They were awesome and took good care of me. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Vaughn was very thorough and quick to get the job done. Very welcoming environment. It was a pleasant experience.

I can t say enough!! Meineke in Dover is the best so many good things about the service. I have to especially show appreciation towards one of the workers name Nate he went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was safe and taken care of and worked with me with a secondary warranty company. The secondary warranty company was not easy, but Nate handled it for me so I didn t have to will definitely be recommending Meineke in Dover

I was impressed with the full check that Meineke performed on my vehicle before doing the work. The website they use to send information and to pay the bill is exemplary. The only issue I found was it didn't tell me the work was complete. I had to call to see if it was done.

Nate at the front desk was the best! He was so nice and helpful! I could tell how much other customers liked him too. The prices are great, they give you the information you need to make informed decisions, and they don t make you feel dumb. I will certainly be coming back whenever I need anything. Thanks Nate!

I went in to get my brake pads changed because I thought they might be getting low after 25k miles. Dropped the car off and waited to hear what was needed. Shortly after, I received a call stating that they performed the brake inspection and the pads still had a lot of life left so it did not need them. When I went to pick the car up they said it was a free inspection and I didn t owe anything. The honesty and openness of this place surprised me. They very easily could have replaced the pads or even just say they did and charged me but they did not. This is the kind of service you really don t see nowadays.

The level of personalized service was amazing. They were very thorough and very helpful and informative. They sent videos of defective parts and explained the necessity of the work they were doing. The team really worked hard to get my daughter s car safe to drive. Thank you so much.

So let me start of by saying anyone I've ever dealt with here has always been pleasant never an issue with attitude or anything. I've been dealing with Meineke for about three years now since I moved up to NH. Considering my car is old, I know once in a while it will need repairs and I like to think I put trust in mechanics that will do right by me and my car. With that said everytime I needed an inspection, I was quoted at LEAST $1,000 in repairs, which is asinine. This current inspection quote was well over $2,000. Something told me to get a second opinion, so I took my car for another inspection at another garage and passed with flying colors. The only thing that was agreed was that I would eventually need my CV boot repaired but I didn't get failed for it. Plus I had an alternator replaced about 3 or 4 times in a year because it was faulty but the other garage I took my car to replace the alternator and I have not had any problems since. With that said I don't know if I trust Meineke anymore.

Nate and the Meineke Team are not just great people, they ve provided trusted service. I m a Dover resident and they ve helped maintain my older service van for the past year + .. never had any follow up issues after their work and are always reasonably priced. Thank you!!

To start - there were two clients in the waiting room when I arrived who both swore they would never go anywhere else. To finish - I needed a rear muffler fixed in order to pass inspection, and Meineke did it for 1/3 of the price the other shop was quoting. They put my car on the lift and gave me a quote for welding the muffler instead of trying to charge me for an unnecessary replacement. Amazing customer service and quality of the service done. Nate deserves 5+ stars.

My dealership informed me I needed brakes, so I scheduled with Meineke where the service was much more affordable. They called me and informed me that my brakes are fine and should last me a while longer. I really respect their honesty and feel confident going to them in the future when I do need work done!

This place was extremely helpful and took care of everything that I needed to get done with my diesel truck. My engine light came on and it could have been a whole host of issues. Nate was excellent and ensured me that they would diagnose the issue. Sure enough, the next day Nate had a detailed report for me, the guys showed me that I needed a few things from an oil change to a battery corrosion issue to the main engine issue. Everything was done later that day and I'm back to work. This is the place I'm going from now on. Excellent service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I made an appointment to get a few things done for inspection. This is a work van. I told Nate that I need it back that day, and it is my only vehicle. Plus I work out of it. The work should have been done in a few hours. Around 2:00 I called because I hadn't heard anything. Nate assured me that it would be done by five. So around 3:30, I get a phone call, and he tells me he has bad news. He tells me that they will not finish it that day and that he needs it until 9:00 the next day. I told him this is unacceptable and I need my van. I told him that I was coming to get the van, I asked him how much did I owe for the work that was done. He told me Nothing. I asked him if he changed the muffler gasket and he told me no. This is about a ten minute job. So that means that my van sat in their parking lot for eight hours, and they didn't even do anything to it. He then tells me they would stay late and do it. They had my van for eight hours and never even brought it in the building. The first time they had the van they had it all day I spent over $2,000.00 and they didn't finish the work. The second time they had it I lost a days pay for nothing. I took my van to Monroe on Waltons way today they inspected and did the work while I waited. I have taken vehicles to Monroe repair before and I was happy. I do not recommend Meineke in Dover. I will never go to Meineke in Dover again. Go to Monroe tire on Waltons way. Better service hands down.

Had to spend $400 instead of $40 for the state inspection. Not quite sure if I absolutely needed that repair. Although staff was friendly and communicated well during my visit. Thanks, Nate!

Had my car towed in because it wouldn t start. I assumed the worst. Turned out to be an issue with the key, and they didn t charge me a dime for the troubleshooting of that issue. While it was there they did the rear brakes and an oil change, both of which I knew needed to happen but had been putting off. They got everything done much faster than expected and were great at communicating. Very well run, very respectable and trustworthy mechanics. Would recommend this meineke to anyone! Incompetent, is the best word I would use to describe my customer service at meineke today.Many things went wrong with my vehicles visit to the shop today. First they were an hour late to get my car into the shop despite me arriving at the scheduled appointment time, then they needed to get the part, then they got the wrong part, then they sent some one out to get the right part again.... so 4 hours later my car finally has the right brake pads replaced.I asked them to "make it right". They refused to take any thing off my bill despite wasting 4 hours of my day. Then they over charge me 200$, credit it to my account 2-3 business days. If your on a tight budget that could mean food on the table.They should have at least taken labor off my bill as it's not my fault they had the wrong brakes, sent some one out to get the wrong brakes, then have to go out again to get the right brakes. They wasted my time, and my money.In short meineke has terrible practices, a disorganized shop, and incompetent customer service. Never meineke again.
