Very professional, nice, and attentive! My car's transmission died at my parents house and I had to borrow a car to get back home (over an hour away) and these guys were able to communicate with my parents about my car and the mechanic! My Uhaul van got stuck in the snow and Chris from Critter Towing showed up promptly. He gave me a head's up call and asked questions about the situation. Showed up, got it unstuck in no time, and helped me get it back on track.Great service! Thanks guys.

My business is located in boston and one of our trucks was heading to do a job in NH and unfortunately our truck broke almost at the Jobsite. We called and the owner promptly answer my call and gave me the average price for the towing 45min later my crew were at the Jobsite and ready to work while I sent my mechanic to have my truck fixed at the Jobsite. I was even able to pay over the phone with my credit card . Usually all towing companies want green cash! Thanks again guys I appreciate your services and highly recommend you!Service: Local hauling

After my alternator expired I was sitting beside the road in a snow storm with no heat. The roads were bad and Critter's Towing was the only company that would respond. Very nice to deal with and a genuine hard worker. This kind of service is hard to find. Thanks again and I will recommend your company whenever I get the chance!Ed

Yesterday at our home in Hiram, ME we experienced something in 35 years that we never had - our truck got stuck on our road due to recent snow & torrential rain. It was the perfect storm! We contacted AAA that evening and Critter's Towing was notified. They contacted us immediately, we discussed the situation and thought it best to handle in the daylight due to safety and road conditions. They contacted us when they told us they would, they showed up when they told us they would and within 1 hour, our truck was out of trouble!! They were beyond AMAZING!
