I've had two occasions to deal with Lake City Auto Body and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend! They are professional, attentive, easy to work with and reliable. They say what they will do and do what they said! Bill is a pleasure to work with, from estimating to working with our insurance company and even going the extra mile and cleaning up the interior really nice! There are many auto body shops, but this one is hands down, the best!

Just picked up my car. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the body, they cleaned the inside... REALLY WELL! What a treat in sandy, salty March! They were recommended to me by friends. Now I know why. Communicative, friendly, detailed & accommodating. Highly suggest you check them out for your autobody needs!

Bill and his team run a phenomenal operation at Lake City Autobody. Brought my Audi SQ7 in for a fairly minor front end repair and Bill got a new bumper in, prepped / painted and on the car in a matter of days. Furthermore, his team cleaned my car inside and out so it looked immaculate when I came to pick it up. Lastly, his office person (can't recall her name) is super friendly, professional and sharp. Overall, just a great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

Just wow!I was in need of a repair shop very unexpectedly and at the worst possible time - holidays and moving into a new home and trying to be in before Christmas. I called and spoke with Bill. He asked me to send over the insurance estimate and he d take a look at what he could do. The next morning I got an email from Bill letting me know all the parts were ordered and he d have them by end of day. I dropped the car off having no idea what I was in for. Not who I typically would use for my repairs either. It s not everyday you get daily email updates, an estimated total time for repair, and then getting back a week earlier then I was told and have the car look like a brand new car inside and out. Car was detailed upon return and the car looks just it did when I bought it! Unbelievable. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND*

My car had been waiting to get looked at by another body shop, called Lake City Autobody and they got it in and diagnosed within a week. Bill is great to work with. Great experience!

I m extremely happy with this body shop. When my husbands car needed an insurance claim and body repair following a deer strike , I found this company online. I chose them because they were local.What a great find!They assisted me with everything including all communication with my insurance company, and kept me in the loop almost daily.Only days after setting up this repair date, my daughter broke down in Concord at 10p. AAA was called and they needed a place to tow the car. I had Bills card from lake city and gave it to the tow truck driver. I left a voicemail to tell the body shop that my daughters car was going there because I didn t know what else to do. We re new to the area.They diagnosed and fixed her car cramming it into a 4 day timeframe so she could go back to college that Friday. No appointment. Just dropped on their laps. I cannot say enough about their customer service and understanding. It was completely fixed the day before she was to leave for school. Phew!They repaired my husband s car as scheduled a week later and it looks great.I recommend these guys 100%Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery

My Toyota Rav 4 recently failed inspection due a hole in a panel under the vehicle. Mike s Auto Care recommended Lake City Auto. I was worried about the cost that might be needed. But as soon as I enter their office, I was greeted in a very friendly and professional way. I met Bill Giles to discuss the hole issue and again he was also extremely friendly and professional.They brought me in, in a very timely manner and when the work was finished I received the bill which was exactly what they estimated along with the photo of the work done. I never once felt intimidated or skeptical. I am very grateful to have been recommended to Lake City Auto by Bill at Mike s Quality Car Care. Thank youService: Welding

Lake City actually repaired the lower front body panel on my 26 foot travel trailer. The panel was heavily dented and warped, with a 2 inch square hole in the center of the dent. Don t ask how it happened. I told them to try to repair, rather than try to replace, the panel, since the original manufacturer had gone out of business several years ago. I noted that I wasn t expecting perfection, given the difficulty of restoring the panel to its original shape. Well I got it back today, and it looks absolutely great, darn close to perfection. Better than I ever would have imagined. The panel looks like it was never dented, and the patch of the hole is barely noticeable. Totally satisfied with the work. If I ever need body work on my SUV, Lake City will definitely be my first choice.Service: Body & Trim

The work I needed done to my truck was pretty straightforward. I needed my rear rotors and pads replaced. I got a call cause the pads were in decent shape, but what was needed was the rotors. The price was good and the staff was friendly.

Medium sized dent on back quarter panel, took it to 3 places on my own, quoted at $1,800, $1,600, and $2,000. Had my fianc� bring it here and the quote she brought home was $4,500 with almost 30 hours of labor. A little too obvious

Lake City Automotive is Laconia's new auto-service best-kept secret. The body shop has been augmented with mechanic service by Jim Cochrane, former mechanical wizard of Prestige Automotive. If you're an established Prestige customer, you got a card in the mail. If you're not, go check it out. Call in the morning, if you call in the afternoons there may be nobody near enough the front desk to hear the phone.
