I had all of my 3-season porch screens replaced (9 Total - 9 foot each). Fred and Dylan were great to deal with ....friendly, professional and efficient. I needed one of the screens adjusted and Fred came to the house ,took the screen and returned the next day. Amazing customer service and the work completed was suburb! They go above and beyond - Thank you!

I highly recommend Northlite Glass & Mirror. We had a large bathroom mirror that was coming off the wall, in danger of falling, and Fred Oven was able to fit us into his schedule almost immediately. Fred is extremely knowledgeable about mirrors and glass, and he is also very thorough, fair, and courteous. It was a very positive experience.

I walked in with two mirrors. The oval mirror needed a replacement mirror. The other decorative frame needed a mirror installed in it. Northlite gave me some options and they were done the same day. They were friendly and helpful. I am very happy with how the mirrors turned out.

I work for a local custom cabinetry manufacturer and we needed a small mirror for a bathroom project. I called late morning on a Wednesday, hoping they could have it for me in a squeeze by Friday, and they said it would be ready after 4:30 that day! I was able to pick it up before 5pm, the service was wonderful and the price was very reasonable. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Fred was extremely helpful with a project I had using plexiglass. He shared his knowledge and assistance in teaching me how to cut this product. He was very patient and though he was busy still offered his time to help me complete my project. He enjoys sharing all his knowledge from many years of experience. I am really happy with the service and guidance I received when I was ordering my curved glass replacement. I was off with a few of my measurements which were corrected with there experience. I also found out that Northlite Glass has a large selection of period glass and mirror which would come in handy in my restoration business. Also Northlite Glass helped to save me money on my shipping charges. Ordering and payments were a pleasant experience. I would recommend Northlite glass to anyone. Mark

I had a great experience with Northlite Glass and Mirror. I called them just to get an estimate for the dimensions I wanted for a custom mirror in my bathroom. The owner Fred said he could get it done the next day if I got back to him soon. I contacted other companies who either didn t answer their phones/return my calls or had only slightly lower pricing and were at least 5 weeks out on installation. I called Fred back and he ended up doing even better than his original promise and had my mirror custom cut, polished, and installed within 3 hours of my placing the order with him. Fred and his assistant were very friendly and respectful and I would absolutely use them again. It looks beautiful and is exactly what I pictured when describing it to him.

I have a custom built fireplace and one of the glass windows had shattered. I went to Northlite and they walked me through the process of making a template. This turned out to be essential as the custom nature of the fireplace meant that the measurements were quite a bit odd and not straight. They cut the glass while I was there and also installed a gasket on it. It fit perfectly! Now my family and I can enjoy our fireplace again

Went for a shower door Fred was not there came back and Fred was there eating a sandwich and playing poker on his computer. Told us to go look around for 10 minutes and he ll be out after he finishes his lunch. Needless to say we walked out. If that s the customer service you get before you buy, God forbid you try and get service after they have your money.

I recently visited Northlite Glass for a custom glass plate and was very impressed with the customer service. Fred was very helpful and walked me through every option I had with regards to the different materials that were available. After working with me to select the right material for the application the glass was cut to my specified dimensions and the edges sanded down right in front of me. In about a half hour I walked out the door with exactly what I needed.

Used their service once, about a year ago. The job, replacing window glass, took longer than quoted, and cost more than quoated. The owner gave me excuses and attitude when I picked the window up. Fast forward another year...I live right around the corner from the business, so, thinking everyone deserves a second chance, I brought him a bathroom screen. He assured me it would be done the next day. After two days and no word...I called them. They said they couldn't fix it, would have to be remade. I asked them for a quote on timeframe and price. They asked if they could call me right back. Next day, still hadn't heard from them. I picked up my screen and brought it to a shop in Manchester. Would never use Northlite again... would never recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. And obviously not qualified to do the work that other shops can.

Poor follow-up, poor communication, ignores calls -In response to your comments - I understood why you didn t follow up from COVID - in March you came to our our house and was going to follow up with estimates. I waited until August to reach back out to you. You were going to come to measure again and send estimates. You did not show, no follow up, no estimate came. I called and left a message with the office asking you to call me back and no follow up. I left this review and you found the time to immediately call me back and stated you were going to pass on the job based on my review, which I understand because of my negative comments. My comments are not related to supply, competence, or abilities, only to the issues I spoke of above. We have waited 6 months because we respected your business and the current environment and would have waited longer for product etc, so not sure why you went that route in opposing this post.

Had a half moon glass unit severely leaking every time there was a heavy rain storm. I attempted to fix myself, but failed. The owner and young assistant were extremely polite and professional removing, preparing, and re-installing the unit. After they thoroughly cleaned the window and living room when finished. Not only did the owner explain the issue, but also explained what could be done to prevent future leaks by installing a stabilizer, which I since have done. I use to install swimming pools, am very good at home repairs, but very thankful I used Northlite; a great job. Highly recommended.

I was building a memorial flag case for my Dad s burial flag and needed a piece of glass cut for it. I took the case with me and after 10 minutes of very pleasant conversation, Fred had cut a perfect piece of glass for my case. Great customer service and nice down to earth people there. I ll be headed back there for my glass needs in the future. Thank you Fred!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!! I had two window screens I needed replaced (one was bent, one was missing). The owner informed me that these were Anderson Window screens and he did not have the aluminum stock or spring latches to be able to replicate them but did tell me that he could fix the bent one by straightening as best he could and that I could order a new one from Home Depot, so I did. I left the bent screen with the owner at Northlite to fix. I went to Home Depot, ordered the one new screen and Home Depot told me it would take 3 weeks and the cost for the new screen is 45.00.My husband picked up the screen for me and he was shocked to be charged $78.00.... WHAT???? I could not believe it. I called the owner and told him that was completely outrageous and why would I pay 78.00 for him to straighten out the screen when I could order a new one for 45.00 from Home Depot? He said, and I quote.. "well you did not ask me for an estimate". He was not even willing to credit me the difference of what the brand new screen cost. I told him I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and he said, and I quote.. "I would not deny you the pleasure" and then hung up the phone.Beware folks, he is a liar even if it is by omission, totally took advantage and I basically paid for almost two new screens for the price of him fixing just the one. And the customer service skills? I mean there are NONE where he is concerned. BTW, I would not even give this one star but had to in order to write this review. What a joke. #IwillneverdobusinesshereagainAdding to my post here, the owners response to my post is a TOTAL lie, don't know how you live with yourself.

North lite glass was amazing! We were avoiding getting our window replaced because our research made it seem like a difficult process but they proved us so wrong. We went in asked if they could replace the broken glass, they said half an hour then revised to ten minutes. We waited and it was perfect. They were so friendly and funny! Can t reccommend them enough!!!PSA: don t shoot a rebel bow and arrow at your windows!

Great place to do business. I called and lm on Sunday. I heard back on Monday from Kelsey who was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They fixed my sons mirror quickly and price was more than reasonable. It was so nice to deal with a business that is honest and has great customer service skills.

I went there with the hopes have having my car window fixed,since it's getting really cold and my window wouldn't go up and my daughter has to sit in the back.when I went they never mentioned a flat rate fee or any payment arrangements before starting.I took my door apart a week before, to fix it myself but unfortunately there was so much glue on the window I needed a professional (even though its only the clips that are broken) I went there,they took my door apart (in ten mins) and came in and told me that I needed a whole new regulator and it was really expensive. They told me the cheapest way was to get it at a junk yard because it was cheaper,which is fine. My problem was when they told me I owed them $70 and they wouldnt even put my window temporarily up so my daughter wouldn't freeze. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would keep the door apart cause if they put it back together it would cost extra!! I paid $70 for nothing!! For them to take me door apart and leave me with a mess. I brought my car somewhere else and I was correct,it was just the clips! They fixed my window,and PUT MY DOOR BACK TOGETHER for less then $70! Shame on you for taking advantage of people.*****************you are a rip off and i just checked all of your reviews and i am not the first person you have done this to. he went back to get my money back OR the parts you took out to prove what you did. you took advantage of me when i went in there with my child and you knew what you were doing. if it was that bad,why didn't you call the police,instead your first instinct is to post on a review? i just hope no one else that needs help goes to you!

Apparently there are jobs too small for them. Went to get a single pane of glass in a window replaced. Said the won t do it. They ll only replace both sides. I then asked for a quote on that. Was Then told $292 And it was that much because the internal grid between the two panes... grid is perfectly fine and there would be zero reason to replace the grid. On top of all that, the man working was cranky as all hell, wasn t wearing a mask and there was zero signage about doing any business on their porch. Demanding six feet of personal distance fine but when that demand is coming from someone that isn t wearing a mask is just being rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never go back.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I called to get an estimate for installation of glass shower door. I was quoted $1,480.00 which sounded outrageous to us, so we called several other glass companies in the area and the highest quote we got was just over $500.00. Buyer beware!!!!

I broke the glass on my woodstove drove to Derry N H and had new glass made for the woodstove in 10 minutes when every other company told me it would take 7 days to get glassThe owner was friendly and even cut my glass during his lunch. I would highly recommend them.

I walked in and the owner was playing solitaire on the computer.He said let me finish this.5 minutes later I am watching patiently he started a new game.I was perplexed and said goodbye.
