I recently purchased my second Duramax from them. (first one still going strong). Brad is super helpful with answering questions and very laid back. No high pressure sales tactics here. I had a few concerns but they took care of them for me. I was hesitant after seeing a few bad reviews but I think those are just people that always have a problem or maybe shouldn't even be shopping for a used truck.Hillcrest has great deals if you know what you're looking for!

Great service! The guys here are great! We were shopping here for a Silverado and found a great clean truck at a nice price. Brad was a pleasure to deal with! I recommended my cousin to him and he went back next week!

Made a visit Saturday January 20 at 10:20 hours says they open at 10am but when I got there they were still closed first person got there after open the door and just goes in the office I went in the office and told him I would like to look at the truck he just hands me the keys . Definitely agree with most people pictures are not recently says no lights on got there check engine light is on radio screen is broken and dents that pictures don t show I would of probably bought it if they would not lie about it but if they weren t honest from the first could mean lying about more problems worst dealer I been too and I had a lot of cars would recommend people to not waste there time it s not worth it I wish I could give them a zero stars

BUYER BEWARE!!!Absolute SCAMMERS, horrendous supply of trucks that they proudly admit to representing their company with. Rust, Rot and Irreparable junk boxes! Bottom of the barrel trucks from auctions, they don t even know what s wrong with them and will lie to your face and tell you there is nothing wrong with them and will pass inspection. Lost 9K to them and they pin it on me for bringing it to a garage and the garage put everything in the system and now it s flagged for a rejected inspection sticker. ABSOLUTE SCUM BAGS!

DON T BUY FROM THEM!!!! I bought a Chevy 2500 duramax diesel truck from Brad and was only told about the tip of the muffler the was rotted and fell off. He never disclosed any other problems when asked. I tried to get a sticker and I was told that it s flagged for illegal parts. It had a def delete kit on the truck. Every component of the exhaust system has been deleted. I was told by two different places it was gonna take $8000. - $9000. to replace everything. When I called Hillcrest to explain the situation he didn t care, they are SCAM ARTISTS and LIARS. I m a single mother, on a strict budget and needed a truck to plow with. Now I have a useless truck, no more money to fix it and I m out a job. It s so wrong to do this to people.

Please!! please!! please!! scroll down and read reviews. This place (Brad and andrew) will lie to your face about the vehicles they have. Most of them are completely rotten, rusty, and trash. The shop next door E&K auto will pass faulty fraudulent inspections on these trucks to give you piece of mind. We are 12 thousand in the hole on a 2007 chevy that needs at the very least 7,000 in work and is not safe to drive at all. My husband's a 100% disabled veteran and we were so proud to have bought it, and now it sits in the driveway but Brad and Andrew aren't "car guys" and aren't "mechanics" so we're screwed and they don't even know what they are selling supposedly. Please scroll down and read all of the reviews that they totally messed with people's livelihoods. We really screwed up. Don't be the next!!

I had a great experience at Hillcrest and Andrew was great to work with. While he has a smaller selection, he has nice vehicles on site and he is very knowledgeable about them. I definitely recommend Hillcrest Motors to anybody looking for a nice truck.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Hillcrest motors over the last couple years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always great service and upfront low prices. If your looking for a great deal on a Chevy truck I highly recommend them! Brad and Andrew are friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease through the entire process. Will be back soon to purchase my wife a vehicle there as well.

Met with Brad and he showed me a few different pickups for sale. I was well aware of what the book value on these trucks was before even got to the dealer. The trucks were priced very fairly and when I arrived not only were the vehicles in great condition but brad was also very open and honest about each truck. Ended up purchasing a 2009 GMC Sierra and so far it s been an awesome truck, it seems like they really went through it before they sold it. I would go back there again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY. This car lot is everything you expect out of a shady car lot selling junk vehicles. They catch a lot of eyes and attention on their cars because from a far they look good and aggressively priced. I can assure you there s only one reason their priced so low, it s because they need extensive repairs right off the lot. I bought a $29,500 GMC Sierra diesel from this car lot and I am 14 hours away so I had to have the truck shipped in. (The only way anyone would buy this piece of junk because if seen in person they would never sell it). The salesman has either never driven a car that is in decent condition or is lying through his teeth. He assured me that there was nothing wrong with the truck and he was driving it while I spoke to him. Upon arrival the truck had leaked out about 1/4 of a quart of oil on the trailer that brought it here on its 2 day journey. The front end was shot makes a ton of noises when driving and turning. The injectors are gone because the truck has been dogged out by the previous owner. It s smoking like a chimney. The bottom is rusted throughout the entire truck and they spray painted in the fenders to make it look like it was not. Overall the truck is in terrible condition and I wouldn t wish it on my worst enemy. But now I ve paid $29,500 for the truck and have to spend on repairs I could have bought a much nicer truck for the amount of money I m going to have to sink into this thing. Please head my warning and steer clear of this shady good for nothing dealership.

So, nice people but buyer beware. It is an as is purchase. And you sign stating that. My truck never made it home the first day. Emergency brakes sight unseen disingrated and lock up stopping me dead in my tracks. Thank God I was on the highway. Next oil in my radiator, lower ball joints, Emergency cables, no low beams, no left blinkers, no tire monitors, evap, under rated tires for a 2500 truck and the list goes on. Ask if the AC worked. Answer was yes... frosen idler bearig and and no belt. Thanks for pleasing my question. Everyone is excited to get a new (used) truck and don't look at everything. So far the tally is 2500 + over the purchace price. Personally the rear wheels locking up on the way home is a safety issue that put my life and others in danger. I believe all wholesalers should be responsible for the safety aspect of what they are selling. Not as is. The oil in the water thing I should of seen but everything else should of been road worthy. Like I said nice guys to deal with just there ethics are something to question. And there is no standing behind as is.

I bought a truck from Andrew about a month ago and couldn't have been a more genuine sales man. I have put 10k mile on the truck already and there were no hidden issues or problems. The trucks are all fairly priced and ready to put to work. I would recommend him anyday if you are looking for a straight forward deal. Especially when it comes to chevy diesels. Thank you for being a good salesman and honest person.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs, I spoke with Brad, who seems like a decent guy. I bought a F150 04'' with 161,000 miles on it for roughly $6,000 cash I was assured the vehicle was in good condition and that the check engine light just needed to be reset. I purchased this vehicle as is but with the contingency that it passed inspection. Hillcrest motors had this vehicle inspected by E&K automotive and repair who is just next door to them who is equally as sleazy and doesn't care about defrauding people or their livelihoods. After it passed their inspection, My dad looked it over who's a head tech and over 40 years experience we just happen to live 2 hours north of Derry. Found that the frame is completely junk and all three mechanics i brought it to said i'd be lucky if i got another year out of it. (i brought it to three for reasons of relation to the first inspection as well as one before i let it go to them and a very detailed one afterwards.) it also had a cam gasket leak ($1,000) as well as a rear main seal leak ($1,500), as well as the rear differential was junk. They absolutely knew of this problem as the some of the transmission mounting bolts were still loose. I even let them take it back to attempt to fix the hole in the frame, which came back as still not passing and still had a hole on the back side. I've already filed a complaint with the inspection company and do plan on moving forward with a case if they don't take the vehicle back.

I give this place zero stars! Only gave it 1 star so I could post a review. I was lied to about a truck when I bought it. Was told that it would cost less than $1k to pass inspection. Cost me 4x that!! Told Brad about it and he said he "wasn't a mechanic" and I bought the car "as is" so he didn't need to do anything. I would recommend never buying a truck/car from this place!! Buyer beware.

Stay away from this place at all costs! Brad told me that the truck I was looking at only needed ball joints and tie rods which should could about $400 max. I told him I didnt want to spend over $1000 in repairs, he said theres no way I'll spend that much. I bought the truck, brought it to a mechanic (who is a family friend) and he came back to me with a 3 page long list that had $4800 in repairs. I brought it to Brad's attention and he said he doesnt have to do anything & that he is "not a mechanic" and doesnt know what's wrong with the trucks he is selling. At first Brad comes off very nice, but once he gets your money he will turn his back on you. He will say anything to sell people his beat up trucks. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Contacted brad about a truck they had for sale and he wanted me to give him a deposit on PayPal friends and family if I wanted him to hold the truck for me till the weekend, that made me feel sketchy from the start, not to mention he sent me his personal email. Gave me a hard time about it said he was not going to hold the truck for me without a deposit so I said I ll wait and yes I had to finance but I already had the check and was ready to leave the next morning and he said if someone else sent him a deposit then I couldn t purchase the vehicle, all this while having the worst condescending attitude, and all of a sudden the trucks sold. I advise you, DO NOT do business with these people, I don t know about anyone else that works there but brad will make you feel as if you re the dirt on the bottom of his shoe, that in and of itself is enough to make it not worth giving them your business.

Recently bought a duramax dumptruck off them . Seemed like nice Guys, told me truck needed a few glow plugs , some cosmetic work and tires . Bought the truck understanding it needed a little bit of work . However after buying it on my ride home 30 minutes into the drive low coolant code came up . Had my mechanic look through truck, estimate to fix leak since it s coming from the rear of the engine $5k. Within one day I had gotten back to them and explained the problem and sent them pictures of where problem was etc . They told me it s not there problem and essentially told me to kick sand . I bought the truck as is and I understand that , I just would not reccomend anyone deal with them , they clearly knew the problem before hand , they told me they had no idea but I noticed the problem in 30 minutes of driving . Now here I am with a broken truck that s going to need close to 7 k of repairs when it s all said and done and the dealer who sold me the broken truck will not help whatsoever . I ve dealt with 4 different dealers in the past and never had an issue , be careful when purchasing from this dealership.

I bought a 2011 dodge from them. I live in Mass and I bought the vehicle AS IS stated everywhere on the paperwork. I registered the vehicle and started driving it around. 2 days later the check engine light came on for a torque converter slipping. I panicked reading the reviews on here and called them. They had me drop the truck off and they had a shop put a new torque converter in. This job required taking the transmission completely out of the truck. The Turn around was less than a week. They could of told me it was an as is deal and I would of been screwed but they helped me out and took care of me. I would buy from them again. Good people regardless of what people have said on here.

Went and checked out a truck I saw online and reached out to brad asking about it before arriving. He said it was just inspected and only needed a tie rod to pass. I go and look at it and the frame was very soft in places and spring shackles I could literally flick chunks out of. It also had a emissions rejection sticker on it. Mentioned to brad this should of failed for numerous reasons (I m a mechanic and I have state inspection license) and he said it s an older truck they re not gonna be perfect and it passed yesterday. Ended up walking away. I recommend if you shop here have it thoroughly looked at by your mechanic before purchasing.

Called up about a truck told them I d be coming from 3 hrs away asked what was wrong with it was told it had minor surface on the frame and a blown brake line other than that runs and drives great (that I was ok with) after driving for 3 hours I get there the truck looks nothing like the pictures on his website, there s a softball size hole in the frame, body mount rusted out, popped tire, exhaust muffler had a hole I could stick my head in I didn t even waste my time trying to start the thing because it belongs in a junk yard I go talk to the guy he says oh well f these guys 6 hour round trip because the d bags can t be honest and upfront STAY AWAY!!!!
