Update: still a super nice guy. I always bring my bike there for state safety inspections. Business is good he says, so that must mean other people like him and trust his work as well. I needed some new tires and inspection for my 650 Suzuki Savage. I don't know much about tires so I let them decide after telling them a few details of how many miles I ride and so on. They installed some nice tires for a fair price. The bike corners much better than my old tire set! If your bike needs service, bring it to Hale's and don't worry about it. They know motorcycles

I took my 2014 M109R there based on a recommendation from one of my best friends, for it's first service. I dropped it off at the worst possible time (end of bike week - and NH bikes are due before the end of June for inspections) however Hale's was very understanding and allowed me to leave the bike for two weeks until he could complete the work needed. The work was done on time - a little sooner actually - and the bike runs great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These guys are awesome! We found ourselves 1000 miles from home, running out of sunlight and showing cords on the rear tire. They gave us the hook-up! Not only did they get us up and going in under 30 minuets as a walk-in, we got the best price I've ever seen on a Michelin pilot 4! Finding anyone who even stocked such a tire was rare in this part of the country! Can't say enough good things about this mom and pop. I wish they had a location in Indianapolis, they would get all of my business!

I seldom give five stars to any business. For me it is an indication of exceptional ability or service. I have used this business for 40 years, on and off while living in the area. For the service I have recieved over many different machines I give this rating.

First time in LAST time in. Out of riding motorcycles for 18 years I've been to a bunch of different shops. I have never been to a shop and felt like I was belittled and felt unwanted in the shop. I will ( and already have) let many of my friends who ride know about this experience. I don't expect my butt to be kissed but I do expect a little courtesy when I walk into a professional establishment. I'll keep my business with Bunnell's in Claremont NH.

Jim Hale saves the day!! On a motorcycle trip to New England from NJ with 7 other bikes, I had a problem with my rear bearings leaving me stranded on RT91. After finding Hale's garage on line and speaking to Jim on the phone, it turns out that he actually had the parts to fix my bike IN STOCK!!!!. Yamaha dealer told me it would take a WEEK!!. AAA towed my bike to Hale's, Jim Hale immediately walked my bike into the shop and on the lift, and less than an hour later I was back in the saddle!! Hale's saved the day....and my trip!!!Most places would take advantage of someone in an emergence situatuon and being out of state, but Jim hale was reasonable and fair!!Such a pleasure to find places like this that actually go out of their way to help people. I would reccommend this place to anyone and everyone!.
