Volvo Cars of Exeter, and specifically Stephanie DeMatteo, could not have made the process of trading in and leasing my new car, any more pleasant and stress free. After stopping by one afternoon on my way home from appointments to explore what options were available, I was able to test drive the cars of my choice, make a decision on the best fit, trade my car in for top dollar and be in the car of my choosing for exactly the monthly payment I hoped within 2 days. Awesome place!

Had an amazing experience at Volvo Exeter. Nolan was great in maximizing the value of the trade in, and getting me the best price for the new vehicle. I worked with Henri on the sale, who was very knowledgeable and personable. Henri did an amazing job setting up the Volvo app and showing me the new features differing from my older model. He made sure every question I asked was answered thoroughly, can t recommend him enough for any potential buyers. The team was excellent from start to finish and I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Best in class customer service Volvo Cars of Exeter redefined my expectations of working with a dealership to purchase a car!Here is the story of one of the best overall consumer experiences I've ever had working with a professional and courteous team :)I started my search on CarGurus. I wanted a very specific car �a 2018 Cadillac CTS AWD Luxury �and Volvo Cars of Exeter had one in stock.The Sales Manager Nolan L. reached out within an hour (it was the Saturday of a holiday weekend too). He let me know he saw my email and that the car was still available.At first, I was a little hesitant. I live in Massachusetts. Volvo of Exeter is in New Hampshire. I thought things like... "What if they don't take me as seriously because it's a used Cadillac and not a Volvo" or "Am I really going to make a purchase of this size without talking to someone face to face?"Nolan L. treated my inquiry seriously from the jump! On the first call, he walked me through... 1) the car itself e.g. history, specs, etc. 2) he made understanding the process of purchasing a car in New Hampshire and being from Massachusetts easy, 3) he set clear expectations about next steps to purchasing the car.Next he and I explored my loan options together and discussed the deposit process to take the car off the market by completing a purchase and sales agreement together. Mind you �this is all on the same Saturday �Nolan L. was very prompt in his communication. By Sunday (New Years Eve), we had agreed on a deposit and setting up a date for the test drive.I'll be honest. It felt a little funny putting a deposit down on a car I'd never seen in person, talking to a person I'd never met. Nolan L. did such a great job hand holding me through the process that it took a lot of that anxiety away (thanks Nolan!).Nolan then handed me off to Henri D. to complete the purchase process. My wife and I made the drive to New Hampshire with the intent of test driving and finishing the purchase process.When we arrived, the car was already parked out front, fully gassed up, and ready to go! Henri D. introduced himself, I gave him my license for the test drive, and in less than 10 minutes I was already in the vehicle driving around Exeter (we accidentally went right when we should have gone left Exeter downtown is really rad check it out if you are looking at a car)! Henri D. told us to take as much time as we needed, and he gave us a helpful route that would bring us back to the dealership.When we got back, Henri D. and Nolan L. had already drawn up all of the necessary paperwork before we arrived! At this point, they handed us off to their business manager Oliver S. He was also fully prepared they have a very seamless buying process using a mix of digital tools and inked signatures.Oliver S. was very helpful and personable. We talked about our common interests while going through the process (he has a really awesome dog!) He prepared all of the paperwork we needed to complete registration in Massachusetts this was beyond helpful and clear to follow.As a product manager, I am constantly judging the smoothness of any experience. I was really impressed at how well coordinated this team of three separate people were. They worked together without causing any friction or wasted time for me as the customer.From the moment I walked through the door for the test drive, you could feel there was a focused effort to get the deal done. And I do not mean this in the "car salesman" way that I think everyone is trying to avoid in the car buying experience.They were all about efficiency, customer experience, and helping me have peace of mind while making a large financial commitment. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this.I am not joking when I say this experience made my wife and I want a Volvo! She started looking at SUVs almost immediately on the drive home. This team likely won life time customer loyalty by selling a car that wasn't even from their brand.Thank you Volvo of Exeter team for exceeding every expectation I had in the car buying process!

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had!! Henri is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable! Oliver helped us through the car buying process and made sure we had exactly what was needed for our family. Both of these men stayed over an hour past the end of their day to make sure we were all set with our purchase. Can t recommend them enough! If you re looking for a new Volvo, please visit Volvo of Exeter and ask for Henri!

Rick was fantastic! So knowledgeable and patient! We had a lot of questions and test drove multiple cars. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and answered each of our questions completely. We didn t have the best experience at a different dealership in concord and we walked away not purchasing the car we wanted. Rick gave us the exact opposite experience and I would highly recommend him and the Stratham dealership overall.

Michael and the Volvo team in Exeter were very helpful and informative in helping me find my best fit lease option. Michael took the extra time to show me everything the car had to offer. The experience was easy and there was no pressure. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase/lease a new Volvo.

The Service Department at Volvo Exeter has provided outstanding support to my wife and me. Whenever I've had issues with my Volvo they've been so helpful with explaining my options from an objective point-of-view and I always feel comfortable that they have my best interest in mind. Eli, in particular, is a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend Volvo Exeter enough.

It was a pleasure working with Mya. She is knowledgeable about the vehicles and has an easy going approach that made the experience much more pleasant. The educator discount was also a plus which is a positive reflection of the company for me. In addition, my uncle who was with me when I bought the vehicle, was very impressed with Mya and her sales style. His career was in the automotive industry and he still works as a consultant so I value his opinion. I would definitely work with Mya againand have already referred her to others!

Smooth lease turn in (21 XC90)/new car purchase (23 XC90recharge) experience at Volvo Cars of Exeter. Nolan and Adam made the process as pleasant and efficient as could be, without being pushy or giving off the always dreaded classic sales guy vibe. The deal was fair and competitive, I didn t feel the need to shop around at all. The showroom and lot were clean, organized and well maintained. I will be back for servicing in the future.

From my phone call at 10:30 Sat morning (4/6/24) inquiring on a pre owned 2021 Volvo V90 AWD on their lot. Henri answered my call and couldn t have been more helpful in making my trade-in go more smoothly. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and when I arrived the car was sitting up front ready for me to test drive. We can recommend Exeter Volvo without hesitation. Our salesperson, Michael Coogan, was as helpful as one could be and not once did we feel any pressure to buy. We were interested in two vehicles they had for sale, made an appointment to see them, and on a cold morning Michael made sure the cars were side by side, all heated up for a test drive- very thoughtful of him. He very patiently sat with us and went through the new and unfamiliar Volvo instrument cluster with us to get us on our way after the purchase. The place seemed very agreeable and unhurried, unlike any other car place we had been. First place we'd check out if we are ever back in the market for a vehicle.

Our experience of buying our XC40 from Volvo Cars of Exeter has been nothing short of outstanding! Mya greeted us pretty quickly and had a friendly, no pressure way about her that we instantly liked. Even though we owned a Volvo, we had only used the dealership once right after it changed hands from Wentworth, and we weren't impressed at that time. Things have clearly changed! I think reviews are great to read when all goes well, but also when things aren't perfect. In our case the seat heat wasn t working properly after we purchased the XC40. Mya bent over backwards to make it right, as did the service department. The entire process from working with Mya before and after the purchase (thank you, thank you, thank you!) to working with the rest of her team Oliver (finance), Krystal and Dan (service department), and Nolan (manager), I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Exeter. Their communication (via text so nice) and desire to make us happy stand out to me as their greatest strengths. They made the process easy and enjoyable.

Recently purchased a new XC40 at Volvo of Exeter . Working with Henri Duverneau- he was fantastic. Courteous and patient with all my questions and professional and supportive through the decision making process. He's also been very helpful since my purchase which I greatly appreciate not being savy with all the tech gagets .Highly recommend Henri and Oliver from financing is wonderful as well. Everyone at Exeter Volvo is so nice! Very happy customer here , love my car too!

Although i did not purchase a vehicle here i would highly recommend seeking out Gael if you are in the market. He was knowledgeable, honest and personable. Gael was able to answer every question i had and was great at explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle.Nolan was also a great help and provided many options for me as well as being understanding to how I wanted to proceed.

When my husband and I decided to buy a new to us Volvo XC90 we interacted with a few different dealers in the car buying process. By far our best experience was at Volvo Cars of Exeter, in particular with our salesman (Michael Coogan) and the sales manager (Nolan LeBlanc). Not only was Michael knowledgeable about the car we bought but they were both straightforward with us during the buying process with no pressure and made it actually enjoyable to buy a car! With another local dealer I didn't feel that same warmth and openness with the process. After purchasing our car yesterday from Volvo Cars of Exeter, Michael was so amazing teaching us all the tricks of our new vehicle. He was so incredibly patient, helpful, and made us feel welcome to reach out with any questions we have. I would 100% buy another Volvo from Volvo Cars of Exeter in the future and in particular from Michael!

This review is coming from another car salesman. The most important selling point was Nolan stuck to his word. We try and make it easy. He did just that. Nolan answered all my questions and even corresponded in a timely manner before I picked the car up. I told him how I wanted to pay for it and he made it happen. Nice job boys. This won t be my last Volvo from here.

An amazing, low stress, wonderful experience.As a first-time Volvo buyer, Nolan was fantastic- explaining all the safety features, service coverage and fun features. Based upon my feedback, he recommended the XC60 Recharge and I couldn t be happier.He and the team at Volvo Cars of Exeter made everything easy - no hassle, great communication and they pulled out all the stops to get it ready for me to go in a tight timeframe.

My fiance and I purchased a used 2017 volvo xc90 through volvo cars of Exeter and to say it was the best experience we've had at a dealership is an under statement! The staff was so friendly, and our sales man Michael Coogan was exceptional! He wasn't pushy at all, and we brought our 15 month old daughter with us and everybody was so patient and friendly with her! They got all of our concerns about the vehicle taken care of and we were able to pick it up the next day! I absolutely love the car and will be doing business with them again!

I recently purchased a CPO XC90 from here, and the whole process was extraordinarily painless. Michael Coogan assisted me in the process since I was coming from a few states away and he made sure everything was taken care of before I even showed up to look at the car. After seeing how well taken care of the vehicle was I couldn t say no. Thats when I was handed over to Oliver in finance who made the deal and treated me like family. I definitely recommend this dealership and will be coming here to purchase my nextVolvo!

I bought my Volvo here five years ago and have been so incredibly happy. I take my car to service all the time, and everyone is so professional. They send videos with explanations and are incredibly helpful. Will be back again and again for when it is time to upgrade!
