Been trying for a couple of weeks to reach this RV Service with no luck. I've left several messages to no avail. So my 1 star rating speaks to communication only.

The awning on my trailer was pulled off by torrential downpours while camping in Guilford NH. I called Thompson's in the morning and he was here that afternoon. He did a great job taking care of removing the awning and caulked the holes in the side of my trailer to prevent any possible rain damage. He even removed the broken awning and support brackets. I hope I never need another repair call, but if I do, I'll be calling him again.

I called and explained what the problem with my camper was, and Dennis told me what he thought the issue was. He made sure he had the parts he needed and contacted me back promptly. We made an appointment and he was there right on time and started checking the issue out. He made sure what the problem was and then replaced the parts needed to fix the problem without any unnecessary added expenses. Very helpful in explaining to me exactly what the problem was. I strongly suggest anyone with an issue with their RV or camper give him a call. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

They came to the house to troubleshoot an electrical issue with our RV. They figured it out quickly and helped us save a lot of time, money and headache on our next camping trip. These guys are AWESOME! So happy to have them local.

Replaced water heater parts. We have had Dennis winterize our trailer for over 12 years. No one is better.

Sean did an amazing job of fixing a pretty big opponent, finding some factory issues as well, quickly and for a fair price! I highly recommend him for your RV service.

Came out on super short notice to fix my toilet, and replaced another gasket that I was originally just going to put up with (the toilet bowl didn t hold water for very long) very professional, friendly and easy to work with!

We arrived @ Laconia the Saturday Bike week started, the 23 foot trailer hauling our Motorcycles- back axles springs had broken- contacted Thompson ( called saturday @ 430pm) scheduled a visit for Monday some time- Dennis showed up we were out riding- upon return to the RV- Dennis had already began repairs had to go pick up springs, and a tire for us gathered all the materials- repaired and now we are ready for return to Texas- Highly recommend his services -Quick, fairly priced for the work completed.

I woke up to no electricity. I checked the breakers and nothing was working. I called Thompsons at about 10. They showed up about an hour later. By 11:30 I had power and he was on his way.
