I brought my car to Lou s for new tires and they had the best prices by far. I ve also had some muffler work done here, they are honest and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The folks at Lou's are friendly and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. I particularly appreciated that they showed me exactly what the problem was before the repair and showed me their repair when finished. Their repair was excellent. They gave me the exact cost prior to the repair.

I went to Firestone and was quoted $1100 for a whole new muffler. I was recommended Lou s by somersworth Nissan so I went for a second opinion. The guys here said my muffler was fine and just needed a new piece welded on. I was in and out within 20 minutes, it was a fraction of the cost, and my car sounds great now! Everyone was super friendly and I ll definitely be back if I need anything else.Service: Exhaust

Took my car to lous custom exhaust after another shop told me I needed new catalytic converters within 10 minutes it was on the lift and we came up with a plan to fix everything at a reasonable price had my exhaust fixed with 2 hours these guys deserve more than 5 stars

I took my '94 S10 with a small block Chevy swap for some exhaust work. I'd fabbed the 3" exhaust on my back in my driveway, so it wasn't a surprise that there were leaks. They took the truck in and did phenomenal work. It wasn't easy but they didn't complain even once, and cashed me out for a price that was more than reasonable. I highly recommend these guys. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.TLDR, Fantastic Work, Great Prices, Great People

Several welds leaked in less than 4 months, ended up going to portsmouth location to get it fixed and to find out this is very common in dover

I'm going to say that some of the bad reviews might be more of a personality conflict or misunderstanding.My experience was fantastic. Needed five new rims swapped out. While they thought they were being a nuisance, I welcomed the constant questions. Mostly because they were for things I didn't think about. Such as the spare on a Jeep, asking which way I wanted the tire to face.Plus providing additional information about a separate issue I would have never known about from underneath. Even though it was something not part of their scope of work.Just seeing how they behave, treat each other and their customers, was comforting. Especially considering how some people are these days.This is the kind of business, you want to do business with!!!

I ve got tires here two different times. Both times my tires were affordable and lasted meYears and never popped or went flat during the life of them.I m not sure what the reason is, but there s only a tire guy on certain days of the week. I just learned that the other day. I thought it was full time. But I guess maybe the majority of their business is exhaust work. I got my last set of tires about 2 years ago. I m wondering if it just recently became Lou s custom exhaust. It was too long ago for me to remember what the name of their business was. But the first timeI went there, they were so nice and the tires were perfectly priced for me and they threw them on so quickAnd I was so happy with the tires and the service, I got my next tires from them too. But just a couple days ago, I went there to get my third set and it seemed different. Even different staff. So something tells me that maybe they changed to exhaust. I could probably easily research and find out for a fact.But anyway. If their prices and used tire quality is the same from what I remember, they get 5 stars from me.

Amazing people! Got me an appointment right away and completely redid my exhaust. It came out better than I could imagined. They were super polite and personable and you can really tell the customer comes first. 300 buck to install a cat back system that they can't even put the mufflers on straight, not to mention the kid that works there doesn't have a clue what he's doing..

This guy is awesome. Got me in right away. Small crack/ leak that I was told by the Subaru dealership would be a $4000 fix and this place got me in and out for $150.

Very over priced compared to other luis customs I was told over 1200 for a catback exhaust it s not even a dual exhaust

quick to work, on demand appointment, but the welding job on my flex pipe looks horrendous for an exhaust shop. very nice employees though. I guess the pipe does it's job though.
