This morning our vehicle was left running and locked with our only key inside, thanks to a mechanical fault (door lock switch) . I called A&B (open 24 hours) at 8:14AM, they had the car open and done invoice and all by 9:12AM. Professional, clear communication, reasonably priced and lightning fast. The technician was awesome. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. An awesome experience for a bad situation. Thank you A&B.

I had A&B change out two sets of locks for me. The entire process was smooth from the initial phone call setting up the appointment to the updates of arrival time. Both locks were installed properly and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for all your locksmith needs.

I had an emergency where the front door lock on my rental condo broke and my tenant and her family were locked out. I called A&B and Bill came and quickly resolved my issues at a fair price even though my condo is far outside of his normal work area. Service like A&B provides is rare these days. Bill even had treats for my tenant s golden retriever. I am grateful for Bill s help and I highly recommend A&B Lock and Security.

A & B Lock and Security not only showed up fast, but they showed up with a great attitude. The guy who helped me out was incredibly friendly, and he even gave my kiddo a little toy car. After making the initial call, they were able to get me back into the house within 30 minutes. Great company from my experience!!

I just wanted to say and thank the company and Sam himself he was very awesome wicked cool to talk to you know and I loved how he came out the next day when I called you know and it only took them less than 24 hours to call me back but he made it out here and my keys are made Thank you again Sam at a&b Lock and security and did a great job man I appreciate it

I didn t have keys to the 130+ year old front lock. A&B showed up on time and were able to rekey the old lock to match the keys of my back door. Price was as quoted. They even cleaned and oiled the inside of my lock. I would highly recommend.

Look no further for your next locksmith! I had a great experience working with Brian & Sam at the Dover location. I was struggling to find someone to program the second set of keys & key fobs I bought online for my 2010 Ford focus and Brian got me right in just two days after I called. It only took 20 minutes and it was an extremely fair price! Everyone else I called either couldn t fulfill my request because it s an older car or they required that I buy new keys from them so it would cost hundreds more. Highly recommend these guys for your locksmithing needs!

i was locked out of my business this morning at 6 am on mother's day. i called several locksmiths and nobody returned my call. brian didn't have to return my call because he answered the phone! he connected me with one of his team members who was ready to come but gave me an idea that worked! saved me money and solved my problem. great people!!! very polite and helpful.

I was having door problems and Drew saw me attempting to fix it- not only did he step in and fix it (on his day off mind you) he got me set up with Sam to change out our door hinges so that I wouldn't have problems in the future. Sam was kind and prompt. 10/10 would recommend

We locked ourselves out of our house after hours on a Friday night and Bill came out to us quickly and was very friendly and professional! For an emergency job after hours that was a 45 minute drive the pricing was very fair. Hoping to never need a locksmith again but if I do I will certainly be calling A & B Lock again. We got to our condo late on a Friday only to find out we were locked out. They drove almost an hour to unlock us, and were so wonderful. They even gave my son a matchbox car! So now my son remembers this as the awesome night he got a toy car lol. We are so grateful and couldn't recommend highly enough!

My mother-in-law was locked out of our place and I called Bill late on a weekday to help her (I was a couple hours away). Bill was amazing and very professional and prompt. He went above and beyond and even used his ladder to put up smoke detectors that a squatter in the house removed. Bill used his own batteries and was super helpful with a very stressful situation. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

I somehow locked myself out of my car and was on a tight schedule. Bill, the technician in the area and President of A&B, understood the predicament I was in. He arrived within minutes of my call and within 10 minutes I was back in my vehicle and on my way. Bill was friendly, personable, and prompt and the fee was fair. Hoping this never happens again but if it does I will be calling A&B...thank you, Bill!!

I locked myself out of my house and they were here in 30 minutes to help me out. After explaining we had just recently moved and the keys/locks were all weird and messed up our technician asked if we wanted to get new keys, new locks and have them installed today as well! They immediately fit me in today for all of that and even saved me some money with a lightly used lock/deadbolt. Super nice, super professional, super helpful, super reasonable prices! Our technician was also super sweet to our pup which made us very happy besides the work they did.Services: Building lockouts, Lock rekeying, Installation, Building key copying, Door lock & bolt hardware installation

We needed some new door locks put in, and we also needed all of the locks rekeyed. This company was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Richard showed up and did an outstanding job, even noticing another door in our house that was not closing properly and adjusting it. He was friendly and very professional. We would definitely call them again if we need a locksmith.

Brian and his team were excellent to work with! They were very professional and knowledgeable about their products and industry. They were able to get us set up with the exact system we needed within our budget. We made some changes during the process, and they were very flexible and made it seamless for us. Great friendly service seen a guy at gunstock inn working and took our son to his service truck to give him a hot wheels car and then took the time to explain to him what he was doing and was very friendly definitely look towards these guys for great service

I had them order a Toyota key fob and when I found the one I lost and cancelled the order he was very gracious about it and didn't charge me.They are good people.
