After hitting five different tire shops on the way to vacation I ended up here- it was a Sunday and I ran into a few places with competitors that although their web sites said they were open- or their sister locations told me they were open!- I'd drive 30-40 minutes only to find out they were closed. I ended up here and was lucky enough to work with Allison H- She went above and beyond to help get my in and the tire swapped out quickly. Very friendly, personable and helpful. Even helped find me a place to eat within walking distance. The work was done in less time then estimated and she was able to get me back on the road- amazingly positive experience.

I don't usually leave bad reviews. And I know this is a reputable company and location. I've been using them since I turned 16 and got my first car and my family has been using this location for years aswell. Have never honestly had a bad experience here. Until recently. And still not bad enough to leave a terrible review or have hard feelings. However several months ago I brought my car here for an oil change new tires and a NH State inspection. For starters. It looks like someone tried to force my hood open. The latch is different so I'm assuming it broke. But I had to find that out myself and was told that I would have been notified if that was the case. Then there's hand prints ALL OVER the lip of the white hood. (It's a white car in a mechanic shop. I expect a few spots to be dirty. But this looked like someone literally grabbed the hood in as many spots as possible to rip it open.) And the rubber seal under the hood is all torn apart. Not like that before. Then we get to the tires. Again not too upset. But the same thing with the hood on all 4 wheel wells. Hand and oil prints everywhere. The adhesive all over the rims tires and wheel wells. And even with the massive amount of adhesive somehow 2 tires keep perpetually leaking. That happens and is easy enough to clean myself. But the real issue why I'm making this review is because of the inspection. Everything was fine. Things happen I'm willing to excuse something I can clean or repair myself simply. But I failed for my rear windows being too dark. I've had 3 previous inspections without any one bringing that issue up. But the rules are the rules and laws constantly change. I'm not asking anyone to do something they aren't allowed to do. But they were so fixated on the windows they never felt the need to mention or check that my rear brakes and brake lines were so corroded and worn down that I would almost kill myself trying to stop a few months down the road. I don't drive my car often I have a second vehicle I've driven it maybe 10x in the 4 or 5 months since I was failed for tires that were replaced in the same visit. And rear windows that I've been fine with for many years. Thinking the only issue being the windows now and only driving it a few times a month. I'd wait until I got a medical waiver and reinspect it, however getting off the highway the other day, having absolutely no brakes cause the rear lines rotted out and dumped all fluid during my ride home and pads worn down so bad they couldn't believe I was able to stop before they blew out. I just don't know how you can either not notice or not mention it if it is that bad. If my windows had been fine, I can only assume that you guys would have put a sticker on a car that could have killed someone not even 6 months down the line. When the sticker is valid for 12. That is my biggest concern because I would have never put the key in the ignition knowing the state of the brake lines and pads. The pads did look a little worn to me. But I brought it to you guys for an inspection and it was never mentioned so I assumed they were still good.

I ve been coming to VIP auto for more than 10 years. I have been bringing my Honda Civic for oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections and preventative maintenance. I ve always had a great experience here. Allison H. Was super helpful when I was diagnosing an issue with my directional tires. She listened to exactly what I needed done and got it taken care of for me faster than I expected. Service Advisors like her are what helps to build life long clientelle.

Paul and Eddie at VIP Auto in Londonderry are definitely customer focused. When they could not fix the crushed driver's door, they referred me to Nick at East Derry Collision who promptly fixed my car. VIP has always been able to help me with all other issues and even install whatever was needed: new wiper blades, battery etc.Great service and reasonable prices.

We were on a road trip when we started to have car trouble. Allison was so incredibly helpful and got us in right away. We ended up needing a bigger repair than we thought. They were quick to help us get our things, so we could get into our rental, and back on our trip. They were so accommodating and made a rough day so much easier on us. I truly appreciate the incredible customer service.

In the middle of a snow storm and 40 miles from home, I had a rear tire on my truck start to go flat. VIP was the only place open and had themselves just got power back and had only one service tech on duty. They got my truck right in and fixed my tire up and sent me on my way in very short order. Great people and superior customer service!!!!

Huge high 5's to Mike and Allison. After being stranded with a dead battery on a freezing cold day, I made it to their store and they quickly replaced it. They honestly shared that their initial estimate for the service was more than what was needed and immediately updated my bill. I really couldn't believe how friendly and efficient they were. I hope they get recognized for their professionalism that day.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences when coming to VIP Londonderry. The staff is knowledgable and the customer service is excellent. I feel that the prices are fair for the work performed. I have taken in my both my suv and my son's car. We used VIP for our inspection sticker which was easy and timely. They have wifi, water and coffee available . I was able to work while I waited each time I came in. We will definitley be back again!

We've used this location for years for maintenance, service and replacement parts - but after today I'm never going back. I scheduled an oil change and rotation with Paul (who I believe is the manager) for a date and time...and when I arrived today I was simply turned away because they couldn't accommodate the service...even though they are the ones that SCHEDULED this . No phone call or notification prior to getting 2 little kids out the door. If you don't have kids, a schedule to keep, or are just super flexible ... this is a good location for you...but if you are a mom trying to juggle it all I'd stay far away from this location and find a place that understands what a scheduled appointment means.

I greatly appreciated the service I received at VIP Auto in Londonderry, NH. I was preparing for a road trip to Utah and hoped my car would be ready. Unfortunately, my battery died. The first place I took it to didn't think it was a battery issue and was perplexed about the problem. The same thing happened two days later and I decided to bring the car into VIP.I explained the situation and they determined that I did need a new battery. They gave me pricing options and I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. They stated that my type of vehicle would run absolutely fine with the less expensive battery.I then explained that I would be heading out west and I wanted to be assured that if anything happened with the battery, I would be covered. Unfortunately, there are no VIPs in Utah! This is when they came up with a viable solution for me. They share space with O'Reilly's auto store, which sells batteries nationwide.I purchased the battery from O'Reilly's and was astonished that VIP would install the battery for me. Everyone in the store was amiable, and I could tell that the service manager had a way about himself that created a nice working environment for his team and for the customer.I greatly appreciate the service and will be back soon!Laurie Moran

My fianc� has been going to VIP for a few years and has never had a problem until this past weekend. He scheduled an appointment for his tires and the appointment was quick and we thought everything was fine. The next morning we went out to go shopping and when we got home we had 3 flat tires. Upon finding this we called VIP and they said they would fix it if WE could get the car there. Luckily we had AAA so they came and blew up the tires enough to get us there. By the time we get there (a 10 min ride) we once again have 2 flat tires with the 3rd being extremely low. When we arrived there they told us they would have it done by closing and would call us. They didn t not inform us we would need to leave the car so we were left scrambling to find a ride home. Once they found the issue they called and told us that there was 3 broken valves and it would be $80 to fix. My fianc� told them that before we dropped the car off to get the new tires it was fine and they were the ones who broke them. They told us they couldn t verify this so we needed to pay. After talking to them some more it was found that the mechanic who did the work lied to the front staff about the issue and was about to let us pay for his mistake. Beyond that, after we sorted this out they told us they needed to put a spare on the car meaning that we had to scramble to find another car for him to drive to work as my fianc� works in Boston and cannot drive a car with a smaller spare on for several days. We are beyond disappointed as this place has been great in the past. With this last experience they have lost our trust and we can no longer bring our cars to them.

Paul helped us tonight with a dead battery. He was so kind and patient and made us feel like we were no problem even though they were closing. Most places would be annoyed when a customer comes in at closing time but Paul insisted it wasn t an issue and took care of us with a smile on his face. We will definitely be back! Thanks Paul!

I've had my car taken care of at this location for years and have always received fantastic customer service. Jobs are performed in a timely manner and correct the issues presented. I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. I thought it was the starter but I wasn't sure. They said it would be over $500 if they had to replace the starter. They said they checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. When I went to pick it up it was parked in the same spot I left it in and it didn't look like it was moved. The next day it didn't start. I took it to another VIP in Derry. They said they checked and the starter was bad and they replaced it. The test was around $140 but the starter was only around $400. I don't understand how the same company can have such different ways of repairing and charging for the same thing. Never again!Service: Electrical repair

575 to install a starter in a 05 Jeep that would have been 300+ anywhere else. Exhaust was damaged during installation of the starter which they deny, but exhaust is only 2 month old. Stopped using them a long time ago because they are overpriced and every time it was serviced it left with another problem. I'm done with them.

I had a 3pm appointment to have a simple oil change. At 4:20PM I was informed the tech was having trouble getting my skid plate off. Confused, I asked to see what they meant. After looking at the car, they informed me no work had been done outside of the fight to get the bolts off. Curious why nobody let me know, they gave me a handful of terrible excuses. They proceeded to get mad at me for being upset. Get it together VIP.

My son was leaving to go to college in NY yesterday, and his car wouldn't start. I put a charger on the battery for a half hour and it had just enough juice to turn over. We drove straight to O'Reillys to buy a new battery, but when the VIP guys heard our situation, they immediately offered to go outside, test the battery to confirm that was the problem, and put the battery in for us. They had us back on the road to school in 20 minutes! Made me so happy and reassured...and I didn't have to mess around with replacing it in a parking lot somewhere in NY!

I consistently use VIP in Londonderry. Mike, Paul, and Allyssa are kind , very professional and helpful every time I go there. I feel like the inspections are thorough and honest. I never get pushed to have work done to my car that is not warranted. They give my husband free inspections as a veteran. I couldn t be happier with this place. Highly recommend. I have been a customer for oil changes for a long time now. So this morning on Saturday I went for one. Well apparently they do appointments only. Well how was I supposed to know. No one was in the building and no one waiting outside to be serviced. So instead of putting me in just to have good customer service and honesty oil changes take less than 15 minutes!!!. I am now at Jiffy lube and have great service and will tell as many people!
