Good spot right off Rt 125 stopped in to grab a few things for the truck and was in and out quick and easy and painless lol

It was my first time in this store & let me tell ya SUE NEEDS A RAISE!!Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE given EVER; even while the phones were ringing non stop, additional to the customers in the store. Thank you for all you do!!

People are soft for saying anything bad about NAPA, Epping. These are the same people that stand there all day long, year after year to keep us men on the road. They are as quick as they can be and they don't screw around. End of story.

Went to this location looking for a particular engine paint that is very hard to find. They had the color and the brand that I was looking for in stock. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this particular location for your auto needs.

I have honestly never walk into another Napa, or any other auto parts store for that matter and not been offered some help from one of the men standing at the counter. I needed a couple of auto body clips for under my car. The woman behind the counter suggested I go out and try to remove one. The other one said maybe not a good idea. They explained that they were all different sizes. There were two or three men standing around chatting. I went outside but had nothing to kneel on, I went back inside to ask if they had something that I could use. They began to look for some cardboard but at that point I was too frustrated that no one has offered to help. So I left. I frequent other Napa stores and always leave feeling well taken care of and appreciative- just a couple of weeks ago, the Napa in Wolfeboro changed my wipers for me in the middle of a snow storm, none of the men at the counter suggested that I do it myself, they were gentlemen and I appreciate that. I completely understand that it's not their job to do anything for the customer but sell them parts, but it sure does help gain returning customers when a business goes above and beyond. I will now travel 45 minutes to a more helpful napa store.

The salesperson was very helpful and kind!Napa was the only automotive parts store (southeast Rockingham County) that had the part I needed!

Workers there are easy to talk to, seemed knowledgeable but a very cramped store in my opinion lighting is not the best . But they prices are good and staff is friendly

I would have given them a 5 star but the guy at the counter was a jerk! If not for the nice lady they woulda gotten a 3 star!

Had the part I needed with helpful counter person. If they had asked if I had AAA I would have given 5 stars.

The manager lady there is rude unprofessional and has no knowledge about auto part or ever worked on vehicles. Bad place to deal with and Napa should pull there company from them
