Super helpful and knowledgeable people and it s nice to be able to say they were not short staffed. Seems like there were a lot of people in there, working in every corner of the store!

A nice woman at the desk helped me find a starter coil, not for my car but a circuit I am building. I came in with very ambiguous ask, and she was excited to help. This location did not have what I needed but derry did! 12/10 customer service

Everything seems to be overpriced, but they do have the stuff you will need in a pinch. I prefer ordering my car stuff online. If you have your car up in the air and need a part right away this place will for sure provide you with what you'll need. I just wish their prices were a little cheaper. Staff is friendly. I will go back if I need something quickly

Just stopped in to pick up new headlights and was unsure how to install them so Nico came out and helped me and it was not an easy process at all. Who ever put that last set of lights in made it impossible to take them out without taking the whole car apart, but Nico didn t care. He stayed out there for over 30 minutes determined to get the new bulbs in, and he did. There aren t many people that care about what they do like Nico. Amazing worked and person, definitely someone you want as a member of your staff. Thank you again Nico!

Went in asking for a rear wiper blade Londonderry location. At first we thought we had to order it, then a staff member went out back came back with one identical. There were at least 5 members all helping me out with their charm and smarts. Very happy. Very pleased. Will go back for sure.

I needed two items today. As soon as I walked in the door one of the three employees asked if I needed help. Suddenly a second employee asked what I was looking forWhen I told him I was taken right to the items. Since there was more than one item I needed to make a choice. At that point he left me to make my decision. Once made I brought my items to the counter where i was promptly cashed out and on my way.I was treated with respect and was made to feel valued as a customer.

Dealt with Chris at VIP who did everything possible to get me in and out due to a dead battery. More importantly, I had plans to go away for the weekend and instead of bringing the car in the next day, Chris and his staff were kind enough to complete the job during the last hour of the day. Many thanks to VIP.

They were super! Got me right in, put 2 new tires on. Explained to me what else I needed to have done once back in Maine. Comfy waiting area as well!

I thought that they backed up there warranty on the parts they sell found out that they do not when tried to file claim they said they no longer choose to do business with me, I called corporate and they said that they back there manager I bought parts for my garage for three years never filing a claim. Until this one I bought my customer a new engine and installed it for free because they do not back there products.

Good place, go there all the time for auto related parts and other things. They almost always have what I'm looking for. Good staff as well.

I had a horrible experience there I stop there twice to get my tires aligned the first time they had a boob of a mechanic do the work, second time they said ill get my best guy on it.. and its still messed up
