I finally got my dream caI finally got my dream car. The highlander ! It's all thanks to the great staff at mcgee toyota in Epping, mh. Mike and Jack went above my expectations to make my dream a reality. I love this car!!! Mike and Jack did an amazing job! This my third car from mcgee toyota but it won't be my last. They treat you like family at mcgee and that is why my family will be always be a mcgee customer.Thank you so much Mike and Jack. Your hard work every day makes other people's dreams come true.!

Im new in town (about a year) and this is my second visit to McGee and I m very happy. The staff were helpful, the service was fast and matched the estimate. I felt welcomed and the staff functioned like a seasoned team.

Tom patiently listened to my observations about previous poor communications from another service writer and agreed to share my experience with his supervisor. I very much appreciated his approach and I think we agreed that a good customer relationship must always be built on trust. I look forward to seeking him out as I continue to have my two Toyotas serviced there.

Dan at McGee Toyota of Epping was patient, professional, and an all around great guy in helping me finance my used car. I am a first time buyer and wasn't quite sure of what to expect. Dan made the whole process very easy and seamless. I appreciate that he wasn't the typical "pushy salesman " that I'm always hearing about from others experiences. I will definitely recommend McGee Toyota to anyone asking where they can buy a new or used Toyota.Thank you!!

We had great customer service from Ted. He was very attentive before and after our purchase, even for a new sales person. If we were to purchase another Toyota Ted would be the reason we came back to McGee. He was very polite, friendly and honest.

I cannot speak more highly of the service here. Special shout out to Dan who went above and beyond to help me. I lost my car keys and didn t have an extra set. Instead of charging me a ton of money, they went out of their way to track down the previous owner of the car and get a second set of keys! The kindness and service I received was more than I ever expected. They saved me time and money, which means a lot as a mom with two young kids!

I have been taking my car to Tom at McGee for several years now and I have complete confidence in his expertise. He has always been straight forward and looked for ways to be cost effective in his recommendations. Super friendly and polite, total professional. The mechanics get things right the first time.

My recent service experience was second to none. Jaime was friendly and professional and made sure I understood the process, my charges, and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the work would take to complete. She even remembered a situation I encountered during a previous trip (caused by an error at my local town hall) and checked in to make sure everything had been corrected. Customer service seems to be lacking just about everywhere one looks lately - but definitely NOT if you get to work with Jaime at McGee Toyota. Thank you Jaime!! I won't serivce my 2 toyotas anywhere else!!

The staff at McGee Toyota is very nice but the dealership seems to have no appreciation for customer's time. My car appointment was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours the work on the maintenance had been done but recall work hadn't even been started. I ended up leaving with the work not being done. The same thing happened when I picked up my car, it took over three hours to take delivery of my car which is unacceptable. As much as I like the staff at the dealership I will be going elsewhere in the future.

This is my second service at your Business. Jaime assisted me with my first one, and also with my most recent service. She went thru everything and advised me that I had a recall pending, and wanted to make sure I wanted it done. Very happy with your crew since purchasing my vehicle. The first words I heard were Let me write you up. and then they inspected my car for scratches and damage. Some people come in and try to say we scratched their car and get us to fix it. So I felt like an adversary from the start. Rotating the wheels, an oil change, general inspection, and state inspection took more than 1-1/2 hours. When I was 20 minutes away, they called to let me know they forgot to apply the inspection sticker. After a trip back for the sticker and back home I noticed they didn t reset the maintenance flag. The upside is, I have now learned how to do that.This was not a great maintenance visit.

I was very upset that the rental I had reserved was not available and I had to reschedule. Dan did a great job helping me with rescheduling. My service was very well done, they found the problem and fixed it.

We wanted to put winter tires on our car for the first time - and take care of other current maintenance tasks (oil change, alignment, etc). As always, the McGee team was very helpful, forthright, and polite, and helped to set (and then meet/exceed) all expectations.

Simple oil change. Tom was pleasant to work with and explained all the numbers generated to show tire wear etc. Nice day for sure having to spend a sunny day in a garage for service.

We were having trouble with our sienna doors jamming closed and not reopening. Brought it to McGee Toyota and Daniel put John up to the test of fixing the issue. Not only did John fix the issue, Dan was quick with updating us along the way with what was going on and the issue was covered under a Toyota recall!! I will definitely be bring my vehicles back to McGee.

Jamie is great, but the recommendation was to replace my windshield wipers and my car was unable to pass inspection without new wipers.Was out today in the rain and the wipers are more than fine. Have no doubt they will pass inspection. Makes one wonder if McGee Toyota is just pushing there service people to bring in more dollars at the expense of customers. I certainly wonder.Service: Oil change

I would and have recommended McGee for years. Bought a 2009 Camry many many years ago. Bought a brand new 2019 Camry first day of the pandemic, 03/16/2020, and have loved it ever since; in fact we bought my husband's truck from the same sales guy a few years later.Tom in service has been great over the years. It is great to be able to have a car serviced without having to worry about possible problems that may arise while there.

I have always had a great experience with the service department and the staff knows how to make you feel very comfortable.
