I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Crossroads Collision Center. From the second I drove in I was greeted quickly and kindly and James assessed my vehicle immediately. He was fantastic and let me know that he could not guarantee under 30 days for it to be back to me, but got me in much quicker than he or I both thought. I had my vehicle back within two weeks. Vanessa updated me often to let me know the progress which was so helpful. I am extremely happy with the repairs. My forerunner looks brand new inside and out. I can t thank you all enough. Fantastic job! I will be a forever customer And will tell friends and family the same. Congratulations on running such a successful and satisfying business. Thank you again. You all ROCK

The person I spoke with was not able to help me but he was extremely informative and pointed me in the direction of someone that could. He was kind and took the time to explain "Car Talk" to me. You could tell he was a good guy, not someone out to make money. If my car is ever in an accident, I am definitely bringing it to this place.

Very disappointed with they job the did on my sons car. They could not schedule the date correctly and it moved to get the work done. Then after they quoted it they called me and told me they found more damage proving they improperly quoted the job in the first place. Just before the job was supposed to be finished got a call and they asked if I wanted to spend an extra $260.00 to fix a mirror. Finally when the work was done they told me that there would be a 3.5% credit card charge fee. When I asked them to waive the fee the guy told me that was their policy. When I told him I was going to write this review he said Really you re gonna waste your time telling people about this . I guess that s what crossroads collision sees as good customer service. And yes it was worth the 5 minutes to write this if I protect one other consumer from this company.

A collision repair center that went above and beyond repair service. Office staff, and personnel were professional, open, courteous, and listened to concerns. Other 2 centers I went to in the area, treated you like a number, Crossroads treats you with dignity as a person, would highly recommend Crossroads.Collision Center.

I originally chose them because they have the highest google ratings out of any repair shop in southern NH and now I know why they do and I m glad I did!You know how Customer Service these days, well, is terrible? Well this business stands out because their customer service is AWESOME! They respond to you very fast and the work they do is top notch. Crossroads Collision Center did an excellent job repairing the long scratch someone purposely put along the passenger side of my Explorer, from the front fender, over both doors. It looks great! I ve used Crossroads twice for body repair and paint work. Excellent customer service, very easy to work with. They call with regular updates, and the work is impeccable. These guys were worth the wait.It took a little over 3mos to get an appointment (called March, seen in June) but they were the only body shop in the area who would look at my Tesla (rear bumper damage)Convenient location with overnight drop offGreat communication - called and emailed to confirm drop off date, called multiple times with updates on repair statusMost importantly they worked around a tricky scheduling issue, completing the work literally minutes before we had to leave for a family trip!A+ would use againService: Body & Trim

I ve had the misfortune of needing a collision center twice over the last few years, and my god, these people here do a great job! This last time I got my car back as clean as it was when it was new. Their work is seamless. Found James in their office, and even though they were extremely booked out, he felt that the fender scuffing on our vehicle could possibly only need to be buffed out. We agreed to a date to attempt to squeeze our vehicle in, although it didn t work out we picked a 2d attempt and I received a call at end of day it was successfully buffed out and fender looked good as new. My point is that they took the extra effort and went out of their way to make a new customer feel welcome in a caring manner. Should any of our vehicles ever again need body work I will call Crossroads Collision.We are extremely satisfied customers.Service: Body & Trim

Crossroads Collision provided one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Everyone there is super professional and genuine. Transparency is very important to me, and the damage to my vehicle turned out to be somewhat more than initially expected. James, at the front desk, kept me well-informed throughout the whole process. The owner, Mike, is clearly very invested in quality service. The business was super helpful and very friendly. However, was not able to get my car in as quickly as I had hoped. Although the body work and customer service was excellent, I wish I could say the same for the color match. The side panel on the bed of my practically brand new F150 was replaced, and after having a chance to look at it under various lighting condtions for the last week or so the color of that panel is now a shade or two darker than the passenger door and front fender. I had to get my car fixed from an accident and after searching reviews and speaking with people, I decided to use cross roads collisions. It is probably the best decision I ve ever made. James at the front desk was amazing. Super helpful to the day that I picked up my car! They call often and let you know what s going on they don t just leave you in the dark. And when I came to pick up my car, they even cleared off all the snow and helped me move my stuff from the rental into the car. You will never find service like this anywhere so if you were looking to have your car repaired Definitely look into crossroads collisions. You won t be sorry.Service: Body & Trim

My car was damaged in a fire and scheduled to be repaired in 3 months which was fine since everything worked. Unfortunately it did not pass state inspection because the plastic over the tailhlights was cloudy.
