Tim was great. Very helpful and more informative then other salespeople I dealt. Antoine was very good at helping reduce the stress of a big decision. This process was difficult but when I started working with these guys I felt much better and would find what I needed.

My repairs were clearly explained to me before I approved them. They were then carried out promptly and I am very happy with the results. Dover Chevy diagnosed problems I didnt know I had. The staff was friendly, attentive, and polite. I feel I have discovered a shop I can trust and I will return when my vehicle needs future servicing.

Straight Forward Dealership know how.Brian from parts cut a key for me that I purchased from them and made sure the key started the car .along with all was a 1st class experience .. I even had a few minutes to check out a few showroom muscle cars !

Service was fast and easy. Emily did an amazing job and solved an ongoing issue I had with needing 2 plates on a sportscar. An impressive level of service. Got to test drive a pickup while I'd waited as another leased truck of mine is coming due soon. Ed the salesman in the showroom is really knowledgeable, helpful and also has an easygoing positive attitude. Anton took care of me last time for financing and I can't say enough about his expertise and efficiency. Everything's very clearly explained and very fast making for an uncommonly pleasant experience in my opinion.

Fast and smooth purchasing experience. I bought a 2018 F-150 at a very reasonable price. They were all very professional from Big Mike to the finance department, and then Don. After purchasing, I worked with Don to resolve a minor issue quickly. I d recommend this dealer and would purchase again in the future.

Was disappointed today at Dover Chevy. I had made an appointment for 11 arrived at 11 and was told that my sales person would be right with me. It was 1120 before any one assisted me. I did however notice that the people who came in after me ( and were dressed nicely arriving in a much nicer car than mine were immediately assisted without an appointment). I was able to test drive two cars and settled on the one I wanted. When the sales man asked me what my ideal goals were he laughed at me when I told him and said " thoes days are over" he also waited until my boyfriend left to ask me questions about what I was looking for and immediately stopped talking when he came back. They also held my keys for significantly longer than they should have and I had to ask for them back. They did not listen to what I wanted or what I felt was reasonable. The sales man told me that he could get another 1000 for my trade and that they had looked at all banks for my interest rate, just for the financial person to come over with only 600 more for my trade and that they didn't look at all banks just looked at my credit score and put in their computer. I insisted that I could get a better rate with either of my own banks and he laughed at me. They never made a single attempt to try to get my monthly payment lower. Also when the financial person came over he only introduced himself to me and ignored my boyfriend which is a power move and disrespectful. I asked for the copy of the breakdown of their offer and he refused to give it to me, which also struck me as shady. I was able to take a picture which I will use to compare next time, but the financial man was shaking and visibly uncomfortable as I took the picture. He definitely did not want anyone else to see his "great deal". As a woman I would never go to this location alone, not that the experience was any better with a man with me.

I live and work 53 minutes from Dover Chevy I work less than a mile away from Quirk I have family at Quirk in sales All that didn t matter , I was told by a wise GM of a dealership We buy cars from people not places That GM happened to be Don McEwen, Of Dover Chevy. I m in the business and this dealership treated me the way I train my sales people to be they were profesional , courteous, and out of their way helpful. Kyle Fales my sales person drove an hour to get paperwork signed , Anton Marienko made sure to get me the best rate in finance , and Don made sure all the guys took special care of me . I will take the beautiful drive to Dover to get service done before I go anywhere else please consider this dealership home for your new Chevy purchase A+++

Don and the team were excellent. Leased the vehicle over the phone without a hassle or gamesmanship! Picked the vehicle and they were ready for me when I arrived. Including the phone call, I think the whole transaction took less than an hour. Perfect and Painless!

I was looking to order some accessories for my new Silverado and I was lucky enough to have Alan from Dover Chevrolet parts department help me out. It s been a long time since I have dealt with such pleasant and helpful person. Alan took extra time to help straighten out an issue I caused when ordering the accessories online and not only did he get it all corrected but he also called afterwards to follow up to make sure everything fit well. Dover Chevrolet is lucky to have a guy like Alan working for them and I hope they see that. Thank you Alan.

I am not a customer of Dover Chevrolet. I stopped in recently looking for information about a car that the dealership had prior to it being shipped to where I ultimately bought my Mustang. As I was explaining to a salesperson why I was there, the general manager, Don McEwen came out of his office and told me everything he knew of the vehicle from its time on his lot. He even invited me into his office, looked up the VIN, and gave me the original window sticker from Ford. Don further introduced me to his service manager who had a few things further to say about my car. I was even given at no charge a bottle of touch up paint mixed by vin to match my cars paint perfectly. If this is how I was treated when just walking in off the street, I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. I highly recommend this dealership based on my interaction. Thank you Don!

I stopped in because my truck would not stop at very slow speeds. The service advisor had a technician look at it immediately. They didn't want it driven until it was examined. A previous recall was found and it was repaired. The service advisor ( Jen) went above and beyond. I was kept updated throughout the day until it was finished. This is the dealership service everyone dreams about.

I d recommend not going here to sell your car. The other KBB affiliated dealers are likely more honest, and were in my experience. I went there as the email from the contact said they can pay higher that others. While the things noted on the car by the appraiser were spot on, the offer was not. The reason for the low offer was the marketplace. Cars like mine are easy to obtain and the market is flooded with them. However, the example to show a comparative car was searched by them and the closest in mileage he could find was in New Jersey and much more mileage than mine at less than 10,000. No mention of the one on their lot or at least there according to the website is there with fewer options and double the mileage , along with the one 3 years older with much more mileage also on their website for about $1500 more than their offer to me. Perhap you have a better experience.I can only assume they ll operate in the same fashion if you try to buy a car.

I just bought a 2021 gmc savanna 2500 from dover Chevrolet and because of the experience i had here i won't ever shop anywhere else again! The service was 5 star through the entire experience. Mike C was my sales rep who helped me to find the perfect work van for my business. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure everything was in good working condition. Anton M helped me with the financial end of things. He took the time and called around to find a bank which would accept my less than perfect credit. He walked me through the paperwork and answered any questions i had. Finally Matt C was the technician who worked on some issues my vehicle was having and got everything working great again. Overall my experience at Dover Chevy was 5 star and really impressive. It is tough to find even one great employee these days but dover Chevy is full of them! Every person I encountered throughout this experience went above and beyond.

The advisor just was not good at her Job and when I asked about a promo I had signed up for, 79.99 oil change, I was given the blank answer without remorse of that is not available for your vehicle. Considering I have used it a few times before without issue, I stormed out and hope she saw my frustration. There are other chevy dealerships in the area and I will be going elsewhere for my next service.

Last week, I sent an online request to inquire about Toyota Sienna and was contacted the same day via email to set up a time to see one available at another location. I spoke with Natasha over the phone, and she told me that they could transfer the vehicle from its current location to Dover for me to look at it. I confirmed via text that same day that I would be by the next day around 6pm; it was confirmed by her via text. We arrived the next day and three sales reps were not aware of our appointment and was not able to confirm they had a sienna available. After some time looking it up, we were told the Sienna was no longer available.This was very disappointing as we has rearranged our schedule to have the family go out and test drive it. Also, it was an hour's drive.I emailed the sales manager the night of and have yet to receive a response. Another representative did email me a few days ago to acknowledge that they did receive a response, however the sales manager had not read it yet. Still no follow up.My negative review is for a poor first impression. I will not do business with a company that fails to provide basic customer care. I understand it's a hot market when it comes to vehicle sales right now, but there will come a time when faithful business practices will be warranted, and integrity will win out.

It came in weeks before it expected delivery date, and the dealership had it ready for pick up in just four hours! Don, Marty, Kyle and the rest of the team were amazing to work with! Everyone at Dover Chevrolet was great, especially Emily who checked me in. I love how much they communicate with me, especially over text. She makes it clear that she is there to answer any questions. The only thing that would make it even better is if they had more coupons for routine oil changes, or discounted for loyalty.
