Wish I could give them a ten... Rich was fantastic and knows his stuff... They did front end work for me and did a great job.. the paint job is as close as you can get on a 1993 RV... Thanks Rich and thank you to everyone who worked on HA-RV

What a wonderful team of people. VERY up front about everything and wonderful senses of humor. I kinda want to he best friends with all of them now. The work was fantastic and timely. Couldn't have found a better place!

I was recently involved in my first accident (RIP deer ) and went to P&M s to have them check out the damage. I had a lot of questions regarding my insurance claim/repairs and both Steve and Rich were extremely helpful. I m stoked with how streamlined they made the entire process. Richard and his crew at P&M's Shaker Valley Auto Body were amazing to work with. Their price beat all their competitors, they performed the job in a timely fashion, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body repairs or oil undercoating.

I had a rusted wheel well that had to be replaced. When a bad replacement panel came in they admitted upfront that their supplier messed up. They found a good part locally and swapped the panel out for about $1900. Looks good as new.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
