The bad reviews are due to lack of staffing, overworked, overwhelmed employees. The Derry store is a great store. I (was) the manager of the Derry store for the last year and a half and I left (on good terms) to pursue other opportunities. Some things like paint orders or hydraulic orders can not always be done on the spot and have to be left to be done at earliest convenience or schedule. From what I see, from experience, the negative reviews left within the last month are due to impatient customers wanting it done NOW, which cannot always happen.

They have the part in stock great customer service nice people to do business with the mall open on Sunday maybe a couple hours would help but that's about it no or maybe you like like 11 or 3 or something like that but other than that they did a great job they're amazing amazing Place

Just called a minute ago trying to order a paint and this guy is the worst, I said I need a paint and he said we are short handed I don't think we can't do it today I said that's fine then tomorrow then he said no it may be couple days and he wouldn't let me speak , I called them many times for it all they say the guy is doing the paint is not here . Awful customer service ... Napa should hire professional people . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have nothing against napa but these guys answering calls

We had a power steering hose blow and needed a new one made fast. Tim was awesome! From the moment he answered my call to getting me the parts I needed, I couldn t be happier. Thank you Tim!

They'd rather support evil than have your business. So be it. Haven't found a single other auto store in the area that denies reality, take your pick of the rest.
