Your installers are cleaning up as I'm writing this. They have done an incredible job, are very cordial and are aware and have a great attention to details. I am extremely happy and very impressed with both of their work ethics and quality of work! Please make this know to both Eric Burke and Mark Austin that I'm extremely happy and will request them on phase 2 for the rest of our windows in the near future!Sincerely,Scott Walton

Not a reputable company...stay away. NO GOODWILL, Dishonest, unfair, fraudulent, cunning. To provide a few adjectives appropriate for VP Tim O'Connor! I am a widow, and was promised by the owner of Riverside Glass (sold to Granite), a little more than a year ago, (who understood I was caring for my ill husband), he would replace the top cover of our shower doors which had totally faded, and one of the tarnished bars on the glass door. These items are totally under warranty, NOT to tarnish, or fade. Upon calling Tim, he vehemently denied any responsibility for the warranted parts, I was promised would be replaced. He was the most UNKIND, SELF-SERVING, ARROGANT, POMPOUS, individual I have encountered in a business environment. He does not have a "Kind" bone in his body. There are numerous companies thankful for your business and will treat you with the utmost of kindness and gratitude. My advice...please do not look for trouble by going near this company!
