Worked over the phone with Luis at first, he made sure the team had what I needed. Came in to speak with Garrett shortly after and he took care of me. All in all 10/10 stars really, I was in and out with no issues nor complaints. Very good service also the prices are so affordable.

Sam was amazing from the time I called yesterday he took time to go over multiple options, price matched a competitor $2 off per tire for Michelins, ordered them overnight, installed them while I waited, & it was all done faster than expected before noon. Sam & TownFairTire have a great team!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and quick. Able to get a convenient next day appointment calling at 5:30 the evening before. No high pressure add ons though they were offered and I actually took advantage of them as I feel they were well priced for the security. I don t usually do that. I feel they really went out of their way to help me. Luiz was very helpful.

This place is so much better than the Manchester location Sam was amazing I waited 5 and a half hours with an appointment at ancestor to get new tires. They canceled on me 2 times for a rotation which caused my tires to get a little chop. I wish more workers were like Sam he was great to deal with It was a pleasant experience that I was dreading to be honest

Luiz was very helpful in giving me better options than what we initially chose. The waiting area was comfortable. The wait time for the service was just what i was told. Town Fair Tire is our go-to tire place, and we highly recommend it.

Got a flat on my way to work. Unexpectedly needing a new tire first thing in the morning! Luiz Was very friendly, courteous, and the service was done in a very timely manner!

After getting a metal shard stuck in my tire, I was told I needed to replace all 4- definitely not what a girl wants to hear! Luckily, Sam at Town Fair Tire Londonderry provided me with excellent service and recommendations for my vehicle. He turned a sour situation into something great! My new tires look amazing and were fully aligned and put on in less than 2 hours (I even dropped them off early, too!). Shoutout to Sam for the great service.

I had gotten a flat tire early in the day; I called and spoke with Luiz who was a tremendous help getting me a same day appointment. He broke down the pricing very easily; aswell as answering all the questions I had. I felt very welcome with the service. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Luiz truly go s above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of all the way down to calling me to let me know that my wheels came in early and an availability opened up for me the same day so I was able to get my truck in and out painlessly that day instead of the next day. He was very personable and respectful. Not once did I feel like I was just another sale. Thank you Luiz!

I recently had new tires and rims installed on my 2021 Nissan Titan pickup truck. The store manager Garrett and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a total five star customer experience.

Went on a Saturday to see if an estimate I got elsewhere could be beat and it was! Anthony was awesome at explaining everything to me and I got 4 new tires installed that same day which would never happen with the "other place" Went back for a retorque and Sam was a pleasure to deal with during that visit. TFT was recommended to me by a friend and I'm vey glad I asked :)

Better check your head liner before you leave the store!If you go to the Londonderry location you may find grease and grime all over your sun visor and head liner from the filthy ball cap the tire or alignment guy wears.There is also no extra charge for the greasy finger prints left behind on your steering wheel or drivers door panel. I brought this to the store managers attention and his answer was in his words.... My guy is over 6ft tall what do you want us to do?Well, how about taking some precautions and not get them filthy in the first place.When I further pressed the issue, the store manager, called a place in Derry to see if they could remove the grease from the headliner. I had to take more time and go out of my way the next day to have Town Fair Tire's disregard for my property taken care of.When I gave my car a good second look I also found a long scratch on the center hub cap on my front wheelDon't expect to hear back from Corporate anytime soon if you send them a note. It has been a month and I am still waiting.I feel like making posters of the pictures I took of my interior and putting them on the sides of my van and drive up and downRT. 102 warning people to stay away!V.I.P tires is across the road. You may have a better experience there!

I showed up in the rain around closing time with flat tire, Sam was SO kind to get me in right away, there was an issue with getting my tire off and so I needed to keep it over night, The next day the tire was patched. He was so kind to me and made me feel extra special. EXCELLENT customer service!! 10 stars

Anthony went out of his way to order me some special tires for my wife's car. He worked around my schedule to get her SUV in and did an awesome job. Willy the tech did a great job! Tires came out great. Thanks to the great team in Londonderry for a great experience!!!

LUIZ He's the guy there that helped me an my Madre out. He's awesome very detailed and professional. Town fair tire also matched the price of a cheaper shop and gave me better tires! Thanks again Luiz. You're the man !

Luiz and the whole team in Londonderry were outstanding from initial scheduling phone call to service to completion. Communication was consistently perfect and as a team they over-delivered. Thanks guys, I'll see you next time I need tires!

I had a very good experience at the town fair tire in Londonderry, I feel it was the best out of all town fair tires I went to in the southern New Hampshire region, Anthony went above and beyond on what I needed and the Store manager is highly professional, that man was running the show, I dropped off my truck and apparently their tire technician Luiz did my truck in 35 minutes, just an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend town fair in future! Thank you guys!

I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Garrett and Sam at Town Fare Tire in Londonderry. I blew a tire out getting off the highway. The place was very busy and they graciously managed to fit me in. Plus they sold me four great tires at a great price! Well Done and much appreciated!!!

I ve had a very stubborn tire sensor light on in my ram truck for a couple of years now. The dealer was not able to fix the problem after multiple attempts. Went to Town Fair since they sold me the rims and tires a few years back. Tim performed a step-by-step diagnosis, giving my truck his full attention. He finally swapped a couple of the sensors out for new ones, and I was on my way in no time. Problem solved!

For starts the store manager Gerret has extremely rude and condescending attitude. He mocked me as I told him why I was calling, Absolutely 0 empathy 4 a horrible service provided by them. I called to simply get my vehicle checked after they mounted the tires incorrectly. Not only did I get bounced around by 3 different store employees. There are also very rude put me on hold and hung up. Finally got the storm manager. I could not believe the way he spoke to me.. Hopefully corporate will listen to that recorded call and take take action. Strongly recommend any other location if you want a good job done and treated like a human.

Thanks for luiz, I got my tire for my car that I just had a blew out on the highway, it was last minute but luiz took great care of me, if everybody was like this, Business would fly!! Thank you for the availability, and I would recommend it to anyone I know!

I came in with a flat tire but on the way in also got a flat on my spare! It was a crappy situation but Luiz was super helpful and got me in and out in like 20 minutes!! I would recommend anyone come here if they need good service!
