As always, the team at New England Truck Center took great care of us today. Waiting for a roadside service can be a pain sometimes while Penske tries to find a vendor. That's why when we're broken down in the New Hampshire area I tell them to just call New England Truck Center. They were able to source the fan belt we needed and get our truck rolling in about an hour and a half. Hopefully we don't need them too often, but I will always call them first when we do.

Avoid these guys, please. If you don't they will rob your money.Don't realize if they have a new truck.New trucks will take you the right place.But their tongue isn't appropriate.If you debate them, they will break or cut your wires.Make sure them what time they are leaving from shops.

They could have replace replaced at tire and charged me 400$+ instead it was just a valve stem and waved 40$ for being a veteran! They know their stuff and don t exploit people Thank you Russel for helping me out during a hard time!

Misquoted / upcharged.Told 520 for tech to arrive and perform min two hour work by David.Tech showed up, worked one hour just diagnosing, and wanted to charge over $1000.3% fee of total bill to use debit card.Charge by hour for arrival and departure.(One hour to me , one hour to leave) 450 total.$225 hr with two hour minimum$120 for mileage and tolls$25 for shop and supplies.Questioned price in regards to quote received and tech Don cussed me out complaining how he has been on the job for 12 hours, and if I don't pay now, he was gonna charge me another hour.

Great people to deal with. The truck design went very simple. With the amount of custom work that went into the truck, I was amazed how easy they were to deal with. The paint work was excellent. A great crew at New England Truck Center. Service after the sale was spot on.

I got in a car accident before the I-95 exit on 101 East. New England Truck Center was there to tow my vehicle quickly and safely, and also get me safely off the road. They were also able to tow my car to my apartment in Manchester without a problem. Thank you to Nathan, David, Wendy and Stacie for a smooth and supportive experience!

NETC took care of what I needed done. They ordered tires for my ffth wheel and set an appointment for me. When I arrived for the appointment, they promptly got us in. Pricing was fair, and the service was outstanding. All staff was friendly. No issues, and I highly recommend this establishment!

My driver was stopped by a state trooper 10/28/22 he was discharged out of service 10 hour with the wording that he does not believe that the driver will stand all this time.Officer that's why he called this towing service and the employee did not even tow the car with the trailer, but simply sat down at the wheel of the truck and drove himself to the parking lot and for the fact that the NETC employee "rode" on the truck, we paid $1236 !!!I believe this is a fraudulent scheme by NETC and a local state trooper

AVOID AT ALL COST, they Have no remorse for the human being and purposely damage parts on your vehicle if they believe you may not be smart with cars. Then as a customer I would call back and ask why my brakes are not working even tho I had them do a oil change and they tell me to bring in and charge me a $275 fee for just looking at the car and won t return the car until I pay the $275 and I didn t even want them to do the brakesThis place needs to be shut down and investigated they are crooks. Will be filing a written report with the BBB

These guys can build one hell of a truck. Any issues or concerns we have had have been addressed or corrected shortly thereafter. Great bunch of people up there very friendly and helpful.

Avoid this company!!! My 2012 Prius was towed 4 miles after an accident - Cost $973.00 to tow. I instructed the tow driver not to tow the vehicle. He said he had already hooked to the car. Charged $21 fuel charge; to disconnect battery & remove fluids $135; Storage fee $85 (vehicle was towed from their lot within 24 hrs) plus Administrative fee $95.David the dispatcher said don't worry your insurance will pay for all of his. He was most concerned that I had full coverage insurance. I recommend never allowing this company to touch/tow your vehicle.

I can't express my gratitude more to New England Truck Center. My antique truck had a flat in Concord and they were extremely responsive and Rich was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst service I have ever gotten, especially from an agent, David from dispatch. The way he spoke to us (who is the second language speaker) was not ok. He was racist, rude, and was unacceptable. He was not helpful, and degrading to people whose language is not English primarily. We got into a car accident and needed to retrieve our IDs and important belongings but he would keep yelling and get frustrated when we tried to call and update and asked for the next steps because we weren t sure what to do. Worst place you will ever be. Would not recommend to anyone because how discriminating we have felt. And would not even recommend this company to anyone to utilize. You would just get yelled at for being in a car accident.

Thanks SO Much to the Team at New England Truck Center for your professionalism and world-class service. While on vacation at a local campground, the rear-tire lost the bead on our Class-A Motorhome and needed to be repaired prior to driving hundreds of miles to get home. Even though we didn t have a pre-scheduled appointment, your team squeezed us in - that same day - to have the wheel pulled and tire bead reset safely & securely. You took great care of us while we were away from home and, you did it at a VERY reasonable price! Many Thanks, once again.

Had a dump bed stuck in the up position. Called around for roadside assistance early 7am and got a lot of "maybe we can get to you later in the afternoon." NE Truck Center was onsite within an hour and fixed the problem. The driver had finished working an overnight shift and stayed on to help. Very professional and reliable service.

Last night our tow was services by Jessie from New England truck center, from Boat US. We had a bearing issue where the wheel fell off our bass boat trailer and the boat and trailer were sitting in the road on the axel.Jessie showed up right at the agreed 30 minute mark and knew exactly what to do in order to get the trailer and bass boat up onto the trailer quickly and correctly. He then brought the boat to our long driveway and backed it in and dropped it perfectly in place with no issues, no second tries. They were personable, great talent and awesome service. Thank you to New England Truck Center and a shout out to Jessie for great Saturday night service! Many thanks from our family to yours!

Very busy shop! Needed to have the brakes on the RV looked at. Camped local for 6 days till appointment. Brakes are good. Service was quick, pd 135@ hr for RV service. Was relieved by their honesty.

We were referred from our mechanic at another shop since he was too busy to meet our deadline. I explained the situation on the phone and they said they could get us in sooner to do the work. So I got on the schedule. Our mechanic called and spoke with the other mechanic at NETC to give him a rundown of what needed to be done. I also dropped off the itemized list ahead of time with them so they could be ready to actually do the work on the day we dropped it off. Not only did they instead do another inspection (which we didn't ask for and subsequently had to pay for) but wasted an entire day of our time by not doing any work. When we picked up, they gave us their list of things that needed to be done- as if we didn't already give them a list with the exact same things on it. So they didn't even look at the paperwork I dropped off ahead of time. Front desk woman was very rude on the phone, but okay in person.Also idk what they did do, but all of our items on the inside were thrown about everywhere, even things that had been secured in cabinets. It looks like someone ransacked the place. Some of our items were even smashed and broken.I was very surprised by not only how I was treated, but also the lack of respect shown to my time and the time of my mechanic who referred me. I will definitely be telling him not to refer any business to them in the future.EDIT: in response to owner. I had no problem replacing the entire brake system. What I had a problem with was that I told you that was the issue from the beginning. It had already been diagnosed. You would have known that if you read the paperwork I brought in early and when I made the appointment. It's the rude behavior and poor communication that ultimately led me to make arrangements elsewhere not a lack of desiring complete safety.

What an amazing group!!! We are always looking for a trusted mechanic to work on our Neptune RV. That search has now ceased. This is the place to take care of all your motor needs. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, thorough, and only had our RV for 3, yes 3 days. And we got an inspection sticker! Bonus.

Screw these guys. Otr trucker here. Alternator went out called them for road side service. Explained situation he wanted payment up front or a credit card number up front. Explained that once job was done I'd pay on site my boss was gonna wire money. He declined the service said he wasn't wasting his techs time on someone who had to have money wired! Sry but I'm southern bad accent n he was straight Yankee to me!

Went the extra mile. Great customer service. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was awesome and happy to help. Office staff, yard attendant, driver, and the folks on the phone were all terrific.

ROAD SIDE FRAUD ARTISTS. Verbally incoherent and intoxicated lady picks up phone. 199.50$/hour for travel time where they are 80 miles away, says it will be 9 hour s of travel back and forth and other charges that can only disclose after coming on site??? Save your money and go to mechanics, not criminals.

These guys are a bunch of crooks.My son's car was towed 2 miles here after accident and the bill was $350.00 for one night storage plus the tow charge.

Although my circumstances were less than ideal, I had my car towed to Al's automotive and I unfortunately could not make it up there by thr time they closed and wouldn't dare leave it for the night due to the crazy fees all towing places have! So an extremely nice employee drove there around 1030pm in the rain so I Could pick it up! Another employee even checked my coolant (in the scary part that blow up) because my friend and I noticed the reservoir being empty and thr smell. Thankfully he did because it was bone dry! Great dudes

This towing service has poor customer services. The tow truck driver said it would cost less to bring it to there lot vs taking to my home. When I went to pay the tow fee it cost almost double than it would if I just brought it home to begin with. They dont tell you it has to be payed in cash. They charge high rates and dont tell you about all the fees they have, and there's a good hand full of them. All in all they are rude, untrustworthy, very pricey.
