Best oil change experience I ve had to date. I rocked in at 0730 sharp and was met by a courteous smiling crew, pulled right in, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I felt no pressure for upgrades, they have you stay right in your car so you are part of the whole experience. The techs were respectful, jovial and above all else SO efficient. I am just raving about this place and am officially a regular.

How many valvoline employees does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Apparently it takes more than they employ at their Epping location..Brought my truck by today to have a low beam bulb replaced (one of their first listed service offerings behind oil changes). After 5 minutes of fiddling under the hood, they tried to tell me that I have aftermarket headlights. As a result, the guy said that they couldn t replace the bulb.My headlight assemblies are completely stock. I know this for a fact. I told them this, but it became increasingly evident that these guys didn t know what they were doing so I dropped it and left. I have replaced these same bulbs before on my own and I ll admit, it s a bit of a pain. That s why I prefer to pay others to do it when the time comes.After my experience here, I was baffled because I couldn t understand what these guys were having such a hard time figuring out. I went to an auto parts store and got the bulb I needed. It took me one google search and about 15 minutes of time to fully complete the fix by myself. No idea what stumped these guys.Moral of the story:Don t go here, you re better off on YouTube doing the maintenance yourself.

Broke the splash guard to my car. Refused to do anything about it. Still charged me for the oil change. Real mechanics aren't much more expensive for oil changes. They just don't have pull-through bays, which I admit are a little convenient. This is the last time I go somewhere like this, and I hope you learn from my mistake as well. This oil change will end up costing me hundredS. Plural.Service: Oil change

Due to the shift in season to fall, I needed to up the air pressure in my tires (spare included), add winter grade oil, add one wiper blade and check all fluids.What I like about this place is they are able to take care of such things quickly and efficiently - while you remain in your car. The only negative is that their pricing is a bit higher than other comparable companies.

The technicians at this shop do a great job. I left a 2 star review a few years ago, and honestly I don t feel like it accurately reflects on my experiences overall with these folks. Just wanted to update my review and whole-heartedly recommend this Valvoline. I go there for my state inspection every year and every time I need an oil change. The service is always fast and the team is always friendly. Thank you to the good folks at Valvoline in Epping!

Expected the attempt to oversell services but was caught off guard by the final bill. Over $200 for an oil change and state inspection. Also, skid plate was not reattached properly requiring a trip this morning to the Toyota dealership (and another $90). Their main selling point, convenience, didn't end up being the case for this one-time-only customer.Service: Oil change

Got my oil changed and now my engine is leaking oil. 8 years and never a drop of oil has ever leaked out until I went to Valvoline in Epping, NH.Update: I went back this morning 9/5, and as of right now the issue was resolved. However, I will keep an eye on it to make sure.Thanks for getting back to me. I will update this rating as time goes on.Still dripping oil. Not sure how a simple oil change at an oil change place can screw this up.Service: Oil change

Great staff at this location. I went for an oil change, but I also had a headlight out, and they were able to take care of both at the same time (20 minute visit). Really grateful they were able to do it, as my vehicle's model year is particularly difficult to change the headlight, but they did it quickly and professionally. I'll be going back!!Service: Oil change

I was in a hurry and went to this place. I will admit it was quick, but on the flip side, it was extremely expensive. This isn't my gripe, though. After these folks changed my oil, I went elsewhere for the next one. I was almost refused an oil change because at first they couldn't get the oil filter off . The reason is that whoever the tech was at Valvoline either overtightened the oil filter or they didnt place some oil over the gasket. The shop that changed it showed me the oil filter. It was crushed while taking it off. I got lucky this time by a very serious mistake made by Valvoline. I'll never go back and I'll never recommend anyone go there.

Fast, but definitely not friendly.I ve been to this location a few times before and never had a bad experience until today. The larger, older man (he didn t introduce himself so I don t know his name) was incredibly rude and unpleasant to me. Any time I expressed a concern about my vehicle, he not only dismissed it outright but spoke to me in the most condescending and infantilizing tone. He even told one of his assistants to ignore my request to recheck the tire pressure since my tire pressure alert was still flashing and she had offered to take a look. There was no line of other customers waiting and this would have taken her one minute to do and made me feel more secure. Very disappointing to see a man like that working for a company I can usually trust to have great service.The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the young woman who listened to my concerns and offered to help and for the prior instances of good service I had here.

I checked their website. Open until 7:00. I called to make sure they could do a state inspection... message: Open until 7:00 NEVER need an appointment. The phone rang over and over. No one ever picked up. Great! I got there at 5:40.No joke, there was not a single customer there. Several guys just hanging around in an empty oil change bay. One guy comes out and I asked about an inspection. "No. We take the last customer at 5:00." I said, "Yeah but there's no one here!" His response... "We open at 7:30 tomorrow morning." I promptly replied, "I have a job!" Under his breath he said, 'I do, too." As he walked away.That is true, but apparently the hours of operation do not sync with work time.I was going to change the oil while I was there as well, but no thanks. I've had my Jeep and my truck as well as my wife's car serviced there since they opened 6 or 7 years ago. I'll not be back. Buh-bye.

Couldn t get an inspection because the guy had called in and it didn t seem like they could handle an inspection on a Tesla. Doesn t seem useful they can t handle a common vehicle.

My 2nd experience with the staff and location. Again, nice friendly staff and prompt service. I was offered services with NO high pressure sales pitches, which I declined. The staff completed my requested services and were able to fully explain the paperwork and what other repairs were needed to pass inspection. Going back next week to complete my inspection and get my sticker.

Owen was nice he made me feel like a valued customer. Jason was not as much as he was running around to other bays helping with other customers cars. Owen gets 5 stars. Good customer service. -2 due to the wait plus of cuz Jason running around.

!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! What a waste of money. My boyfriend and I recently went to this shop in Epping to get an oil change, they told us he needed a filter change as well so, of course we had them complete it as well. They charged us 175 dollars for an OIL CHANGE WITH FILTER.. the BEST PART of this story is that we went to our local mechanic after this encounter (that is certified and very reputable!) He stated that the oil needs to be changed again as it was bad oil/not actually done. This is embarrassing to charge this much and then a month and a half later have to replace the oil again. What a terrible place, I hope no one has to go through this! Especially because it can damage the vehicles.Service: Oil change

Took my vehicle here for NH inspection every car before me only took 25min when it came to my took them almost an hour cause manager kept on calling employee for questions etc regarding his hours and position. Then when they finally finished my car they tell me i fail cause of rotors in rear and a hole in the exhaust, I paid 60 dollars. Fast forward to now took vehicle to another shop to look into the reason why i failed and they told me nothing wrong with my vehicle. No hole in exhaust and breaks were fine and so were the rotors. I would never go to this valvoline again. That is sad cause i have always gone to valvoline for oil changes so going elsewhere now.

Has anyone told these guys we can see through the glass doors? If you are going to tell us there is a one hour wait for an inspection so you don t have time, you should at least pretend to work on the car on the lift once in a half hour. Hint- some of us used to be state inspectors, too. We know you aren t doing anything and a state inspection takes about 30 minutes.

I've been here twice now and love it! It is so quick, and the staff is really helpful and nice. The first time they told me all my filters were clean and didn't need to be replaced, which I liked because it showed they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need. When I went back the next time, they needed to be replaced, and I gladly did it knowing they were not the type to tell me every time I needed something additional. They didn't pressure me into anything, which is the main reason I keep going back. I highly recommend this place, as a working mom the convenience is priceless!

Excellent friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Fast, quality service. I've been going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a few years now, but the crew at this shop are top notch!What do I mean? I forgot my phone at their shop in Epping, and they brought it to my home in Raymond completely unsolicited. This crew is Awesome! I will be going to them for every service they offer for my car from now on!The kind of top notch customer service the offered today was far above and beyond what I ever would have expected! I was prepared to go back tomorrow and retrieve my phone. So, a huge thank you to the crew here! You've earned a lifetime customer today!

Great Customer service, super friendly and helpful. Julie and Dylan were very professional, very nice, and very thorough.Love the drive through, sit in your car idea! Oil change took less than 15 min. This is where I will be going from now on for oil changes and the other services they provide.

Went here yesterday for the first time I love it! We came here in the middle of a road trip because our rental car tires were low on air. They added air to the tire for free and checked all 4 tires! The wait was only about 15 minutes and the other customer was friendly while we waited. 10/10 recommend!

Professional, staff is really kind. I've been to a lot of quick change oil places, often felt like I was going through a sales shake down-- Buy this, this and this!.. Not this place. Staff here is neither overly pushy, nor do they try to rush you through. Feels like they want to help you get good service for your vehicle. Respectful and efficient. Will be back.

I was pulled in for an inspection. Headed over my registration and got out of the vehicle as instructed to sit and wait. Then I was told to pull back around and wait as someone was ahead of me. I waited while they finished an oil change in a different bay and then pulled that car in for inspection. Over an hour later it was my turn. The guy doing the inspection took forever as he just kept leaving my vehicle and disappeared rather then doing the actual inspection. The waiting room was closed so I had to wait outside in the heat and sun at midday. All of this was after having previously having been told they would be doing inspections all weekend and when I arrived I was told no one was working on inspection that day which was Sunday part of the weekend. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth regarding their level of professionalism awarness and customer service. A most disappointing experience.

Never in my life have I felt more strongly compelled to write a positive review than this one. Very polite, efficient, thorough, and honest. They reset my change oil soon indicator light without needing to be reminded, and they verified oil pressure and level before calling it done. Topping off all fluids was appreciated, as was the care they used while working on my car. I look forward to using this company in the future, and would have no qualms whatsoever about sending my daughter, my sweetheart, or my mother there to have their vehicles serviced. It's too bad that more companies don't follow this example.They truly set the standard.
