I was blown away how fast they had my car completed! So happy I came in for my routine oil change and will definitely be back! They gave me a free car wash voucher too!

I went in for a synthetic oil and filter change. My receipt says that the transmission fluid was checked, my car doesn't even have a transmission dipstick. The Floors were not vacuumed ! I was in and out in 12 minutes. They should take a little more time and check everything that is on their list for $106...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I take both of my cars to this location in Derry, NH. The employees there are always super friendly, informative, and quick. I also appreciate that they don't try to sell a bunch of stuff I don't need, but they will let you know if there's something you should be concerned about. It's really a no-pressure place with a great team. I hope it always stays like that.

I have been bringing my personal vehicles to Jiffy Lube for about 4 years now. They are always trust worthy, fast and friendly. They never try to oversell me. Always honest. I have gotten oil changes regularly and have now had two brake services done by them. My job as a delivery driver and as a single mom relies on a safe vehicle, fast service and not breaking the bank. I appreciate the Derry location so much for checking all of those boxes.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I travelled a little farther to this Jiffy Lube, because it had great reviews, and they were correct! I normally wouldn t go out of my way to review, but their service was terrific! I parked my car, and was greeted on my way to the office. The young man took my key and asked politely if I would like anything other than an oil change, and I said no thanks. That was it! No pressure! Just about by the time I chose my seat, and got on the free wifi, my car was done!! I am guessing 10 minutes or less. They vacuumed it, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash right on site! I was also able to find a discount coupon on line! If I need any other services, I will return! Always in & out no problems!Free touchless car wash & coupon to lower the already reasonable price.They do what they say they did.Some places are not so reputable when it comes to car care but this place is top notch & best jiffy lube I've had the pleasure of frequenting!

I went today 11/24/2023 arround 2:00pm to do my car inspections and was no car in the bay and the lady came out and tall me that she was unable to do it because I need to make a appointment's and she didn t have anything until next week when the website said service and inspection no appointment needed so in what part I got lost what I saw on the website it s by appointment or first come first serve and if is by appointment they need to change the websitePlease

This location provided me a level of experience I ve yet to experience from Jiffy Lube! I ve exclusively worked with jiffy lubes all over New England for 11 years and service was once great in most locations I d worked with, however service has declined at my local jiffy lube steadily over the last 2 years. I took a chance in visiting this location but felt confident in doing so as my awesome experience began over the phone!!! I HIGHLY recommend THIS LOCATION exclusively! The guy with the pony tail is an absolute delight, and the 2 men he was working with came together with diligence and a positive attitude and provided me my best experience yet!Service: Oil change

The three-man crew was quick and professional. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Cashed in on the free car wash - they upgraded it to deluxe because they thought "it took too long" for them to get the job done. I've had oil change, inspections and blade replacement here. Although the price seems a little higher than competitors, the good and quick service is worth the extra. Oil change comes with fluid top off and a car wash. Technicians are also familiar with fleet cards which saved me some hassle. Highly recommend.

Great facility, but used coupon for ten dollars off a 79 dollar oil change and the charged me ten dollars to get rid of old oil.No deal on my end,..and was never told up front about this particular cost...#backdoor-misleading

So far so good, been here a bunch times, guys are efficient, professional, FAST and they get the job done properly. I don't like the slow speed of a dealership, these guys fly. Also they checked fluids, topped them off and alerted me to potential issues coming up like the air filter, very happy indeed.

Went to Jiffy Lube for an Inspection sticker for my Jeep and that was definitely the last time I ll step a foot in this business!! Extremely unprofessional and rude employees! As one of the guys was getting ready to hop in my Jeep I just ask him if he doesn t mind just to be careful with the Speaker Decoration Cover Trim that I had just put on he turned around and replied can t guarantee that I was like wow what a customer service right from the gecko! Then as they were Proceeding with my inspection that was taking forever I asked what was taking that long as my Jeep is 2 years old. The reply was relax OK! We are running into problems here . After all we end up getting in an argument over an additional break light that I had added and I end up leaving!!! I should ve known there won t be a good experience right at the beginning instead wasted my time and all of that aggravation for nothing!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

The staff was pleasant and honest with me and the waiting room was clean and comfortable despite the heat wave outside. Problem was it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire alignment, roughly an hour for each job. I've never seen an oil change take an hour and it wasn't busy. To make matters worse my alignment is still off! $150 later and I'm left wishing I never went there.

My first time visit was AMAZING!!..Technicians were so polite and explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. Then offered me coffee(full selection of Kuerig I might add:) Work was high quality and efficient!..Oh! and did I mention a "Free Car Wash(good for 30 days) and a complimentary $15 off my bill!..
