Tried this place out of convenience and continue to go back due to service. They work around my schedule as best they can and leave my car the way I dropped it off. Nothing moved, switched, or shifted. I trust my vehicle with these folks and I love my car, so not many people touch it. Give the shop a chance and support the local community.

I had these guys fix my Honda and Benz they did a good job. I highly recommend this shop. Make sure you talk to the Donnie the mechanic about whatever issues you have in your car before leaving your vehicle.

Im happy to find a local shop that reminds me of my dad s shop back up in Maine. They always get me in quick, do a fantastic job at an extremely fair price. Today I popped in without any apt for a flat tire and they plugged in less than 5 min and had me back on the road. Highly suggest going here for quality and friendly service!

Great experience here, very nice mechanic (sorry I didn t get your name)! Long story short needed new tires and alignment, came in the afternoon after calling to see if I could, and they did it all same day and good price!

I have a lowered 335i e92 and they aligned it perfectly with zero issues. I have gone here in the past and everyone here is friendly and are perfectly comfortable working with me and explaining any issues with the car. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Every time we bring our car in they find an "issue". During an oil change they broke a part and clamed it was installed incorrectly, now looking back at it I think that wasn't true. Our previous mechanic where we lived before was great and rarely found any issues with our car and since we have been coming here there has always been a problem. The last straw was when they tried to sell my husband new brakes, after they had installed new brakes just 6 months earlier. I'm not sure if they are trying to swindle their customers or if they are just bad at their jobs, but either way it's not a place I would recommend going to.

The folks at strafford tire have been friendly and helpful. I don t know much about cars, and they always take care to explain in simple terms exactly what is wrong with my car, without being condescending. They have been honest and fair during my visits.

Honest and quick. Been using Strafford tire for 20 years and never once had an issue. Don't judge a book by it's cover. One of the best.

SCAMMERS, Business is run horribly.$500 for thermostat on a 25 year old car?!I was quoted $125 on the phone, go to pick up my car and the total suddenly became $500, $11 part and 30 minute job. They refused to return the car before they extorted me out of the $500. I was also personally insulted by the employees after initially refusing to pay the price.BEWARE

If I could give it no stars I would. They had my sons car for four months charges him over $6200.00 and it was never fixed. avoid them at all costs. Most good reviews were for the previous owner. David LaRoche is a dishonest thief.

In a world that unfortunately does not always have the most honest people in it, it's great to find a shop that is just that: honest, kind, and helpful. Strafford Tire is a great shop with great people working there. I have been using them for years and I have never had a bad experience. Not only that, but every time I need something done, they go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and don't give me the run around about work that "needs" to be done. If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would. Solid Dudes.

My girlfriends tire had a blow out. These guys were fortunate enough to find an exact match and got it delivered the same day hours later and had it installed on the wheel last minute with no appointment. Super grateful for the help. Donny was super nice and accommodating even though the shop was busy. Thanks guys

If you are looking for a direct look in the eye, and confidence in a team of hard workers, please consider Strafford Tire. I ve had a few exchanges in the last month and have found them knowledgeable and diligent. Pricing is fair and it s apparent they are working to build their brand with care and honesty. Cars and trucks are built to spill and we ve all had experiences with hard edge establishments that don t care if you don t have 4k waiting for a ghost. I can not say enough great things about this place! I was over an hr away from home and got a flat tire and needed to find a place quick to get it fixed. I showed up at their door 20 mins before they were supposed to close and I definitely wasn't expecting what I got that's for sure. Donny was working behind the counter that day and had such a positive attitude and absolutely no problem helping me even though I'm sure they wanted to go home. He took my car right into the shop and tried to repair my tire so maybe I didn't have to buy a new one. He couldn't repair it so he said I will get you a tire and you will be all set! There was another gentleman in the shop too that day and he was so funny and very pleasant too. They fixed my tire within 20 mins and I was able to make it to work 10 mins early! It is so rare to have such a positive experience like this nowadays and I hope they know how much I appreciate what they did for me that day! I would absolutely 100% go back to them for anything I needed done to my car! Such a great business!! Definitely go check them out!!

I recently visited Strafford to get my vehicle inspected. I was told I needed new tie rods and an alignment. Normally, when I hear a mechanic say my vehicle needs repairs I am very skeptical, but Donny was very forthright and showed me exactly where the wear was on the tie rods. The team at Strafford were very helpful and informative. The services provided were reasonably priced and expeditious. Definitely will be back!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I've been going here for 8 years and service has always been top notch. I've had just about everything done on my 9 cars and trucks over the years and never had a single problem. Even through the transfer of ownership, the service remains top quality. These guys are great.I was driving around and heard a rattle under my car, so I stopped by. It was a slow day for them, so they put it up on a lift. After about thirty seconds, they figured out that one of my heat shields had come loose. A few bolts later and they sent me on my way, and wouldn't accept any sort of payment.I'll definitely be recommending them to others if they need any work done.

Had a flat and needed service. Went out of their way to diagnose and replace my tires on a very busy day. Extremely thankful. Great staff, super easy to talk to and explained everything. Witnessed similar service. Would absolutely recommend
