1st time @ Sullivan. Had synthetic oil change & state inspection. VERY impressed, from how easy it was to schedule an appointment on their web site to the service received. Adam @ the Derry location was extremely professional, pleasant & informative. Will definitely use Sullivan again for my automotive needs. Highly recommended.

Kris and his team are amazing! He is super polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He has a friendly and clear way of explaining what work is needed and what work is done. He doesn t over, complicate it and make it too technical. He s also been very fair and honest in the three or four times that I visited the store. I d highly recommend this particular Sullivan store and plan to return.

Reasonable prices, especially with rebates. I like that they're open on Saturdays, super convenient. The guys at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. Tire replacement only took a couple hrs. Definitely would recommend here for tire placement

save yourself a headache and go anywhere else. absolutely no communication. says on the wall we treat our customers like family , well thats just a blatant lie. dropped my car off first thing Tuesday morning with a lot of work to be done, and i came in here because i was in a pinch. waited all day for an update and got nothing, so i called them.not only was my car not ready, but i was told they got it on the lift & diagnosed it, and they never called me back ? so they were just gonna let my car sit there all night with no explanation for me? while it was okay that my car wasn t ready (it was understandable given the work it needed) they added charges i didn t need like tires.Wednesday i AGAIN waited ALL DAY with no call or any sort of update, so i had to call them myself at 5:00pm. they told me they were having some trouble with the repairs because my car is old and worn down, (again understandable) and it would be ready first thing in the morning .needless to say it wasn t done first thing in the morning! and wouldn t you know it, i didn t receive a call for an update either, so i called again at 12:30pm. i was told they were almost done and id get a call back in an hour with an update. to nobody s surprise i waited until 4:30 with no call back (missing my third day of work), so AGAIN i reach out to them and they tell me my car is ready to be picked up. and they didnt call me to let me know.seriously save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that is going to be transparent with you.

Ron Hurley is a life saver! Wife got a hole in her tire and we called everywhere to get a patch done and everyone was telling us they could help us in DAYS and that being our only car right now would not do, we called and Ron told us if we could get it there in 20 mins he could take care of it for us, we got there and he took it in but unfortunately it was sidewall damage and he didn t have a tire there for us (it was late in the day) he was able to get a tire for us first thing in the morning, he aired the tire up for us to get home and first thing in the morning we came back and he got the new tire on for us and we were back in business. We will be using this place for now on thanks again Ron!

Fantastic service, always wonderful. My preferred go-to every time. Had many lights light up on my dashboard and was able to get in next day and have everything evaluated very efficiently and at reasonable cost. Love the staff and think they do really great work.

I love Sullivan Tires, they have the most professional staff and great tires for a company that drives 3000.00 per month with each vehicle. I would not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to your family and friends as I do to mine.

Kris was very helpful. He gave it to me straight forward. He didn t sugar coat anything. well educated in his line of work. Everyone was friendly felt mutual respect from everyone. Didn t feel ripped off or lied too. Took the advice that I was give and recommendation. Highly recommend this locations. They truly care for their customers and it shows !!! Thank you guys !!!!! Great guys great tech don t knock them just talk to them. I appreciate the extra mile !! Adam as well thank you!!

Chris was polite, professional and did not use aggressive sales tactics. Service was timely and they provided shuttle service to my job while they did the work on my car. I will use again.I use this place as my first stop for tires. They're consistently a pleasant company to work with.

The crew here is fantastic. They helped me out with typical maintenance for my car and made it quick and simple by offering a shuttle ride. Every time I talk to Kris I always feel confident I'm leaving my vehicle in good hands and leave with a smile. Thank you sullivan crew!

Made online appointment for state inspection. Received emails and text confirming everything, early morning drop off was fine. Prompt call to say all set and fast pay/pick up at end of business day.

I went in for scheduled appointment and when they brought the car out I said I should have scheduled an inspection too. They said they could perform that and drove the vehicle back inside and did the inspection. They were very accommodating.

Long time customer of Sullivan . I use the Derry store always and I usually deal with Kristofer the store manager.I trust him and his team with my Rav-4 . Always accommodates to get my vehicle in for service as soon as possible ease of making appt is great.I have had a few emergencies to have one of my vehicles in the past looked at and they always were able to squeeze me in on a jam.They have an incredible team knowledgeable , positive attitude and very fair prices.Kristofer in my opinion is very professional and always makes sure you re satisfied and suggests future care for your car.The store is very clean and organized.Keep up the great work.Thank you .

I can t say enough about this place. Rick was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in for 2 new tires and an alignment. I called back after getting the alignment and mentioned that I still felt the car pulling I brought the car back and Rick took it for a drive with me. He explained everything he was feeling and had the guts look at my car again to make sure everything was done correctly. I can t say enough about him. He s customer service skills are exceptional! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I can t say enough about the excellent service that I received at Sullivan Tire in Derry, NH today. I literally rolled into their parking lot as my vehicle kept stalling out with a check engine light illuminated. They immediately noticed my troubles and took me in right away to do diagnostic testing. Within minutes I was notified of the problem and offered an estimate to get the repair work done sometime that day. When I mentioned that I was in a little bit of a crisis with needing to pick up my kids from school within 1.5 hours, Mark mentioned that it shouldn t be a problem and that he and his guys would get on it right away. With their quick and efficient service I was driving out of their shop with all repair work completed within an hour. Again, I can t say enough about the whole service team s professionalism, excellent customer service and efficiency in their trade. I am grateful for their services. Thank you!Michelle Hosey

This is a Great tire shop if you want personalized service and employees that are looking out for your best interest and not just the bottom line. I was presented with options, guidance and incentives for my specific situation with no sales pressure. Adam and Kris are a class act.

I had an unexpected flat tire after flying home from a long business trip. Your team was able to fit me in without an appointment and take care of this issue as well as take me to work so I could leave my car. Your team is ALWAYS so helpful, friendly and professional. Walked into the Derry location to see if I could get an appointment for the same day and they were able to fit me in. They were very busy and I know they didn't have to do that, I truly appreciated it! Great service, reasonable prices, and friendly folks. Thank you!

Great shop! I usually go to a trusted family mechanic but had to go to Sullivan for new tires. Service was easy to schedule and was quick. I found tires at Walmart for a cheaper price and they matched the price. They did miss a crack in a rim so I had to purchase a new rim but I brought it back and they were more than happy to replace the rim. Would definitely return!

I needed an inspection, four tires, and and alignment, and Sullivan took care of everything for me in a very short time for a reasonable price. All the staff members were smiling and friendly. I will definitely give them more business.

I always get treated like I was family. I went in for an oil change . Had bird poop on my car. They washed it off for me. I think that was above and beyond the call of duty.I would recommend Sullivan Tire to my friends or anyone that wanted to know where to go that they would be treated with respect.

My car battery died without warning and I was stranded at home and needed to get to a client appointment in 90 minutes. I called Sullivan tire and a short time later they sent a van over with a battery. They did some testing on my old battery, determined it did need replacing. They preserved the memory settings and replaced the battery. I was off to my appointment in under one hour from the original call. Unbelievable professional service. You have a customer for life!!!

I needed an oil change and dropped my CRV off early, on 1/29/22. My wife and I were going to breakfast, and It was a terrible winter storm. Mark was in the Derry store and only had 1 employee in (Jimmy). Not only did they get my oil change done and reset my maintenance light, but it was done an hour before it was even due in. I thank Mark & Jim for going Above & Beyond ! Showing up to work in the bad weather speaks VOLUMES for their work ethic .Sullivan Tire s/b proud of both of them! Richard Misserville Sr

This has been an issue for months. They have tried everything to save us money and give us a good fix. The final step included more expenses but they sought the best deal for us. I am very impressed by the people I talked with on the phone and their commitment to excellence in their work. Do it till it gets done right!

Excellent, trustworthy service! I've been a customer since 2001. I'm a "semi retired" shade tree mechanic. I have always known when a mechanic is unworthy of being trusted. These guys are well worthy of your trust.

Rick and the team at Sullivan Tire Derry are great to work with. They always try to fit you in when there's a time crunch and always provide honest estimates without overselling add-ons. They also provide great warranty coverage for the tire brands they sell and the price is often better than comparable name brand shops.

I have been doing business with Sullivan Tire since 1987 and no matter which location I've done business with, they always exceed expectations. They set the standard by which other companies are judged. Today I had work done in the Derry, NH location and they did a great job, as always!
