These guys were great! I was looking for a good shop to do some work on my vehicles and J & B was highly recommended. I called, explained the issue and within 24 hours of my first contact, my car was up and running again. What more could you ask for!!!

An honest repair shop is hard to find, I am lucky to have J&B local.They have worked on all my cars, truck and RV. Smart, experienced mechanics who bill for what they fix, not what the book says it should take, like Volvo model.I highly recommend the shop and it is a great value.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Purchased 4 new snow tires, first I was quoted one price and charged another price. They did honor quoted price. However, after driving a few times the car was feeling bumpy so I checked the tire pressure, one of my tires on my Acadia was at 57! I had to release the air and took my vehicle to get tires balanced again costing me $60. I would have brought it back here but their attitudes are horrible and I didn t feel like dealing with them again. It s a shame because this use to be a great place with an honest mechanic, he unfortunately is not here. If he returns I might too. My vehicle shows tire pressure on the dash so it s pretty unacceptable especially for the price I paid for these tires.Service: Tires

We blew a tire on our RV in New Hampshire. J & B fixed us up and even put it on for an exceptional service! They're amazing. Being from "out-of-town" we sure had a great experience with them. Super friendly guys. Thanks so much!

I am incredibly picky with who I let work on my vehicles -- I usually do my own work, and it's rare for me to outsource something I am capable of doing on my own. I will happily drop one of my vehicles off at J & B and not worry about it, and trust that the work I've asked for has been done right the first time. I have yet to be disappointed.I don't live nearby (northern NJ) and they are happy to provide flexible scheduling to work around when I will be in the area to have maintenance/repairs done. I highly recommend them and I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

These guys are honest, kind, hard-working, and definitely trustworthy. We had just bought a used car that the battery kept dying on, and we brought it to them to diagnose the issue. They squeezed us in so quickly, and kept us updated in between with calls. They figured it out, but couldn't help us because it was a recall issue. We later went to pick up the car expecting to have to pay something for them looking at it, but they didn't charge us at all. It was such a relief to finally find a mechanic who wasn't greedy. I haven't even said the best part of the experience though, it came at the end. We were trying to jumpstart the car to take it to the dealership to be fixed, and it wasnt starting of course. One of the mechanics came out to help us for a at least a half an hour, and with two separate jumper machines. You could just tell he was an honest and kind man. I tried to tip him for being so amazing and helpful, but he wouldnt accept it. He really got us out of a jam, and we are so thankful to him. Take your business here, you won't regret it!

We had a vehicle there for almost 2 weeks. We got no calls on progress. We had an appointment for it. We stopped in twice and got no response not even a call back. After almost 2 weeks we went back and still vehicle isn't done and we are sitting in waiting area for 15 minutes and no one seems to care. Customer service IS NOT a priority at all. We finally got to see someone and they know what's going on and we had to drive to find out they need it for another week. I wouldn't come back here EVER

I have had them inspect a antique specialty car of mine for the last 13 years and they have been great to work with. I have also purchased multiple sets of tires from them over the years. They have better prices than Wilson's in Lebanon and better service.

Guy at the desk makes jokes. Work seems fast and efficient. They don't poke at your vehicle or break things trying to say "this was a issue already and we found it " trying to make more business for themselves. Has a good returning customer foundation that all corporations are lacking. Small shop feel , that democrats are trying to destroy. Not many places like this left. Give them a call .
