were very efficient and friendly. I have always had great experiences with Keegan Auto, Also very helpful that I work 3 doors down and can walk and pick up my truck when it is ready.9/8/22 Just got my routine oil change done. Staff was friendly as always. Amount was less than I expected, especially with synthetic oil and more quarts for a truck.Service: Brakes

I've been going to Keegan Auto for over year now and I love them! They are always accommodating and their staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They have 10/10 customer service. They are the only people I trust with my car now. I even got my dad start using Keegan Auto due to how awesome they are. This is a great local auto repair business. Had a number of items to be fixed: oil and filter, battery check, hood suspension replacements, and driver seat support repair. Mike and his technicians completed everything professionally. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Nice folks? Yes. Professional? Yes. Clean environment? Pretty much. Fair pricing and timing? Not so much. Our first and only experience with Keegan wasn't the best. Although we had an appointment scheduled and were told they were "wide open" when we scheduled, our car wasn't looked at until afternoon, though we had dropped it off the day before, thus making a simple job extend into a second business day. I have some experience in this industry, and Keegan is the first and only place I have seen or been to who charges both to examine a car and perform work. Usually, if a car is examined and you don't do the work, you pay for that time, but if you do, the charge to examine is credited toward the service. We were charged for both. We were also charged for the exam of a different component which we feel never occurred. The reason for this was a professional, polite call from the owner. We had issues with the tire pressure sensors. When Mike called, he asked "which two tires were you having problems with again?", and immediately quoted a price. If he did not know which tires we were inquiring about, he couldn't have checked them, yet charged some $66 for a "diagnosis". Good people, but we won't return because there were just too many questions left in our minds.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I've had Keegan Auto undercoat my truck two times over the past few years and both times it was professionally done. Proper amount applied without making a mess of my truck with overspray. I am very happy with the service I get at Keegan auto. I made an appointment with Mike for an inspection. I was able to drop the car off the night before using the key drop off slot. It was very convenient. The inspection was done on time with no problems. Mike and his family are very nice people. I bring all my family's cars there for inspection. If you need an honest family shop that does great work in a timely fashion then go to Mike's.

My picky father has been going to Keegan for a couple years and referred me to them. He recommend them because he thinks they do a great job for a fair price and that they are honest. I ve since gone for maintenance and an inspection. Every time I ve been happy with their work and professionalism especially last time (inspection). They put on a front plate mount for no charge which made me happy because I didn t want to mess with drilling holes in my bumper. I m glad that I have found a mechanic that I can trust and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I highly recommend giving them a try.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Don t hesitate for a second to bring your vehicle here. Mike and the crew at Keegan Auto have been very communicative, helpful and willing to explain their findings when they determine what needs to be done. They accommodated my schedule after I waited too long to get my car inspected and needed it for travel. They even talked me out of doing work on my brakes after I was certain it needed new pads at least. These guys are the family run, reliable, trustworthy mechanics you have been looking for. I highly recommend them.

Just starting bringing my truck here this year. The staff is always courteous and attentive. They are always on time. Very competitive on pricing. Service is always quick though I have only had routine maintenance for now. They always hand out treats for the end which I give to my wife. This was my second time using Keegan Auto for two different vehicles and I continue to be impressed by their efficiency and customer service. I am always able to make an appointment quickly and they get everything done quickly but professionally. They take time for personal touches i.e. check in after service, car seat cover to protect from grease, etc. Would recommend to anyone!Service: Oil change

Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price.While driving on Saturday, I noticed that the temperature gauge needle had moved to the maximum "Hot" level. I had to pull over several times to let the engine cool. I was able to get an appointment Monday morning. Brian determined that there was a problem with the cooling fan relay. The part was ordered and installed while I waited and, in less than two hours, I was back on the road with my car operating like new.I have entrusted the care of my beloved 2004 Honda Civic to Mike Keegan and his team for years now. They help me keep it in tip-top shape. I highly recommend Keegan Auto.

I was gassing up my Jeep when I noticed a huge puddle under my car. I managed to get the car home and gave Mike a call. He told me to bring the car in. He checked it out and discovered that it was the water pump.He fixed it and had it ready for me the next day.I believe that the price was fair and he did a wonderful job. He is honest and very professional and did not try to sell me things that I didn't need...like some other garages do. He got the car running beautifully.I would recommend him to my friends.Also, as an added surprise, when I picked up my car, I got a free box of girl scout cookies !
