Always fair priced and quality work done, whether maintenance or repair Rich License is an honest man and expert mechanic. Very happy with his customer service and work done from oil leaks, LED headlight upgrade, oil changes, state inspection, and tire rotation this man can do it all. Been seeing him with my Ford Fusion since 2021 and I have zero complaints. Thanks for all you do Rich, you re a rarity in the upper valley!

I have been using their services for a number of years now and they seem to be getting better as time goes on. We had two issues with our car and both were fixed on time and at a fair price. They even dealt with a resistant insurance company keeping our frustration level almost non existent. It was a good job with no complaints.

Highly recommend shaker valley auto. Rich Martin is a great guy and extremely honest.He repaired and painted the front of my RV after it was dropped off a tow truck. He went over and above what I would have expected now days. I honestly can't say enough. He arranged for me to get new tires and brakes, while I was in another state.He did me a huge favor and kept my RV safe until I could finally manage to pick it up.Rich Martin if I could give you 10********** I would.If you need quality work done at a reasonable price...Check these guys out..Thank you sincerely RichI can't tell you how much you helped me out. I went to Pellerin Automotive for a vehicle inspection. All the guys that work there are kind respectful and trustworthy. Mike Larocque was my mechanic today and he's knowledgeable about vehicles and ready and willing to do the work needed. Next door at Shaker Valley there is still a wide inventory of antique to classic cars. It's always neat checking out what's there. Robbie LaCroix and his parents Robert and Debbie LaCroix are close with most everyone in the community. I donated massage gift certificates to David's House fund raiser years ago and they won the bid on those. Donating to local causes is second nature to them. Pellerin's Automotive and Shaker Valley Auto are top on my list for good people to do business with.

I went here with a tire issue on a Saturday while the service shop was closed. The AAA guy from the auto body shop next door sent us there. He was also awesome. Chris was working anyway even though they were closed, and helped us out in a bind with an awesome attitude and speed. I'll be having service done here from now on.

My alternator died on my way up the Whites from NY and I limped in here with an almost dead battery. Even though it was closing time the mechanic not only stayed long enough to diagnose my problem but also gave up an hour of his time, that he would have been spending with his family on a Saturday, to replace my alternator and get me back on the road for my vacation. Could not have asked for better and more knowledgeable service. Prices were fair. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to get repair work done here. And from the looks of some of the cars in the shop, restoration work as well. Unmatched service not often seen these days.

I love SHAKER VALLEY.I've bought 2, Victory motorcycle's, used 1989 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 pickup truck. 1972 Chevy, Chevelle, 1986 Ford, Granada.They've always we willing to work something out and stand behind all they're sale.

I bought a used car here less than 4 years ago, and so far I have had nothing but issues with it. I'm not sure how Shaker was able to flip this car, because within the first few months I had to replace the brakes, tires, pumps. belts, and almost the entire suspension. Each year I have put more and more $$$ into the car, and I haven't even reached the 75K mile mark yet (FYI I've put on less than 15K miles since purchased). Needless to say, there was far more going on with the car than advertised. So I would not recommend buying a used car here.

They charged me $25 to tell me they couldn't do an alignment. They didn't even put it on the lift. I went to Wilson Tire and they did it without any problems.

Great place had a broken strut couldn't doit myself cause I was outa town and thay got me in quick and came in lower than estimated thay were friendly and made me feel like there was finally a place I could trust.i work on my own cars and I never met a honest shop but these guys were absolutely honest

Just fyi...don't make the owner Bob Leclaire think you are taking up too much of his and his staff's time (with problems "after the deal") because he won't hesitate to yell and demean you whenever he feels like it. Would NEVER deal with him again!!!

All the shopping for a new car to shake valley Auto I have purchase some cars there throughout the years I've always had good luck unfortunately this year they were unable to help me but I won't hold that against them we'll try again soon they just didn't have what I was looking for

101% this place will go the extra 1% if your on Interstate 89 take exit 17 go right for about 7 ish miles and there it is Route 4 Enfield
