Jason was excellent to deal with, he installed dual exhaust on my 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, couldn t be any happier with him and his service. What a great shop this is to take your vehicle too should you need any exhaust work. It doesn't have to be custom but they do that of course. I lost a piece of my intermediate pipe and I took it to these gentlemen. They had me fixed up and working perfectly in a short time. I was also very pleased with the price. I highly recommend these people for any exhaust work. It appears they do detailing as well. If that's as good as their exhaust work I'm sure it's awesome. I'll definitely be going back here again and I will be recommending them to anyone I know. They were also recommended to me by Reliant Auto who is also an excellent mechanic.

So i brought my truck i bought from summit truck and auto to this guy. These were the codes my mechanic gave me i only brought it to this guy because i bought the truck from 2 scammers down the street and the scammers said he would fix an issue the truck had!! So paid this guy 1000 to fix these codes and only 3 codes went away!!!!! I believe this guy is good if you want him to weld an exhaust,and calibrate your tires but at engine work hes definetly no good. Be warned!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I drive an older Tacoma, and the cats failed. Toyota quoted $4142.00 to replace. However, they leaned in and recommended this shop. Jason the owner scheduled me for just 3 days later, showed me exactly what he was going to do, and I walked out paying under $1k. The quality of the work is really good, and I'm so pleased with how simple (and affordable) it was. Truck will now pass inspection.Jason is super friendly, easy to work with, kept me up to date on the timing for the work (via text), and I am so happy with how it turned out! Jason (the owner) is awesome! Great customer service and work. I brought in a 2011 Tundra with 260K miles that had a rusted exhaust just behind the muffler that had broken and fallen down. I didn t think it would be repairable without replacing the muffler. Within 45 minutes it was fixed as good as new! You gotta love it when someone actually repairs something as opposed to the big guys who only wanna replace exhaust systems and sell you new ones. Jason will get any future work and my recommendation to friends as the place to go for exhaust system and automotive work.Service: Exhaust

Would highly recommend Lou's Custom Exhaust in Derry. Knew we had a leak and anticipated being sold a whole new system $$$. Pleasantly surprised, a system test showed 2 minor leaks. Not only could it be repaired instatly, the price was reasonable. Thank You Jason.

Honestly dude can t weld. Every person I know that s brought their car to him including myself they have an exhaust leak by the time he s done with the car. I brought my car here to be modified and to sound nice and now I have to bring it somewhere else to get six different holes fixed.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This has been the best car service I ve gotten so far in my lifetime. Was suggested to be through a family friend, and service was so great and quick. I have had trouble with my muffler for months and it was such a quick fix for this place. No more feeling embarrassed about my car being too loud. Brake lights went out last night and was able to get a quick appointment for both the muffler and brake lights. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and affordable. Was an overall great experience, will definitely suggest this place to many others and would recommend review readers to check it out!Service: Exhaust

This place is awesome, Jason is super knowledgeable and does great work. First time I came he fixed a rattling sound in my exhaust on my BMW and was done within a matter of 20 minutes. He gave me recommendations on making the vehicle louder and I later came back and he did just that for yet again another cheap price and short wait time. Great workService: Exhaust

Came to Jason for an exhaust manifold leak replacement, and a muffler upgrade. From the start he was so nice, upfront about his timeline and pricing, and super helpful in explaining things to me. I called Jason on short notice after a local exhaust shop flaked out on a repair that they quoted me for. He was able to get me in same day with no trouble. He built a custom exhaust for me and had it completed the same day! I am thrilled with the results and have already started to refer people to his location. I drove 45 mins to get the work done but Jason's professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work made it well worth it. Hats off to you Jason and thank you so much!

Have an old turbo Subaru that had a hanging exhaust. Service was awesome. Dropped it off in the morning and had it looked at by 10am with a few different options.Asked me for what I was looking to do with it. Gave me options that fit well for my applications. Price came in way under what most other shops could quote at.Picked it up the same day. As a local small business owner I d rather use local services myself whenever possible. My combination work/personal Tahoe desperately needed the catalytic converters replaced. However I was worried about having my truck tied up while I ve got multiple remodeling projects going on at the same time. Not a problem with Jason at Lou s custom exhaust in Derry. I have used Lou's a few times now at their new location and it is nothing but a pleasant experience. Every time I was given a very reasonable quote that has always been honored at checkout. Shop availability is great, I had a harder time finding an available slot in my schedule than theirs. Jason with lou s custom exhaust was above and beyond with the job on my car. Not only did he help me get my car the way I wanted it to sound, he fixed issues from previous job. I went to Lou s to get my exhaust relocated this past February and I have to say, the exhaust looks and sounds great. He actually found some bad rust farther up and let me know, let me see it before he did anything and fixxed it for me for a little extra money. My experience was great and will go back again. I'm so impressed with this shop! Not only, did Jason(owner) know exactly what my 2021 Camaro LT 1 needed to give it a deeper, stronger sound than my stock pipes. I brought my car for a catalytic converter not even four months ago. I just found out shield was left up against my driveshaft and it tore up the boot. My mechanic said he moved the shield out of his way and left it there up against it. Of course he denied it and blamed the rot. Every time he touched my car I found a problem. He cleans my o2 sensor then he caused a problem with it too. He gives me an attitude. Absolutely terrible service and never again will they get my business. He will be getting reported!

had resonator, mid and rear muffler removed here and got an aftermarket muffler. the work looks great and would definetly recommend try them out. have been seeing these guys around since i was a kid

Jason made sure I was happy with every part of the job, even down to us both spending 15 mins+ to make sure my dual tips were perfectly center in the cutouts and perfectly level before even tack welding one on. Very pleased with the work and the service. Highly recommend.

I had to take my car to get an exhaust leak fixed on my Subaru outback. I was originally quoted $500 by another mechanic at different place but decided to look around. My friend suggested Lou's so I decided to give him a try and I'm very pleased with the job. My car is all fixed now for much less. It what's my first time going there but seemed like an honest place with great prices.

Just met Jason for the first time. He is very knowledgeable, easy going, and was very accommodating with my schedule. He did an awesome job installing my Borla exhaust on my 2020 Trailboss.
