I called AAA when my son's battery died. Seth called within minutes to see if we were in a safe location and let me know he would be there in 10 minutes! He jumped the car and my son said he was incredible polite and friendly. He let my son know (new driver!) how long to keep the car running once he got home - and then let me know the car was good to go! I am beyond grateful and impressed. If we could click ten stars I would!

My wife's car died on the way to the shop, Morgan's was called and they arrived in @ 10 to 15 minutes. The driver Seth was quick, friendly, helpful and polite. I wish I could say the same about AAA. I would not hesitate to contact and hire Morgan's anytime. Thank you Seth

AAA tow from my house to a shop. The tow truck showed up earlier than AAA estimated, and the driver was very friendly. Entire interaction lasted 10 minutes, and I got a text a few minutes later that my truck was delivered safely to the shop

Great service by Seth on tue march 12. Your driver's had to come to my work three times when my car wouldn't start. They came and towed my car to the back of the building to the car repair at the store. Then Seth came later on when the car had to be towed to my garage 15 miles away. He took my car and myself in his truck to my garage. He was very friendly and supportive. Excellent service by all your drivers. Thank you. Randy Epstein

Met a very pleasant and professional tow truck driver from Morgan s Towing this evening. Seth came in a very timely manner took care of my vehicle, and let me know when it was dropped off at the shop. Would highly recommend.

A shout out of appreciation to Seth at Morgan s Towing in Epping! Car died en route to service appt in the rain with snow on the way. AAA said might take an hour, but Seth arrived in under 10 minutes -understanding, kind, professional and made all my worries vanish. Thanks for saving the day Seth!

Great tow company. Got me off the road in 10 minutes when AAA estimated 2 hours. The driver, Mike, was very friendly and went above and beyond expectations. I will definitely use Morgan's towing for any more roadside assistance in the future.

Just wanted to share my experience with Seth from Morgan's towing. I had a lock out this evening 11/1/2023 and Seth was out there within an hour and got us back in the car within minutes and assisted us while fueling up! He was very courteous and professional and an overall great experience in the situation we were in and we really appreciate all of his help! Thanks Seth and thanks Morgans towing for being there and for your quick response!

I called for a late night emergency tow. The woman on the phone took my info and said a driver would call me. Had to call back a second time after not hearing from her driver and was told he was finishing up another call and would call me soon. No one Ever called me back. Very unprofessional! 24 hr. Towing? What a joke! Update: finally got a call back 6 hrs. Later, after I was home sleeping and the car was still on the side of the road. Now that s service!

Seth at Morgan's Towing was beyond helpful and curtious. Quick service and knowledgeable. Friendly. We chatted the whole trip, from pick up to delivery. Highly recommend for anyone needing a tow.

AAA Sent Seth from Morgan Towing to us, to have it towed to a transmission repair shop.Car hadn't been turned on for a few days and the battery was dead when he got here and there was no way to get it into neutral to tow it, he found the way to do it, and was friendly throughout despite the extra hassle it it being his last call of the night before he was going to go home.Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to share his experience. Would have called him if AAA hadnt.

Awesome experience. Called AAA due to break down. They dispatched Mike from Morgan's and he not only arrived before AAA said he would bit also helped us push the car I to the driveway after it was off the truck. A 1 service from these guys and Mike was Awesome. Will definitely call them again for roadside service.

locked keys in rental, called dispatch, they sent Seth in ramp truck, took 12 minutes to arrive, had the inflatabag and hook, took less then a minute to get in! NH quality service! will recommend to anyone!

On December 5 2023 my car started to overheating and I had to pull over. AAA reached out to Morgan's towing and I got a service guy I think his name was ED but he was so cool to give me some advice and recommendations also his uncle shared our Jamaican culture with him so he picked up on my accent when I was on the phone. Thank you again Morgan's you guys are the best keep up the good work and employees.

OMG for being stranded for the first time at the age of 67 and not one towing company answered their phone until I called Morgan. They had a truck to me within 30 minutes at 5:30 p.m. and drove my car to the dealership of my choice and a ride to my home. They did not leave me stranded at all. The driver, Seth, was courtesy andprofessionally friendly and efficient. He was respectful in the way he loaded and unloaded the car off the ramp and made a horrific night- a terrific night. Very appreciative to have used them and highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

My car caught caught on fire on 101 and Mike and Izzy from Morgan's Towing they came very fast. They did a great job! And Mike gave me a ride so I could get a rental car so I was not stranded. I would highly recommend them again! FIVE Stars!!!!

My car wouldn't start after an oil change. I called AAA, and Seth from Morgan's was there in 15 minutes to tow me out. Very fast, friendly and professional service!

My vehicle wouldn't start. I went online and contacted AAA and scheduled a battery check. Morgan's came, did a battery check and also checked the starter. The man from Morgan's, I don't want to mention his name because he may end up with unwanted "friends" on his social media accounts, checked my starter after checking my battery. We started hearing a clicking sound and my heart sank. He couldn't tow my vehicle until AAA approved of the tow and he had to leave.I went online and set up a tow on the AAA app. Morgan's came back and towed my vehicle to where I made an appointment and arranged for a loaner. I was given a ride as well.The man from Morgan's was very professional, courteous and was interesting to talk to. He also was able to identify the problem with my vehicle and recommend nearby garages that could service my vehicle.I would recommend Morgan's for your towing needs.

Excellent tow company! Very fast service! Was at New England dragway and rear differential in my car broke. Had parts on other side of track, and Tim my driver, was extremely helpful collecting them before he towed me home. Tim is one of the best tow drivers I have met! He was quick and vigilant with my classic car. Thanks for your help getting me home Tim! Would definitely use Morgan's towing service in Epping again! Remember tow drivers are people too and deserve respect. Slow down and move over when you see them!Service: Car towing

Locked myself out of my truck (accidentally) on a Sunday.Tim was there within 5 minutes and had the best customer service you could imagine.Had my truck open in a minute and was on his way.Friendly, courteous and professional.

I was on a business trip and hit a deer with a rental car. Seth was unbelievable in these very hard circumstances in unfamiliar territory late at night. He worked with the rental car company to get the car back to the airport which is above and beyond what he normally does. He was friendly, keeping my spirits up, and getting me back to the rental car company at the Manchester airport to get a new car. He is nothing less than incredible and I recommend working with him. Had my 2001 Ford 150 towed by Tim Lucas on a Sunday afternoon. He was very professional and polite. Had very good communication skills and kept me well informed of the progress reports of the tow job. Went from Raymond NH to Lebanon NH. Thanks again Lucas. We will have you do more tows in the future if need be.

Extremely happy with the service from Morgan's Towing. My car broke down just at the bottom of the off-ramp in Epping NH and Tim, a driver there, came to my rescue quickly and he got me and my car back home to Mass. Very grateful to Tim and the crew there for helping me out. Can't recommend them enough.

Met Seth through a AAA contract to tow my broken race car from New England dragway to my home. Seth did such a great job, I decided to reach out to him and Morgan's personally the next day and ask for a tow from my home to the speed shop that I work with for repairs. Seth made it happen with short notice and delivered my car to the shop today safely and damage free. Would hire again.Service: Car towing

Mike is a very professional and personable Tow truck driver . He is an awesome driver , made me feel at ease , and made me comfortable and did an exelent job getting me and my truck home safely . I m def going to use them if I m ever in need of assistance again and I d def recommend them for future use . They saved me because they took the call from AAA but several other companies declined the call because of the long distance drive . Exeter nh to Brockton mass . About a 65 mile drive . I m very grateful and thankful for their service , and if you think I m laying it on thick , it s because they answered my call for help .Thomas S. Brockton mass .
