I always go here. They are fast. They are good. They tell me everything and great detail about my car. And they fix whatever they can and tell me where to get the rest done.

This is a well run shop. They are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely efficient. You get the feeling that they really appreciate you as a customer and really want to do their best to take care of your car. Extremely friendly and courteous attitude throughout. My senior technician, Corey, was not only knowledgeable and professional, but took the time to really make me feel comfortable and get to know me and my automotive preferences. My service tech, Jake, was thorough and attentive to detail. I didn t feel rushed and sensed that they really take pride in a job well done. I will definitely be back, with my other vehicles as well. I would highly recommend this location for quick, efficient, and competitively priced service.

Fast quick service. Had oil change and tires rotated. Very polite crew and fast. Kept me informed as to what they were doing. In and out in about 20 mins.

The service was incredible and fast. Great maintenance recommendations by Cameron and I hope this young man gets a pay increase. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up putting $325 into my vehicle and I was not even mad. I was so thankful that the young mechanic was so well verse in cars to explain what could happen if not managed soon but also added I had time to wait and take care of it later. He and his colleague were amazing and so friendly. He recommended additional items which I will return by end of month to complete. This place is awesome, with excellent customer service. Thank you Cameron.

So my step father had a transmission flush done and it was 6 months later when I checked the fluid and noticed it was dirty and car was shifting little rough. I called the manager Mike and he was very professional and offered to change the fluid for me for free. I called before coming in just to make sure this was accurate and I went in the store to have the service performed. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I d rate it higher, however my oil change wasn t exactly 15 minutes, I was there for almost 35 minutes. I told them I wanted an oil change and only an oil change, but regardless they continue to push other services I didn t want. Despite that, they were friendly and helpful.

This is my second time using Valvoline in Derry for an oil change on my Ford Ranger, and again I am glad I went. I knew going in that I'd want an oil and filter change along with a new air filter. They had what I needed in stock and got everything done quickly and correctly. In the over-and-above department, the technician noticed that I had a plastic screw missing in a panel near my oil filter, so he replaced it at no extra charge. I love this place and will see them again in about 5000 miles!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Been coming here for years. Never an issue. Always very friendly and efficient. They tell you the manufacturers recommendations and prices but never push the services on you. Also they don't keep dirty filters on hand to show you and say its yours so you'll buy a new one! They will actually say you don't need a new one at this time.

I never write reviews, but when the customer service and experience goes this smooth, I feel obligated. I actually always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes just out of habit, but for some reason today I went to Valvoline. I m pretty practical, I don t expect exceptional service when getting my oil change ...... BUT that changed today. I believe his name was Adam, he helped me out and was just ridiculously kind!! Not something I m use to at an oil change establishment. And on top of that, he showed me my air filter (I pretended to be ignorant) and he could have easily tried to upscale me on one, but he didn t. He just said Probably after the next oil change you might want to replace that. No pressure, no bait and switch, nothing but excellent service.And you sit in your car while they do it, which felt kinda cool, like I was really being taken care of. I don t know, but I never had such a pleasant oil change experience e like that before.Thanks guys!! A little bit of kindness goes a long way!! Keep it up, I m definitely coming back.

Very friendly and definately professional. The staff also had an excellent knowledge of what was needed for my vehicle. There was absolutely no preassure if I chose not to have any services done that I felt could wait until next oil change.

Meh.When you just want oil and filter you need to constantly remind them as they keep trying to do thier free services. I imagine they are mentally and physically on autopilot.Would be ok except they blame me, for not telling them, which I do, each person that comes over and starts doing something I don't want I have to tell them again, frustrating.Oil and filter, nothing else, they can't understand.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get in. Service is good and they were very friendly. I bring my car there for my oil changes because they do very good

Yes their price is a little higher but w coupons offered at$10 off $37 is not a bad price for a conventional oil change on my old car. Service was very well done. Staff is very professional and friendly. No high pressue extra services and it wasdone very quick while waiting on the car. I will go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Nice guys and quick oil change. Unfortunately I went to Walmart and found the same oil they used on my Jeep just to find out they charged me 4x the amount for their brand of oil from the same 5 quarts you can buy at the store for $24.99.Edit: I went to Mavis Tires and Brakes out in Manchester, I paid $75 less than this garbage Valvoline place. Same service, out in 10 minutes. Valvoline swindles you in saying their fast "10 minutes" service is worth the extra $75+ fee when it's most certainly not.

I went I. For an oil change and they then informed me that my cab brake light on my truck was out a employee then took an impact guna to my plastic brake light lens and broke the plastic and then informed me that the screws somehow melted to plastic and stripped it when. I heard him do it then got out of my truck and seen under the screws that the plastic was shattered underneath the screw and not melted I asked so whats going to happen now who's going to pay for this they said well it was like this and not our fault I Sai you took an i.pact to it and broke it he refused to hear it said I can put tan packing tape on your clear brake light lens on your blue truck other than them braking my lens and not excepting responsibility or offer to pay for my oil change and replacing the brake light service was ok .5 stars and thats only for the guy under my truck that changed the oil correctly would not recommend going there at all unless you want them to take an impact gun to every screw on your vehicle and risk breaking all the plastic

Great teamwork and friendly staff. I always return. So convenient. The price is worth it, and there are always coupons if you search for them.
