If you are looking for a new Kia, Kai is your guy! Kai worked with me every step of the way from the initial order, to waving goodbye from the parking lot and everything in between. He kept me informed on all of the shipping updates, he walked me through the features of my vehicle to ensure I was comfortable, he went for a test drive with me, he even jumpstarted the paperwork process to make things go smoothly. He was patient and really cares what his customers concerns are. He is very personable and funny, which helped make the process of buying a car more enjoyable. Also, Jess and John in the parts department and Devin in the service department were fantastic. They ensured all of the parts/accessories that were ordered with my vehicle arrived in a timely manner and were exactly what I wanted. Devin even had his team give my car an extra polish while I was waiting for the inspection. Agata in finance was wonderful too, very organized, thorough, patient, and pleasant. She took time to go over everything with me before signing the dotted line. Specifically, Kai, Jess, John, Devin, and Agata are why I would recommend and continue using Enxing Kia, 5/5 stars. Those 5 people are the 5 stars needed in: sales, service, parts, and finance and the brightest ones in the bunch. Also, my new vehicle is amazing! I recently purchased a Kia Soul at Enxing. I came into the dealership a few weeks before buying my car. Awesome experience with Nick. He was very nice and had all the information I needed. I returned to the dealership with my husband, we were both very impressed. We got a good deal on the car. Agatha, the financial manager was fantastic, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to purchase a Kia at this dealership. Also, it was nice to be greeted by the receptionist, she had a very nice smile!

Excellent experience! Above and beyond customer service. No pressure negotiations. Believe it or not, my dog locked me out of my brand new car with both sets of keys inside. The men from their service department came out to my car and rescued me and my dog! I can't thank them enough. I would definitely purchase a car from them again!

Nathan was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, NOT pushy, and very responsive to the numerous questions and schedule changes we had throughout our process. Worked with me and got me a fair trade-in price for my car (which I feel is hard to get at most dealerships). Got my dream car yesterday and the process was seamless. Had to bring my 4 year old and she even had a good time :)I hate dealerships (lol) but would definitely recommend this one!

I just leased a vehicle from the dealership and they have treated me honestly and with tremendous courtesy throughout the entire process.The sales person was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the management team was accommodating to some of my needs and requests.I highly recommend you check this dealership out if you re shopping for a new car. Kia has really Done itself with some of their new lineup.

I can t say enough nice things about the team at Enxing Kia! I had a pretty serious issue with my brand new Telluride (purchased from a different dealership), and from the minute I contacted their Service Department, they were extremely professional, considerate, and quickly established trust. In the weeks that followed, Devon and Adam maintained that trust by providing exceptional customer service through honest, reliable, and proactive communication.In the end, not only did they fix my car, they helped me navigate a tricky situation with the manufacturer to reach a positive outcome. Enxing Kia went above and beyond to help me every step of the way, and I only wish I had come here from the start of my car-buying journey! I purchased my KIA from Enxing KIA and just had warranty work performed. Outstanding service. The service department was extremely accommodating getting my Forte GT repaired quickly. I apologize if I m getting the name wrong, Jameson from service tended to my car, got me into a loaner and updated me on the status of my repairs. When i got my car back it was cleaned. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Great job, greatly appreciate your customer service. Enxing KIA is no reflection of how the previous owners conducted business. You can just see the standard of service is much much better. I highly recommend them for both sales and service.

I wanted to wait a little while before posting so I could really experience my new Kia Niro. I purchased this vehicle right when Enxing bought out Dan O'Brian. I am their first customer. They are fantastic! I had a terrible experience with Dan O'Brien in concord. Poor service, incorrect information, false claims on prices. It was disastrous. Found the car I wanted at enzing and they provided me with all the correct information on pricing warranty information etc. They reinvigorated my positivity with kia. I love my car and I'm so glad that I was there first purchase. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!. Today is my first service appointment and I I'm looking forward to it. Again fantastic knowledgeable Etc!

Mac Reim helped match us with the perfect EV for our growing family. He set us up with an overnight test drive of an EV9 and we fell in love with the car.Mac (and everyone at Enxing Kia) was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our decision making processes. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we ve had.Though we don t expect to need a new car anytime soon, we ll be going back to Enxing Kia when we do.An exceptionally friendly place to buy an excellent car!

Bought a new Forte GT from Nicholas Dole last week. Out of all the vehicles I have bought over the years, Nick was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me features I would have never discovered on my own. He was also very pleasant and never once made me feel pressured.

On Monday of this week, Mac Reim, a wonderful salesman told me he would put me in a car by Friday. I had my doubts, however he made my dreams come true. Mac was very knowledgeable showing me the features of my new Kia Soul and introduced me to the corrective drive accessory, as well. I want to personally thank Mac for exhibiting a TOP-notch sales experience. Thank you to the Enxing family for creating such a family-friendly and comfortable dealership.

Was car shopping all day today & have cash in hand. We were treated well at every dealership on Lafayette. Arrived at Enxing (I've purchased 4 brand new kias prior at the same location) a gentleman walked out and I asked why the prices of the vehicles were no longer on the vehicles. He said they're online. If I wanted to shop on my phone for a vehicle I would have stayed home. I asked him the price of one of the vehicles on the lot and he threw out a price and didn't seem like he wanted to try to sell a vehicle at all. Highly recommend their service department so this rating is based on sales.

I m not an avid review writer but want to give credit where it s due! I had an incredibly wonderful experience here today. This was my first time buying a car in over 5 years, and my first time doing it alone. Nicholas and Justin were phenomenal to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in and received a fair (great) price on the car, and wasn t hassled for add on s or extra fees. Nicholas was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the car buying process and all the features on the car I was purchasing. Justin got my finances situated quickly, while taking the time to explain my options. Both very personable and wonderful to work with. I was in and out in no time. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience!

I m a hobbyist mechanic and stopped by the service department to get an inspection for my car. The staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. They managed to fit me in right away and went over a couple things I might want to fix in the future, never once did I feel pressured to buy a service from them. Fantastic customer service and 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

I had a really great experience with Enxing Kia. In particular, Emily T was excellent. I have bought a lot of cars in my time and never had a transaction go so smoothly. The pricing was well below any of the 3 competitors I visited. They gave me more than what I was expecting on my trade (I had my KBB and Edmunds comps ready). They were also open to me bringing in my own financing if I could find a better rate than Kia could provide (which I ended up doing). A lot of times the car price is contingent on using in-house financing. There was never any pressure. Emily followed up throughout the process and was very responsive. They didn t blink when I wanted a specific make/model/color that took about 6 weeks to come in instead of pressuring me to buy something before the end of the month on the lot. Very pleasantly surprised and would recommend anyone give them a chance if you need a KIA.

Worked with Kai, he sold me a K5, one of the few out there right now...I liked his demeanor and that I wasn't hassled for anything while I was there by anyone.The vehicle was MSRP and that's it, which was great because I don't like to haggle.Overall I will be reccomendding this dealership to friends and family for their calm professionalism.

We love working with Enxing Kia! We get a few of our vehicles serviced here and we have nothing but great things to say about the service department! They give us important information about our vehicles that we bring in that need to be addresses! We also love that the owner's family is involved in all aspects of the dealership! You can tell that everyone that works here loves to be there!

The website clearly states they take the Kia care choice maintenance package but I called just to be sure. When I got there for my appointment they told they don't take it and the oil change would be $104. I asked for my keys back and the service agent said "You're already here. You should just stay and let us change the oil". This made me feel like they lied just to get me in the door. I didn't stay and I reported them to Kia for not accepting the plan.

Went to many other Kia dealers to try to find a specific vehicle, they couldn't get one or gave me the bait & switch. Enxing Kia was honest, straightforward, and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially our sales advisor Nathan Dang. There were no surprises here and we took a 45 minute drive from Massachusetts to purchase our vehicle from Enxing Kia.

Bought my first brand new car from here about a week ago and the process was great from start to finish. I worked with Mac most of the time, but Lexi also helped me during the initial stages. Lexi was very kind, answered all my questions, and made the process of testing out several options so easy.Mac was also very nice and there was never a feeling of being pressured to buy a car I didn't want or pay a price I wasn't comfortable with. He took the time to explain how ordering a new car worked, walked me through the steps, and actually got me into the car I wanted a few months before I was even expecting! When the car arrived, he then spent more time walking me through all the features, making sure I was happy with everything, and has followed up since to make sure I'm still satisfied with the purchase.If you're looking for a new car, this is the place to go. I was told the out-the-door price from the beginning and this is exactly what I paid upon delivery. I wasn't sure that even existed anymore, so kudos to the whole team at Enxing.

They are not providing any RMV administrative services for buyer who are MA resident. You have to deal everything by yourself.This information was not provided until I have arrived to the dealer to pick-up the car (it was so frustrating)After we've closed the purchase process (after I become official owner of the car) they use the car without my permission. It was 16 miles before I go to the RMV and after I came back there was 19 miles on the car. 3 Miles is not a big deal but this it was happened without any explanation why. (I've trust issue due to this event)I've emailed that I wouldn't any dealer sticker on the car days before my appointments and I remind them on the phone as well although they add a dealer sticker while I was dealing rmv stuff and I requested to remove the sticker. They remove the sticker but they scratched the brand-new car. (This was frustrating as well)One last think they only provide front plate frame not for back I mean I already replaced the plate frame with the nice one but this is very cheap way to cost saving if the purpose for cost saving.These are my experience. I hope this will be helpful for potential buyer and the dealer to improve their services.

I was in the market for a new car and leaning towards a KIA. However, I refused to do any type of business with Dan O'Brien KIA from previous experience and who has had legal issues related to misleading business practices. I saw Enxing KIA took over the Dan O'Brien KIA dealership in Hampton. I stopped by Enxing to check out the 2023 KIA Forte GT and spoke with Agata. She was able to show me what they had available on the lot. There was no pressure or the heavy handed sales pitch tactics that make us hate car shopping. Enxing gave me the best trade in value on my car and a great deal on a new KIA Forte GT. I didn't have to do the back and forth negotiation that I experienced at other dealerships. They gave me the best deal in about 15 minutes along with a great finance rate compared to the current market. Before I purchased the Forte GT, I looked at Mazda 3, Honda Civics and the Toyota Corolla's. All of which are great cars, but for value, and features the Forte GT is clearly the winner. Not to mention the KIA warranty. I was shocked that Honda and Toyota are only offering 3 year warranties on their vehicles. Plus most automakers are going with the CVT transmissions. The Forte has the dual clutch transmission which you can't beat along with 201 HP. Corolla XSE has 180 and Civic comes in with only 150HP.I would highly recommend Enxing KIA for any car purchases. Agata was extremely helpful through the buying process. The whole buying process was very easy the entire staff including the service department were very accomodating. Leaving the dealership, I was very pleased with my purchase and felt that I got a great deal on my car. I'm all for supporting our local businesses and Enxing KIA is one I will support in the future.

I had a great buying experience at Enxing Kia. I had placed an order on a Kia Carnival when this dealership was under previous ownership and was not impressed during that process. All of my experiences at Enxing, however, have been very positive. Nick Dolle was wonderful to work with, professional, and always helpful and patient during all of our interactions. Love my new Carnival and would definitely recommend him and this dealership to others!
