Friendly. Had clutch replaced. Never had transmission leak before. Since clutch replacement there was a leak. Brought back and told they sealed up shifting tower. I think that means it was filled to much. Weeks to get appointment. That said transmission is still leaking but I honestly can't trust.

Had the transmission in my van go bad on me during a road trip 400 miles from Farmington, I called Ace to see if I could tow it there for them to take a look. Not only were they super friendly on the phone, but within 24 hours they were on the phone with me letting me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix.Less than a week later, my van has a new transmission and I'm back on the road. These repairs aren't cheap but it's great to know that when you spend the money, your car is being repaired with care and expertise! I cannot recommend Ace Transmission enough!

Awesome service. Both Steve Sr and Jr were a pleasure to deal with. Prompt call backs. Saved thousands on a rebuilt transmission as compared to dealer quote and received a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. Dealer only offered 12k mi/1 year for $3k more. Our regular mechanic recommended we call Ace after he looked over my husband's car. Steve went over to that shop to read codes and assess the problem even before we brought the car to him. He was able to get us a quote fast. Diagnostic was a bit expensive, but we trust his expertise. Although we ultimately decide not to put in a new transmission, we're thankful for Ace and the time they gave to help us out.Hours on this Google page may not be up to date. The shop was open past 4 PM when we dropped our car off, and it was closed Saturday morning when we tried to pick it up.

Ace is definitely the place to go for repairs, my truck needed some work, the dealers price for the repairs were out of this world. I brought my truck to Steve and it was fixed right for less than half the cost. Gotta say! This is probably one of the best experience I've ever had taking my car for repairs. It was last minute and even though his schedule was packed he fit me in. For a tremendously reasonable price, my truck was repaired in a much quicker time that I would expect if I had called for an appointment. Thank you very much

Ace Transmission has always been there when one of our cars need repairs, drag car needed transmissions rebuilt. They answer phones are are honest mechanics with great prices. Older Camry had electrical issues and diagnosed super fast and after dealer told me needed new computer found out an ABS sensor wire in rear was sending bad signals to computer. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I had my ford escape towed to ace.. 3 days later i was called to pick up my car.. I got there and was assured it was in great working order. I paid them the amount which I thought was reasonable. I left headed to rochester and made it 1.5 miles before it blew out again. I had to pull into rite aid. I immediately called ace and the tech who did my car gave no help and i was told they wont back up there work. my car failed not their work. So I brought it to a new shop where i was informed the only new part was a rubber ring.. everything was corroded and rusty after i was told otherwise. Never again!!!! Poor professionalism.

Traveling through NH from NY and the transmission on my Tahoe failed in Rochester, NH. Called around for help and was referred to ACE. ACE suggested a tow company and arranged for delivery of a factory rebuilt and guaranteed transmission. Car was delivered to them late afternoon of that day and the car was ready for pick next day a 2pm! Could not have asked for better service! Great job guys. Thank you
