I always enjoy the service I receive at Monro, but the main reason that I am a repeat customer is because of their Store Manager, David Devine. Whenever I call, David does his best to get me an appointment at the earliest possible time, and he always works around my schedule. I appreciate his excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person. He is pleasant and always helpful in explaining to me what needs to be done to the car. I appreciate that dialogue. While I was waiting for my car to be completed, David was busy the whole time, politely speaking to people on the phone and also to people that came into the store. It would be easy to get flustered because of so much activity, but he stays calm the entire time. Monro is VERY fortunate to have a manager like him. I know that I will always get great customer service when I deal with Monro because of David.

I have had brakes, exhaust work, tires and alignment done here.Nothing but fast top notch service from Service Manager and his Team. Very competitive tire prices when ordering in advance

Brought my Mazda here very good work and very nice people very knowledgeable and try to help every way they can. I appreciate the time they took and explained everything. Bringing my jeep now lol. Great people great prices great knowledgeable staff what else could u ask for

Vehicle was brought in very close to appointment time. Work was completed in a timely manner. David was friendly and professional and worked with me to make the process as affordable as possible,actually coming in under his estimate.

I'm posting an honest review. They are great mechanics and operators of all vehicles. I can trust them and that is rare for me I never relax when my vehicle is being worked on. My Challenger rt 6 speed manual loves going there to be driven and cared for. I just give the key/fob and say nothing. They know how to handle the vehicle. And on a side note for all those looking for great mechanics, things break on cars when working on them, laugh it off and pay for it. The mechanic is like the brain that makes sure the body is going to operate correctly, if the brain is angry the body wont-work correctly. If the brain is happy, the body will work better than it was designed in the first place. Thank you for being a great team.

Took my vehicle in for an inspection the other day and Dave told me the car won't pass as a result of bad windshield Wipers. I had just replaced them less than a year ago. After waiting around for over 2 hours, I say ok just to get the hell outta there. He gives me a price of $27.99 for the longer one and $24.99 for the other. So between the inspection and wiper blades the total comes to $103. Are you effin kidding me! They've lost my business!

Sadly I had an unfortunate event driving in the hospital parking lot. A car came head on to me. I swerve to not hit the car. I hit the sharp edge of the Curb. It took a chunk of rubber made out of my tire. My tire deflated almost instantly. I called around to price a new tire. Monroe was ever so helpful. They were so understanding and willing to work with me to get me what I needed. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. They quoted me I might have to have an hour wait time. But in fact when I got there at 10:30. They took my car right in took care of everything that needed to be done. And had me on my way in 45 minutes. David and the crew at Monroe you're amazing. They were super helpful, super understanding and patient. Answered all my questions. Thank you so much.

My husband brought my car here for me. They passed everything except 2 little chips in my windshield. We took it same day too 2 other places and they said that if everything else had passed on it they would have let the chips go. Well got it fixed today and they still wouldn't put a sticker on my car . Not happy. I should have waited for the other garage to have availability. Now have to get it inspected somewhere else. Over the years I've heard good and not good things about this place but not good would be my opinion as of right now.

I had an awesome experience with Monro and they put brake lights and signal lights in my car,only charging me for the bulbs and waiving the labor fee. Thank you. It was excellent service.

People often say "Stay away from big name or chain automotive service garages". Since moving to the area last year I've needed a few services on my car. I gave Monro a try and now recommend them when people ask me where to go for car service. It's not about the chain or name on the garage, it's about the team and mechanics working there. This Monro has a great team of mechanics working there. They're thorough, can easily pinpoint problems and future problems, honest, and won't steer you wrong. David is a great manager, super helpful, has been able to schedule me in whenever I've called and asked if/when he could. Antonio is equally as helpful and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a automotive service performed on their vehicle. They won't steer ya wrong.

Dave and his crew are truly in touch with the customer and their needs. I went in yesterday for an inspection, and though he was clearly stressed at being short an employee for the day, Dave took care of me, no questions asked. Done and done. My inspection is now current, and it didn't kill the bank account.I'll be back for sure - if only to be treated respectfully and fairly. This place sets the standard for customer service. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future.

John is the manager and is very knowledgeable and honest. I came in for an alignment and oil change and asked if they would check my vehicle out for other problems. Upon inspecting my vehicle he informed me it would not be a good idea to do the alignment since I needed a lot of front end work which is what I kind of knew. He let me know what else was wrong with the car and make my decision based on waking into the bay and having the tech show me everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for services.

Picked up a nail leaving a Friday night concert leading to a Saturday morning flat as the family and I were about to head home. Despite only two technicians on hand and full bays, they took my van in as soon as I could get there, patched the tire, and had us on our way within an hour. Also took care of a young woman while we were there who similarly had an unexpected issue.

David and the crew were very helpful both times I had car problems. Both times they were quick to get my car back on the road running great.Had to update my review because once again they were able to work around my schedule finding me new tires for my work truck. They helped me out so much finding ones that were in my price range. They are highly recommended.

Staff at first may seem grumpy. But well knowledged. They will go the distance to help. I forgot to tighten my lugs one day. I wemt in and expressed my concern. The service person herd what I forgot to do and before I knew it he was asking me where is your vehicle? I stated where amd he went rite over and tightened the lugs as well as checking the others. No fee. So I gave them enough money to get the workers on a ice coffee or whatever they choose to. It was nice to see someone who just jumped in to make my mistake safe.

I showed up minutes after close, driving on a spare for 20 miles already after getting a nail in my tire more than 100 miles from home. David stayed late to fully patch the nail hole and was so gracious and kind! Thanks for helping us get home after a long weekend!

These guys are always so nice, they get us in and out quickly and never overcharge. I was hearing a brake noise and went in assuming I would need pads or brakes and everything looked good. They could have said I needed brakes and I wouldn't have even questioned it. The best part they didn't even charge me for looking it over. These guys are great 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I've been using Monro Muffler in Franklin for a couple of years now. Good work and fair prices. I specifically trust Johnny to keep me and my family safe when we drive!Update June 2021: Returned recently and Nathan was super helpful. Very efficient with great customer service!Update August 2023: I still go to Monro every year for my inspection and car maintenance. The people have changed over the years but David and his crew are great! Very trustworthy!

Got a flat tire in NH and AAA placed the spare tire but before I headed back to MA needed my tire fixed and replaced. On a Saturday was hard to find a place opened and willing to do the job before Monday.When I called Munro in Franklin, they said to bring car over. They did the job while I waited and could not have been nicer and efficient.They actually saved me as I need to be back home Sunday.Gladly recommend this place!

Took my car in and it turned out we needed a radiator. I had my baby with me and they were able to give us a ride home so we didn't have to wait there for a long time while they fixed it. They were even able to come back and get us once the work was done to pick up the car. Excellent customer service from Dave and his crew! That's why we've been bringing our vehicles there for years!

Our brand new car ended up with a bubble in the tire which we thankfully noticed as we were on our way out of town. The guys at Monro were able to get us in and out in 30 minutes and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to get on the road. And on New Years Eve! Great experience as always.

Can't say enough good things about this Monroe Muffler. Dave always provides excellent service at a great price. There are no surprises and my experiences have always been very positive. We have been satisfied customers 10+ years.

David and the team at Franklin Monro are amazing. We were down the block when our vehicle started making an alarming noise - we called and they sent a technician to where we were to check us out, found the issue, which they were able to fix back at the shop and send us on our way within an hour. So grateful for great mechanics like the ones at Monro!!

We've been going to Monro Auto Service in Franklin, NH for the past several years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest service center. Today, David and his team completed an inspection of our 2002 Toyota Solara suspension system, when we thought the rear struts might need replacement. It turned out that everything checked out just fine. We know from personal experience, that a dishonest service center could have easily taken advantage of us, so my wife and I were extremely pleased that no repairs were necessary. This type of integrity is what will keep us coming back for future service on our two vehicles. Kudos to you David and your team.

These guys were amazing. I realized I had a flat tire earlier and called them and they told me to bring it right in. I was back on the road within half an hour after they patched it. They were honest and kind. You really can t find better in this area. I will definitely be back for more services. Thank you!

I was on my way out of town and my car notified me my rear tire was more than half the psi it should be. Monro muffler was the second place I went to looking for someone to quickly check the tire so I could get going on my trip. They immediately took my car in, did a patch, and I was on my merry way. Everyone was friendly and accommodating; I definitely recommend! I also have a couple friends that use this business, and it s been in Franklin a long time, so you can t go wrong!
