This dealership and their staff awesome and treat you like family. I purchased my vehicle a week ago and by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Victor and his partner were incredible and I highlyrecommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you guys for great experience and ill be back.

We had a great experience today working with Victor and Andrei. Low pressure sales environment and great vehicle selection. CarFax details were readily available and it was clear they wanted us to have a great car buying experience. Easy smooth process and we found a beautiful new-to-us premium vehicle! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT, ITS WORTH IT! Andrei made my first time ever financing a car a very stress free and easy process. This Auto center truly is there to support there customers and only offer the best for them. I have had this car for over a month, and I have had nothing but an amazing experience! Never have I driven such a smooth ride with an amazing exterior and interior for an amazing price & interest rate!! Without this Auto center & the amazing customer support of Andrei, I truly would not be as privileged as I am right now! Give this place a look, i swear its not too good to be true!!! 5 stars all the way! Thankful for businesses like this one that are actually here for the best interest of others!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Andrei and Dorin from Premium Auto House these guys and the rest of the team go above and beyond and absolutely exceeded all our expectations. They have an amazing service department and the cars they sell are all serviced and detailed on location. If you are looking for a boutique buying experience from knowledgeable people that not only service and sell these cars they also drive them personally with their families and loved ones so they can answer all your questions. If you are in the market for a used luxury sedan or suv then this place needs to be first on your list.

5+ Stars: in all my years of purchasing vehicles this was the best sales experience. I traveled over 2 hours on blind faith that what I saw on the website was the real deal, and it was. Small mom & pop dealership but professionally done in all aspects better than bigger dealers. My vehicle 2016 Volvo xc90 Inscription was beautiful. No issues all the way from the test drive to the financing. Andrei and his partners really understand and deliver the ultimate customer satisfaction.

Great experience! It was my 5th dealer that I visited in the last two weeks but by far the best.Very friendly and accommodating. The put the car on the lift and showed me the brakes, tires..etc.Subaru Imprezas was in great shape.Paid a fair price for a great car.Thank you Andrea!We ll be back.

Just bought a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and I absolutely could not be happier. Andrei was a great salesmen. He was very open and upfront, while also very respectful. They have very fair prices, and they make sure you are 100% confident in the vehicle that you are purchasing. They will definitely have my business again.

Purchased a used 2019 Subaru Forester. Great buy, I love it. Friendly, full disclosure, easy transaction. No problem allowing outside mechanic check it before purchasing, multiple test drives. Andrei is very accommodating & helpful. Would use again for sure.

I worked with Andrei and Dorin to purchase a 2014 Mercedes wagon in August 2023. I had been looking for this car for a long time, and they had one in great shape and were super helpful and flexible in getting me in to see the car. I put down a deposit to assure I could purchase the car which they honored without issues. Andrei and Dorin addressed all maintenance questions and concerns, and had the service records up to date for me as well. They helped me with the title and RMV requirements and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. They even stayed open late for me a couple of times as I was driving in from far away. All in all a superb experience purchasing the used vehicle I was looking for.I feel confident Andrei and Dorin would help me resolve any issues with the car. Highly recommend. Good guys!

Dorin did excellent work. His work was great and quick. He gave me an estimate and he was honest about parts quality. He's quick on his feet with the rusty parts on my vehicle, saving time and money. He's also very polite and friendly. I'll definitely recommend him and the Premium Auto House team, I would recommend buying cars there too because i saw how they get their cars ready to be sold

Andrei and his team at Premium auto house were amazing! So many beautiful and well maintained foreign cars on his lot. He helped me shop around for financing that would work for me and was very attentive. Also, he didn t pressure or hound me like you get from most car dealers. I m more than happy with my purchase and will be continuing to come back here for its service/maintenance. Great experience and highly recommended

They will run you credit and give the car to someone else. Save yourself the "Hard inquiry" on your credit and go to an actual professional dealership that will not screw you over two days before you are going to pick up your car. Awful service save yourself the time and energy

I came here with my x5 having issues with my body control module and he was able to have it repaired within just over a week! Overall super incredibly satisfied with premium auto house!! Easy no hassle buying experience. No pressure. Knowledgeable staff. They stayed open to accommodate my late arrival more than once. Excellent communication. The convertible top started acting up within their 30 day warranty period and they took of it right away, even gave me a loaner car while they worked on it. If you are looking at one of their vehicles online, you can feel good about your decision.
