I would 100% recommend coming here for a car. the owner knows what he's doing takes his time to make sure the vehicle is right before he sells it. John Horne is a honest salesman and is knowledgeable in his products he is selling.I drove 2 and a half hours to come down and buy a car from him and I'd do it again absolutely love the car. and can't recommend checking him out enough especially if your currently up in northern NH where there's nothing for cars.

Had a very quick and easy time buying my car from Horne's. They were very personable and accomidating. They offered to let my dog wait in the office while I took a test drive and let me test out the fit of a car seat in the back as well. If it comes to it I'd buy another car from them again!

The owner, John, is incredible! Last week I tore a hole in my tire and not only did he replace it within 2 days, he took my call over a weekend, ordered it on Monday, and fit me in on Tuesday!Great work by everyone there! Thank you.

What a great experience, John came through on everything he promised. The experience was so easy. We love our new to us Honda Pilot. I m so glad we found this car, and His reviews are top notch, and there is a reason for that. 5 stars all the way on this experience!! I recommend anyone looking for a used car to check out his cars.

Recently, my son and daughter both purchased cars from John. It was their first time buying. My daughter was looking for an SUV and one happened to show up on the lot that caught her eye. One test drive later and she was hooked. John put four new tires on as part of the deal. Within 4 days of driving it off of the lot, we drove it down to Florida. It rode fantastic, no problems whatsoever. Solid vehicle, very dependable. Her experience was so great that her brother purchased a car from John as well. No pressure, answered all questions, and really took care of my first time buyers. I have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend anyone to go there. But if you see something you like, don't delay! Cars move quickly!

My wife and I drive by Horne's Auto Sales all the time, but when we started looking for a "new" used car, we shopped the big dealerships first. After that experience, we decided to check out a car we saw at Horne's Auto Sales. We were so happy with the way John conducted business in a friendly, neighborhood way. His price for the Audi we purchased was below Blue Book value, and we are more than happy to spread the word about this great place. Highly recommended!

I am a first time buyer of Horne s Auto Sales. I was very new to all of this, the car that I purchased was my first purchase of a vehicle and my first experience going to a dealer. The experience was great! John is very nice, very proffesional, and very trustworthy person as well. He was more than happy to help me with anything that I needed to know and with questions that I had during the whole process. When I messaged him about the car he responded very quickly and professionally. I got a great deal on the vehicle that I purchased and couldn t be happier about it! This is an awesome place to buy from if your looking for a good, reliable vehicle, I recommend you to visit this Auto place first if your looking to purchase a vehicle. Also John is a great salesman and has a lot of experience with this and his reliable company. I rate Horne s auto sales a five star rating and I couldn t be happier that I found this place and John. I will be going back in the future.(:

John was the first dealer I've ever purchased a car from, and he made the entire process easy, transparent, and straightforward. He was up front and honest with me the entire time, and was extremely helpful walking me through the financing process. I originally came looking for a CRV, but ended up finding a Volvo XC60 that is absolutely perfect for what I need it for. It's in great condition, and I've already driven it over a thousand miles in the last month or so with no issues. It was fairly priced and perfect for my needs, and was too good of a deal to pass up. John was very open about interest in the vehicle, and with how good of a fit the car was for me, I made sure to go through the process as quickly as possible. John operated with integrity and honesty through the entire process- this is the second time my family has purchased a vehicle from him and both times it was nice and easy and we ended up with two great cars! Highly recommend purchasing from Horne's, and will definitely do business with them again.

The Horne family went above and beyond to make my car purchasing experience the best it could be. Their pricing was accurate to fair market value. The customer service was pleasant and informative. They were able to answer all of my questions and really made everything personable for my experience. Oh and the shop mascots are adorable. :-) I highly recommend Horne s Auto Sales and Service for all of your vehicle needs.

Outstanding in every way! Over the past 3 years, both of my kids and now myself have all bought vehicles from John. From an Infiniti and Altima to my SUV, all three have been great buys!! We have also recommended him to friends that have purchased a vehicle from him and are extremely pleased as well. John put a lot of time into helping my family get a great deal, he truly is a great guy! I've found that he stands behind his word and he is completely trustworthy, not an easy thing to come by nowadays but you do get it with John!!!

This is the first time in my 25+ years driving (and about 30 cars) that I didn't feel like I was buying from a "used car dealer". I saw an ad posted by Horne's Auto Sales on Facebook Market place. It had been a car I was looking for, for a few months. I'm picky. What surprised me was John (of Horne's Auto Sales) was just as picky as I was about the car. There was no pressure, John was completely transparent with me and made the process simple and easy. Even over a month after the sale I had a couple questions, John answered them right away. I could not be more happy with my experience. From getting the vehicle that I wanted at a great price, to the smooth and easy process and even to the great customer service I received during and after the sale. I'd definitely buy from Horne's again and recommend it to others. Thank you John! - Rick

John Horne is honest and true to his word. Got a great car with a great warranty at a great fair price. I absolutely am in love with my Cadillac! I saw it online, messaged him that night, drove all the way to Saugus MA the next day, and bought it! He was patient and thorough! Not only did I have an excellent experience, but I m ONLY going back to him next summer to buy my son a car when he gets his license!

John walks you through any issues your vehicle is having and gives you all the options so you can make the best decision. If you have been looking for a mechanic then check these guys out, you won t regret it.
