I was so incredibly grateful for the quality service I received at this store yesterday afternoon. I'm a college student from out of state, and whenever I have car problems, I don't have anyone to help me. I needed to put oil in my car and I had the oil & funnel, but I couldn't get the cap off. The mechanic who last gave me an oil change twisted the cap on incorrectly, and it was impossible to get off. I came to AutoZone, and met Anthony C. I explained the situation and asked if he could take a look for me. He said "Absolutely!" Anthony was kind, enthusiastic, he explained everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to get the cap off and helped me pick out a new one (we ended up having to break it off... that's how bad it was screwed on!). I don't know what I would have done without him. Anthony went above and beyond what is required of him, and I can't express how grateful I am for his help. I hope his excellent service is recognized by the owners and AutoZone corporate! I've always had great service at AutoZone, and their great employees are one of the reasons why I always choose to come back.

I shopped at the store in Palmyra, Maine!!!Such Fantastic People Working there!! So friendly, Knowledgeable, and Helpful!! One of the things I needed help with, the young man wasn't completely sure about so he asked someone who was more knowledgeable about it... I think that's fantastic!! Too many people won't ask for help!! Colleen, the store manager, was the one who helped him/me. She was so very nice and friendly!! A smile on her face and showed the young man as she helped me. Great Leadership skills!!!

I'm very grateful that you were open last night. My car battery died. I was greeted by Tyler and he was so helpful. He made sure my battery was died and then he helped me hook up the new. He was so helpful even when it was almost time for them to close. He made sure my daughter and I would be able to make it home. Thank you Tyler for everything you did.

It's sad that the women of Franklin NH can't shop here. Because if they give their information to them, it will be used for personal use to try to get a peice of tail. Don't give your info to Tyler G he will hit your girl up to try to get some. Extremely unprofessional.

Like the convenience of the stores location. Tjm n the crew were nice enough to keep open so I could have my car battery checked. Due to them closing in 9 minutes. Had to bring it back to be " fully charged" then found out battery was junk. Had to get a replacement.

Very awful visit. We were greeted at the cash register with attitude. Than our cashier basically accused my husband of trying to steal a $10 mini wrench. The dude asked where it was and my husband said he put it down somewhere, the cashier then made my husband go with him around the store and find it after saying that's not where it goes. Very rude and unfriendly. We will not do buisness with this store again. It was an old guy very messed up. We ended up calling the regional office because we were at such awe.

I visited this Autozone location on a trip and was in need of repairs. The location was easy to access and had ample parking. The Employees were more than helpful able to help me get the correct part even though I would have to wait till my home state to fix my issue.

Needed a new battery for a 2017 Veloster, which needed a jump start from AAA to get to this AutoZone store in Franklin, NH, this morning (1/26/21). Sorry I didn't catch the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me - one with the testing and purchase, and the other (I believe a supervisor or manager) with the quick installation. Both were courteous and helpful, with good customer service skills. No waiting as they were adequately staffed. All in all, an efficient transaction which was, to use a battery pun, entirely on the positive side !

Good service, clean store, but I just got told in 2018 they changed warranty on brake pads/shoes so that normal wear is no longer covered, AND that this applies retroactively, so the pads i bought in 2017 are not covered any longer. They did go ahead and replace them for free because I was buying rotors. I'm ok with them changing warranty on new purchases but they need to honor warranty on old purchases.

It has been a number of times I have gone in with a part or part number and they can't seem to find it. Yesterday 6-29-19 was the last straw after being patient for years with dealing with them. I wanted a battery for a 1999 Polaris 335 4 wheeler, I had the original in hand but they could not find this particular machine in their listings. 20 minutes later , I walked out without a battery. Went to O'Riellys and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with a new battery. Good place to buy car cleaning products on sale though.

Nice people, the only ask you once if they can help you and I like that. I hate being bothered by every staff member asking if they can help you, sometimes you just need to think.

The first time I was in this location in 2013 there was an ex-employee who was drunk and was yelling about things and he was fired. I let that slide as a bad experience. However I just went there to get some parts and while my experience wasn't "bad" it was anything special. The cashier seemed more involved with laughing with his employees then catering to my needs. I needed some parts for my car and the response was nothing more then "we don't have those parts". Didn't even mentioned they could be orderd in which I obviously knew they could be. I'd suggest going to the Concord location as they are very helpful and friendly.

These folks are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you get the right part. If it's not in stock they will track it down and in most cases get it the same day. Need a special tool? don't want to buy one? Just ask tell them what your doing and they loan you one of there's free! They are always happy to see you.

I had gone to Autozone in order to get a low beam light for my car and the employee who helped me sold me the wrong one. I threw away my receipt thinking the employee knew what he was talking about and gave me the right light for my car. I went to return it and they would not let me because I did not have my receipt even though I specifically asked if this part could be returned if it was the wrong one. The employee said yes and didn't say a thing about the receipt being needed. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I trust that I will be sold the right part at a car parts store. Overall, the employees were rude and unhelpful and I still have not received my money back for the wrong part.

The guy that helped me remembered my car and helped me pick out proper floor mats and stuff that would fit appropriately. He even helped me get my old rusty license plate screws out and installed new ones! I for one was so grateful!!! Definitely recommend this autozone to all of my friends. He was super friendly and a riot helping me find stuff. Thanks CSR #07.Subaru Forester girl

Called about an issue with my car, thought it was a more expensive part than what I needed. They reccomended something less expensive and easier to fix, and it solved my problem! There for you, not to upsell

It's an Autozone...Soooooo I will just say this. I have bought brand new junk. Stuff that didn't work straight outta the box before. But this one has fairly knowledgable staff, very friendly and eager to help. Store is clean and organized. One of the better ones I have been too.
