The owner helped me out by getting a set of batteries for my semi. He then stayed until I got there at 2 am and helped put them in. Stand up guy for sure. If you need a tow or something related, this is the place. 1000 stars out of 5.

Needed a short tow from my house to shop. Would not have believed it was so difficult to get a tow service. Call DoT Monday, they said they were very busy and couldn't get to it until the end of the week. Thought I could get it done elsewhere, no dice. Called back Thursday afternoon and they got me in on Friday morning. Professional, personable and dependable. I have a new towing company!Service: Car towing

Amazing customer service! They were able to pick up the van we needed towed on the same day and arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. The woman I spoke to on the phone quoted one amount and I realized afterwards that I was charged slightly more than the quote but assumed there must be a reason for it (weight, mileage, whatever). They reached out to me on their own to apologize for the mistake and initiate the partial refund without me even asking. Absolutely amazing customer service! I will definitely use them again if we need assistance towing a vehicle and highly recommend them. So nice to find such a trustworthy company!Service: Car towing

Friendly, professional, and fast. These wonderful folks came and jumped me when my battery died and I called AAA. They were there within 25 minutes if when I called. The man that came out was friendly, and had my car started very quickly. At the same time, he ran done quick diagnostics on the battery and shared the results with me. He didn't have the right size battery in his van, but called the office to see if they had one there. They did, so I took the short drive over there, and they had my battery replaced and me in my way in under 30 minutes. Couldn't recommend more!

I don't write reviews but here one is.I'm the smart one who locks his keys in my car..at 3 am. Knowing towing services can help. Called one..to late to do it...second place...to far away but gave two other places to give a call.Called d.o.t first and the gentleman on the phone said he got me. Pumped that he was able to help but also thinking it is going to be and hour or so before they get here...nope 10 mins he was here. Tim was the good sir to help at 3 am...that man should get a raise and the gentleman who helped me on the phone aswell. Dot was contacted by AAA for a tow from Plaistow to Danville, 15 minute tow. At 1st, be there in an hour, then 3 hrs, then 5 hrs. After waiting 4 plus hours, called another local company and was picked up in a half hour. I understand that most companies have issues dealing with AAA, but when you associate your company with them, do your job or get out of bed from them. I called these guys and they were here in five minutes. He was super friendly and even told me how to reset my keyless entry code. I was having a super bad day and my car getting locked and running in middle of the street made it worse. This gentleman was smiling and got the job done in two minutes. This was the probably the fastest, most professional service I ve ever received. From the minute I submitted a request online through my provider to the minute he left my driveway was at most 15 minutes total. Excellent service, would use again and recommend to anyone.
