Great customer service, reasonable appointment scheduling, and all around kind people, are just a few ways to describe how I feel every time I have my vehicle serviced for any reason. No problem is too little or too big for them in the 3 years or so I've been a customer of theirs. The shop hourly rate is excellent. Turnaround and communication has never been a problem. Any time I pop in for any reason I feel respected and appreciated as a person, guest, and veteran. I highly recommend Hawthorne's to be anyone's go-to spot for vehicle repairs!

Shane the owner was great , I explained my mechanical issue with my jeep and he had us fixed up in a day. We will deff. Be back for repairs when the need arises. Fairly priced as well.

Very welcoming helpful listened to my concerns and addressed them. Fixed what was wrong and didn't try to sell me on things my Jeep didn't need. Will definitely be returning when needed.

Hawthorne's is a pretty trustworthy place, I've gotten my car fixed there a couple times. They get the job done quickly, for good prices. My go to mechanics.

I've dealt with Hawthorne's for years and for good reason. I take my vehicle there, my wife's car and have referred friends. We've always had necessary work done and never felt like anything extra was being added in. If Shane can get it done for $14 then that's what you pay. When something comes to $1400, I always have a solid explanation of what needs to be done and surprises are rare.

Went in with a small piece of fiberglass in my tire . They had it repaired and I was out the door in under 15 minutes. Super nice guys... I will be a return customer from now on... Quality work done right .....

I've been bringing both my vehicles to Hawthorne for over a year now, based on the recommendation of a friend.They have been absolutely great - super reasonable prices, good quality work, and good customer service.Highly recommended!

Horrible with communication and just didn't seem to want to do the work had money been calling for months trying to get something figured out and in the end couldn't get a call back or anything to happen. Horrible customer service experience with this one..

They are very shady! Quote one price then after the work is "done" they want more money. They nickel and dime you for razerblades & paper towels "shop fees". Not to mention they say they completed the whole job when they only half-assed part of the job but not doning all the work they just over charged you for! THINK TWICE! Especially if you're a female!

Gave a great price for first repair but then said I had bigger problem to fix when I got second opinion found that not to be true was told 1000 plus to fix . But second opinion was a 3 dollar part 60 to fix.

I brought my car there they said I needed a new trany that was going to be a lot of money but I went some were else Come to find out it was a 50.00 dollar part so no I would not bring my car back there
