Jason was great to work with he was personable and knowledgeable.However, the passive aggressive and pushy approach the finance manager used when trying to sell a warranty made me feel uncomfortable.Additionally, they said they couldn t offer me $500 more on my vehicle because then they wouldn t make any money. However, they just listed it for 15,553 meaning if they sell it at that price they will have made $7,383 off it, which is still profitable for them.Go somewhere else.UPDATE:I got the most random Facebook message with a screenshot from the dealership and some women. Out of respect for her privacy I m not sharing her screenshots.Apparently this is what the dealership said about my comment about the car not being priced right: Neither of those customers realize the $5-6k we had to put into them in order to get them to retail level, or are taking into account how many price drops we will need to do in order to move them as they age on our lot. My SUV had brand new tires put on in August 2024, regular maintenance done to it, and was detailed regularly. There s no way in hell there is 5-6k of work that needs to be put into the vehicle. They would have sold it to auction if that were the case and they wouldn t have given me 8,500 for it.The other reason I know they didn t do anything to it other than list it is because it still has my alumni sticker, my old inspection sticker, and Yankee fords sticker on it. If they really put all that time and effort into it in the 3 days they have had it you think the stickers would be removed.Stay FAR AWAY from these people.

I have had nothing but problems with this place. I brought my kia there to have them do an oil change and to see if they can figure out why my oil was running out so fast. They told me they didnt see any problems during the oil change, and that they are going to mark the dipstick to watch the oil leve and to go back in ablut 6 weeks to see if went down. So sure enough I go back, they look at it and notice a leak in some seal. (Shouldnt they have noticed this when i initially brought it there to get looked at for this reason? So they said they would order a new part and let me know the cost. I said forget it because I had plans on getting a new car anyways. Anyway, I bought a new car (not from them) so I decided to start getting my my oil change through them. Well the 1st time I went, the next day my oil light came on my dash. I was completely out of oil AFTER AN OIL CHANGE THE DAY PRIOR. So I called the shop and told them and they have to have my car towed to them to have it looked at. (I HAD to miss a full days work because I was without a vehicle.) I asked for a rental.in the mean time and they did not. Well come to find out, the person who did my oil never removed the filter gasket so when they put the new filter on it had 2 gaskets so it wasn't sealed. Now 3 months later I go back to them for another routine oil change. And about a week later I notice a smell that smells like burning oil or antifreeze or something anytime I started my car. Come to find out, the oil dip stick was NEVER pushed in all the way, so oil was spilling out of the top and spraying all over my engine. I'm still waiting for a call back. What a joke!! You'd think such a huge well known company would have much better service. I'm very disappointed in what's happened. 3 times going and 3 times it's been problems.

Working with Jake at the Collision Center was an absolute breeze. Contacted about getting my car repair - he took it off my hands and contacted insurance companies for me, set up a rental, and had my car done within a week. Also returned my car with the outside looking gorgeous... could not say enough about their work!

I give this Place five stars although I had a service truck ordered in April and could not wait until December for it from the factory I still recommend this place Tom is great in commercial sales! Sadly I had to cancel my order and buy a used vehicle as my service truck desperately needed to be taken out of service. I realize it is not the dealerships fault that's a factory cannot deliver the vehicles.

Bought my new Ford ecosport last night!Can and Scott were very polite and helped me pick out the car I wanted. Scott was funny and not sure he was new or not but he got everything done and promised to have my car ready later today for pick up. I could have taken it home last night but Scott insisted to get it washed up/waxed and filled up with gas which I greatly appreciated. Thank you AutoFair Ford.The reason for the 4 stars not 5 is because we visited 2 Ford dealerships and already had a lender and pre-approval so the loan was allset up and ready to go. But because Ford has their own lender they both ran a credit check and tried talking me out of using the lender I already had. The first time I walked out that was a Ford dealer in Manchester. Last night they did it again, Scott explained he was just trying to get a better offer but here is the thing, I wasn't going to buy a new car it was because of my lender and the offer they gave me, that I decided to do so. Not to mention I have been working hard on establishing this relationship with my lender and then Ford hits my credit hard not once but twice with credit checks! I didn't need a credit check, I already had the pre approved lender and loan. The same lender I'll be using to buy my house! I even told them I did not care of Ford could offer a better APR% I was dead set on using my lender and yet they still ran a credit check.I have to say that was extremely fustrating! Besides that so far I'm happy with the car I chose and I'm grateful they insisted on shinning it up and fueling it full!Thank you Auto Fair Ford.
