Year after year - Garrett and his team (Luis, Sam and others I m missing) have shown a vested interest and focused priority relating to customer experience. From first contact to follow up, price-matching to free changeovers - I m pretty certain you won t find a more dedicated auto-related establishment. Thank you for always taking the best care of me and my family.

Absolutely abysmal customer service, I almost never write bad reviews but honestly wish I could give zero stars. Made an appointment for 3:30 on the phone and received an email confirmation for a 3:30 appointment. After driving 2 vehicles to their Londonderry location, I was summarily told that I was supposed to be there at 8:30 that morning and they couldn't help me. Even when I showed him the email from Town fair tire that clearly showed I had a 3:30 appointment, he basically says I don't know what to tell you, you can leave because we are not doing your tires today. Absolutely no apology for their error, Absolutely no attempt to try and fix the error, and no attempt to compensate me for the hour of my wasted time for their error. If one of my employees treated a customer that way I would fire them on the spot. Apparently their philosophy of customer service is that they make a mistake and the customer can F off. I have a fleet of 20 trucks and a bunch of equipment and trailers that use tires. I can tell you I will never buy anything from this company again.

Super Friendly staff at the Derry location. Tech was neat and tidy. He fixed my tire within minutes. Pricing was right on par.

Trying to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. Had an appointment that didn t process correctly through your website. The manager advised me that he couldn t get it done today because it would take 1 hour to do the job. I asked to leave them and was told he could try to squeeze it in and it would costs $200 to mount and balance the tires!I asked why so much as I had this done before and it was $120. His reply corporate policy . Amazing how I called other Tirewarehouse s and the price was $120.This is the last time I ever go to Derry Tirewarehouse as the previous visit they stripped the post on one axle which resulted in a new hub having to be installed.Terrible service and a manger that willfully was trying to rip me off.Update: 2/16/24 . Went to Hooksett Tire warehouse and had 4 tires mounted on wheels . That took 8 minutes and costs $120.Easy math $80 less and far from 1 hour to do really Derry T.W?

I typically don t like to give negative reviews of local businesses, especially since I ve had a good experience here in the past - but today was different.I bought tires November 2022. I bought lower end tires (admittedly) but they still should have had a 55000 mile guarantee.On February 10th I went to get an inspection at a guy I ve been going to for years. My car failed for one tire as it was at the wear bars. Owner said to head back to tire warehouse and they should prorate a new tire.Went back today explained the situation. Three of my tires were fine, with 6/32 tread left (6 in, 6 out according to Paul). The tire in question, the guy tried to claim my car was out of alignment based off his measurements of 5 in and 2 out. I explained it was not. If the vehicle was out of alignment, the other tires would also wear unevenly. Not to mention I rotated them myself over the summer. I should mention - I ve only put 10k miles on it. At purchase my car was at 172984. Today it s at 182299.I told him I just wanted the one tire, preferably a take off if he could get one. He said let me check then he told me Kelly doesn t even make the tire anymore (Kelly edge performance) and he didn t even know if he could get it- after I asked how much it would cost. There was silence and he searched. Then he said he couldn t replace the one tire he d have to do all four because my vehicle is AWD. For what it s worth, it s not AWD. It s intermittent 4WD with power diverted to the back wheels only when slippage is detected.I then said, fine - I ll take off the wheel and bring it in but I m in no position to buy four tires right now, especially since there are just over a year old and I d buy new ones in the fall.He nodded. Then proceeded to give me a fudged invoice showing me a cooper credit for each tire, which still came out to about 550 bucks.I said no. All I wanted was a credit for the one tire that wore prematurely. Why would Kelly even guarantee tires at 55000 if they re not even available anymore? For what it s worth, a cursory google search still shows the tire available everywhere.All I need is the one tire to pass inspection. Needless to say I won t be back to Tire Warehouse here again.

I had some tires mounted. They got me in quickly and got them mounted fairly quickly. My only gripe is one of my wheels now has small paint chips around the entire lip. I took the brand new wheels out of the box ten minutes before bringing them to the shop. I kept the styrofoam lip protectors on the bottoms to make sure nothing happened to them because they re new. I don t know how it could have possibly physically happened. To me it looks like maybe the wheel was put face down at some point (maybe once the tire was mounted because it s a slight stretch so the lip is exposed) and when it was picked back up again it scraped against whatever surface it was on. These wheels were opened, put face up in a car and driven five minutes to the location before being mounted. I normally wouldn t mind but this is the first new set of wheels I have ever bought so I m really upset about it.

I set up an appointment through the tire warehouse website for 11/24/2023. I got both the confirmation text and email stating that my appointment was on 11/24 between 1-6 pm. I showed up for my appointment a little before 1 and the guy behind the counter told me the appointment never went through. After showing him both the email and text messages confirming the appointment, he said he "try and squeeze me in" and proceeds to lay out 3 different sets of tire, none are what originally specified that I wanted. I said that I wasn't looking for the tire type he was showing me and showed home the tires that I wanted. He very rudely said that the tires weren't even in stock and he couldn't help me. So I calmly said to cancel the appointment and I would go somewhere else. He actually had the audacity to call me 2 1/2 hours later saying they "found" me in the system and the tires were there. Needless to it felt like, he didn't want to lose the $1000 tire sale so he got the tire from the warehouse in hopes I still wanted them. Sorry should have thought about it before he snapped at me

I called 3 tire shops in the Derry area and was unable to get an appointment to have a tire mounted onto a wheel after one of my tires blew out on Hood after dropping my daughter at the school. I called tire warehouse and spoke with Brian and he just said "come on down." They took my tire right in and had me out of there in about 10 minutes after paying the lowest price I've ever paid to have a tire mounted and balanced. BEST PRICE AND BEST SERVICE! They'll even price with local competitors so I'll be back when it's time for some new tires.

Got a tire replaced for $220. Drove my car home and it was knocking like crazy. Tried to drive to work the next morning, knocking even louder. Had my son check it out. The lug nuts weren t tightened. They came right off!!

Your Online Appointment Scheduler is BROKEN please fix it...You schedule an appointment online for say drop-off...you get a confirmation email or text for a TIME RANGE to drop the car off...you get to Tire Warehouse and they say they DO NOT have your appointment in THEIR computer system because THEIR SYSTEM doesn't handle DROP-OFF/TIME RANGES. This has happened to MANY people I know and is well known, please FIX this problem.

i've truly never had a bad experience here, actually they only get better. i came in 15 minutes early and walking in I was greeted by name, because they were expecting me. they originally estimated 45 minutes which I was fine with to begin with, but about 10 minutes in the man up front told me my car was done! I go out and while one of the men was backing up they heard my skid plate dragging (it had been for a while previously and i honestly was putting off getting it fixed) the (what seemed like a manager) came out and told the man to pull it back in and they fixed it right then and there without charge! like i said every time i go back i have a better and better experience. the cost of service is truly fair considering you know you'll have an honest, fast, and efficient service. thank you to the guys who worked on my car today!!!!!! as long as i'm local i'll keep going to you guys :)

Charged $200 to mount and balance a set of 13" tires. Called the Manchester location just to make sure I wasn't going crazy and they quoted $129 for the same work. Been using these guys for years but never again after this unfortunately. Store was great with John - forget about it with Toothless Paul at the helm.

I just had the very best service at Tire Warehouse in Derry today! I just can t say enough about the professionalism, efficiency and kindness I experience when I stopped in with an emergency . They took care of my tire problem and had me back on my way in no time! It s so heart warming to see this kind of service in todays world where it can be hard to find! Such a wonderful group of people work there.

I had a couple of nails in my tire, the business closes at 7pm. I was there a 6:30pm. Tire was not repairable, the gentleman told me it needed to be replaced, I told him to go ahead. Everything was completed in 20 minutes and I was also advised to order lugnuts because if I was to get a flat, AAA wouldn't be able to change them, he went online, found a great deal and told me that when they arrive at my house stop by anytime and they would put them on the tires for me. I am always treated kindly and respectful Derry NH branch. Thank you

10/10 recommend!! I got a nail in my tire and went right here. Everyone was super nice, he plugged my tire for free which helped me out a lot being a college student! Definitely recommend!! :)

I have been coming here for years. I have 5 cars and they have service each one over the years. John and his team are professionals and know their products and are willing to work with you and will go the extra mile. And they continue to price match so why go anywhere else.

Wrong tires installed, they added tire insurance without asking to bring the price close to the tires I ordered.When told, was charged the tire difference which was fine. But tire insurance was never refunded from the first set and they added it again to the new set.Buy from tire rack and have them installed at a different store. You'll save time and headaches.

Very accommodating to help in fixing a flat tire at the last minute. I was scared to ride on the donut too long. I was delayed making the appointment time & they allowed me to extend the time I would arrive. They showed they care about me & have earned my business in the future.

Super fast and friendly place. Use them mainly to swap out my cars summer and winter shoes. Was unable to lift the tires and wheels out of my car due to an injury, but crew was more than happy to grab them for me. Dirt cheap for the tire swap and highly recommend them.

They could not set up the tire pressure sensor. When I left they claimed they put it in calibration mode and I needed to drive it s for a little while. Second trip they said my 2019 was to new and they didn t have the correct equipment and I needed to take it to a dealer. (A place that only deals with tires did not have the proper equipment) I found a local mechanic that was able to resolve the issue.

The guys at Tire Warehouse in Derry, NH are great. My tire pressure warning light was on. Gary checked my tires and fixed the problem quickly. Store Manager Paul has a wonderful disposition as well. I go there whenever I have tire issues and am always satisfied.Highly recommended.

While we had a warranty service plan with Tire Warehouse already, they fixed our tire in a timely manner and did not charge us for the service, even though they didn't know about our warranty. Friendly and helpful. Thank you.
