They explained all the new technology to me. They listened to my needs. They took me right in and installed it quickly. I'm super happy with my radio screen. I highly suggest these guys!

Pat and his team are fantastic. They updated my 2015 for CarPlay and replaced a burned factory screen with a high-res touch screen. Answered all of my questions via email and no surprises with the price or the install. Couldn't be happier.

Always a great experience from Pat and his team at AudioBarn. They have installed several remote starts, reworked and upgraded a stereo system and continue to provide quality motorcycle parts...you can't go wrong supporting this local business!

I came to these guys a few years ago on the advice of a friend. Excellent experience. Had a system installed and a remote starter. Was such a good experience a couple years later I had a remote starter put in my wife's car and I'm about to head over to make arrangements for a new vehicle I bought to get a remote starter. Nothing but the best from these guys I highly recommend.

I wanted to leave a review for AudioBarn. Patrick and his team are amazing. My wife's car starter that AudioBarn installed three years ago as a Christmas present stopped working. Patrick was super friendly and asked us to stop in right away. After a short visit, the starter is working again and we were not charged anything. It is amazing that even after all this time, AudioBarn stands behind their products and offers excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to give them a try. Thank you again for your help, it was very much appreciated.

I contacted 3 other installers including large one in portsmouth but all were unable to assist. I needed a small aftermarket board installed in my Ioniq 5. But Chris not only welcomed me, he had actually worked on my model previously. I showed up to make appointment but he graciously offered to take care of it now as it wouldn't take long.He installed the board with no issues and I more than satisfied in every way. Even didnt want to accept a tip! Other stores should take a lesson!

Service beyond expectations! I had a remote starter installed in my daughters car. From start to finish a top-notch experience. They took the time to explain it how to operate the unit and the car was left immaculate. I will definitely be back.

Awful install quality. Took twice as long as they said, and see in the pictures the gem they gave back to me. How could they think this was ok? Took a different car to Capital Car Audio in Epsom, paid less, and the product was awesome. Avoid this place, they are terrible.Response: so I guess they want you to believe I took this apart and made it look like this. That makes sense. I can promise I don t have the expertise to take this apart. It is true it was done a long time ago, and when I had work done at a place a drove over an hour to get to (I would never go back to this place that is an 10 minutes away), The comparison was amazing. Capital Car Audio in Epsom is far far superior, and was almost $100 cheaper. Audio Barn can try to deflect your attention from the poor quality of the install, but the pictures say it all.

Paid close to 400 bucks for a remote start and install. Found out later the car already had one and they knew it.Ethics none. Ill wait 6 months for best buy before i come here again.

Patrick was amazing to deal with. My 2008 Hyundai Azera (not an easy install) sounds amazing and the head unit looks PERFECT! You want to step up your older vehicle....you best go to Audio Barn. A++++

Pat and his team is top notch! Excellent communication and always sets the the expectations for a proposal. Pat has worked on many of my vehicles and bikes and always stands behind his work. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have referred an extensive amount of clients who have had a great experience!

These guys are top Notch! They did an incredible job on my Road Glide within my budget! They did my inner fairing painting, installed a new Sleek dash and some powder coating along with the new 2019 model HD stereo system with new speakers and amp! Went to them for a Hertz audio and Dakota Digital gauge upgrade with my bike. I m more than happy with the work that was done. Sean and Pat were very informative and upfront, professional and great to work with. End result was everything I expected.

I had my remote start not working on my Acura (installed elsewhere). I made an appointment with these guys and came on time. They were very friendly, just took my keys and ask to wait. They have a great resting area with nice couch, large screen, gaming center. Very nice corner, actually. In 10 minutes they returned the keys as they fixed the problem. They did not charge me as they said: "that was a minor issue, 5 minutes deal". So, my impression is they are professional, honest and also very nice people. I also think they care about customers a lot. I highly recommend their business.

Excellent service. I was calling around for a remote starter and pretty much every place was about 2 weeks out. I called audiobarn and there schedule was pretty much full but they squeezed me in the same day I called. They also have a nice waiting area with some comfortable couches. I was also in and out in less than an hour! The remote starter works excellent. Will be recommending this place to others. Thanks

Shawn did an excellent job installing my system, the system itself is fantastic, the customer service deplorable...I will not go back or recommend them. Had issues with appointments and they "lost" a brand new pair of Pioneer speakers valued at $120.00 each that were already installed in my car. At the advice of Shawn, I went with a completely new system, got my old radio back minus the speakers, Shawn said he couldn't find them and probably threw them away (they are an audio business and they can't recognize brand new speakers?) When I asked who was responsible for that, Shawn couldn't answer and Pat, the owner, very rudely put a box of new speakers on the floor by my feet in front of me, when I inquired if those were my speakers, he harshly stated "No, they're not, but they are yours now." I Thanked both of them and left. Pat did the right thing, but he did it the wrong way.

Received a brand new build AC Shelby Cobra with a Kenwood deck & Alpine sound system. Upon delivery of the car the audio system was not producing any sound out of the speakers no matter how many times you went through the settings. Builder was slow to respond, so I took action. I brought it to Audio Barn, they were professional, honest and had high attention to detail. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I am very impressed with the service! Thank you, look forward in doing business in the future!

Okay so basically these guys are fire. I went here to get a new radio, two subs, amp & box. At first there was a bit miscommunication but they went above and beyond to fix it. I am more than pleased and will forever send people their way. I went there three years ago for a remote starter and they re professionalism and expertise stuck in my head for three years that I decided to go back for my sound system. They are so honest and real and down to the point, which is so hard to find nowadays. They straight up told me what would be good and what wouldn t. And the 20 years experience they have really backed it up. They know what they re talking about and are so helpful. They are not only smart and talented but they don t buIIsh�t their customers for money. They want the person to be happy and pleased when they leave. I m a good person. I m a giver. I want other people s happiness over my own. I rarely ever do something for myself. I spent nine months saving for this and I can tell you, whoever it is reading this, that they really took care of me. They pretty much gave back to me what I give to everyone else on the daily. It was like someone finally answered a prayer. I m not a giver because I want recognition for it or because I want someone to return the favor but when they did, it just really made my heart melt. So if you are considering Audio Barn 155 Portsmouth Rd in Exeter, my review is they went above and beyond and I am thrilled. Thank you to the kind gentleman that work there. You ve done more than you know. And to potential customers don t miss out on a wonderful experience!

Barn of Knowledge - Easy schedule, on time work, everything I could ask for at a reasonable cost that easily beat dealership. I really like my remote start. Will be adding one to my wife's car next
