My daughter was traveling back to school when her oil light came on, her trip is over 6 hours and she was 3 hours into her trip. And with it being MLK I wasn't sure if anyone was open. I called this shop and thankfully they were open. My daughter got her car there and got her oil changed. She said the guys there treated her with respect.Just want to say Thank you!

We needed a last minute oil change in the middle of a long drive and I m so glad we stopped here! It was very quick and I didn t experience the usual hassling that happens at other auto repair shops. Have been going to Jay's for years. When doing an oil change he checks tire pressure as well as other fluids and does it quickly. I also have him do my stste inspections. Would highly recommend!

I will never not come to this place. It is warm and welcoming, and they are super quick and efficient. When I first moved up here, I did not know a lot of the rules and they were more than happy to explain everything to me. They even didn t charge me for the first inspection after I didn t pass (dark tint from out of state) and waited to charge me until I passed with flying colors.

Since moving to NH from Cali I just had to find a auto shop that I could trust. They can always get you in for a oil change which makes it flexible for everyone. If you need tires out on then make a appointment which makes sense They also gave me a great quote on snow tires. I could just hang out and talk all day with these guys super nice people.

I went in on Friday to have my inspection done. I was there for a minute because missed a spot on my body work so they couldn't pass me. I went home and fixed that spot. I called Saturday and told them it was me and they said as long as I get there a half hour before closing it should be fine. I didn't make it so I went in on Monday at 3:30, which was 2 hrs before they close. One of the guys ran out to my truck before I even got out of my vehicle and he told me he had told me before that he would need me to drop my vehicle off for the day if I wanted it inspected or atleast half a day because my "vehicle is an 06 and they would need to go thru it like a fine tooth comb." I explained that they never told me that, but to make sure that I show up atleast a half hour early and that this day they were open for another 2 more hours. At this time the parking lot was completely empty, not another customer on site, but he said they had an oil change to do and that when I called they didn't realize it was me and wouldn't be able to get to me. Well, they must think I am stupid because I am a woman, but I know how long it takes to do an oil change and I have also had atleast 25 inspections done on my lifetime.I don't know why I was discriminated against but when I went home and told my husband where I went he told me a couple years ago the same place sent him away and told him that even if he fixes the issues with his truck that they wouldn't pass it.An inspection should be an inspection and everyone should get treated the same, but I guess we look a certain way so they don't like us.Will never ever give these guys business! Why? Because if you need 2 hours to do an oil change and 2 hours isn't enough time to do an inspection, I have no clue how they are making any money with there business. They would never make it in the city

Just had my oil changed and they really do try to get the job done well and fast. He also has fixed many tires for me and will be honest if a better deal is available on line ect... long time business that serves the town of Gorham

Friendly.Efficient.Got me right in.I will never go to Prompto again.These people were really great and made me feel so welcome...it was a pleasure getting my oil changed...something I normally dont like doing...

Usually have always made Jays my first choice for oil changes. Not after the way I was treated yesterday, I will not be back anytime soon. I made a special trip to gorham from Northumberland, to get oil changed. Needles to say that didn t happen. I tried calling and no answer. I went by Siri telling me they closed at 1pm. Greg was very rude, and very abrasive.. it was 5 after noon at this point. Was told that Siri didn t say that to you. So I pulled Siri out and showed him. He states that s not Facebook .. no doubt I never said anything bout face book. Gosh moral of the story is Very poor customer service here!

Technician turned my headlights to off from auto even though there for just a oil change. I was traveling from there to South Carolina and had not had a reason to use my headlights. At dusk we ran into a violent thunderstorm and since my flood lights always run and I always have my lights on Auto I thought they were on. They were not because the technician turned them off. It put me and others in a VERY dangerous situation!!!Service: Oil change
