Got my truck from a dealer, I was about 10 mins away when it wouldn't start at all (second time this happened). I called in to the shop, and the owner on the phone already knew the issue from hearing it, it got brought in and it was confirmed he was right. He worked with my warranty company and told me he was gonna make sure anything the dealer missed he would correct and make sure is up too safety standards. This is the only place ill go for any work in the future. Highly recommend to anyone!

They were good kind of pricey. I like the one I go to Wayne Boudreaux. But they took me in a pinch and worked good to me .

Have been here more than a handful of times and always have a great experience. When I pull in with my car making a strange noise, they quickly diagnose and fix the problem. We rented a uhaul trailer from here and it was horrible experience! The guy ignored us at first, then after starting helping us, he stopped to help someone else. He then started pumping several peoples gas (it's a self service station). Then he left and came back for all kinds of reasons, even after the gas thing. We told him we needed to go and it made no difference! All the while several sets of keys for the repair shop were on the counter with no supervision. This place is a mess!

The team here is great. They have been able to help with all my car needs from major fixes to oil changes. Absolute nightmare. Stay clear. Horrible. Abusive Vulgar language (on video)..Lied, and proof is available, Shoddy Work. BBB membership my case #18225223. Results they are non responsive. All my evidence submitted. So now having to Sue for damages and unethical practices and discrimination. The Owners response below is a LIE . Timing Cover was not the issue, still intact and never had to be replaced! They over test pressurized my engine and blew out exact parts they installed weeks before. I have them in a box. They owe me my money back and all expenses incurred due to their cover up!They charge @120.00 an hour. And ruined my engine. Have not returned my money. Scream and hang up and I had to have every single part they installed WRONG replaced by another business less than 2 miles from them, that mechanic. At 85.00 hour. Derry Rotary AutosBBB membership is a farce!! They are so guilty they don't even respond to the my Claim. Because The Proof is they Pocketed my money and lied.Service: Engine repair

Terrible experience here. We had our front brakes replaced. When we took the truck to the dealer to have an oil change they said the front brakes needed to be replaced. Didn t think it was possible since we just had them done. Apparently they weren t installed correctly and cause rotors to warp. When we went back we were told there was nothing they could do for us. Very disappointed!Service: Brakes

I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair shop!!! This shop has been absolutely AMAZING to my husband and I. We originally went for our car inspections when first moving to New Hampshire 2 years ago. From day one We we re given wonderful, honest service! Any work we have needed on our vehicles we bring it to them. They have done everything from replacing my husbands windshield on his jeep to any mechanical issues and oil changes on our 3 vehicles . They go above and beyond every single time!!!!! Thank you!!!! They accepted my extended warranty that I bought from Carmax! No matter how small or big the job is they always get it done and done right. they go above and beyond even setting me up with the rental service if my car was going to take a couple of days for repair

We were nowhere near home and had engine trouble with our corvette. My husband is a Master ASE certified mechanic. Stopped at Chevy dealer (the ONLY car in the showroom was a corvette) to see if they would quick scan. Would offer no help whatsoever as they apparently don t work on Corvettes. Thank goodness for this local family owned auto repair shops who scanned, offered tools and ordered parts. Went entirely out of their way to be professional, courteous and Extremely friendly! Thank you from one small business mechanic to another! Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend this business! My husband and I have both had extensive work on our vehicles and we are VERY pleased. Hani is honest, friendly and an over all great person who always greets us with a smile. He is extremely efficient and works diligently to get you back your vehicle in a timely manner. Hani and his team are 5 stars only....great communicators, timely, skilled and fair. I just sent my friend there & saw these reviews and wanted to counter the negative reviews....you can't please everybody (Mr. I do my own ball joints or Mr. $90 oil change)......both those guys should go the dealer and really pull their pants down. Notice the women leaving 5 star reviews, I've seen him fix a woman's car who had no money because that's the kind of man he is. Notice the folks who come from Lowell or the North shore.....pay attention people.....Good work, fair prices, excellent communications.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I am glad I found this service station from a coupon in the Spectrum flyer. I had work done there at least twice. It is a little bit of a drive from Haverhill MA maybe 20 - 30 minutes tops it is worth it. They have always come in lowest price for estimates even beating nationally known chains. They were able to get some of my prior cost refunded on parts which helped greatly. Great work friendly guys willing to help. Thank you.

I was recommended to come here by a friend. I had a complicated job that needed to be done on my Mini, and every shop wanted to charge a lot of money and keep my car for a week. Not only did they get it done quickly, but at a better rate than anyone else quoted me. Job was done perfectly! I am now only taking my car here.

I am thrilled to know Hani, when I first brought my car here, I got hooked. Hani and his Derry Auto service and everyone that works here are awesome!!. Great affordable rates and honesty from the get go. I needed a flex pipe put on my car. Due to my work schedule Hani worked with me and altered his work hours to to fit me in, due to traffic on 93 north every evening he waited for me till I got to his shop, which mechanic does that these days. This is the best mechanic in the area hands down!!! The one who runs it is very honest and professional. As a single woman, we tend to usually be afraid to go to mechanics, of fear being over priced or work not being completely done correctly. But these guys here are hands down the best. I've been coming here for a few years and every time is a great experience. Always a fair price usually cheaper than anyone else and is always fair to work with you. Will always take my car here and highly recommend them. If your looking for a fair and honest mechanic this is the place to go

My fiancee and I moved to Londonderry in February 2019. I am a disabled nurse after 30 years of service to my profession.Due to the devastating diagnosis, we wanted to fulfill our dream of moving to a small home with the quiet beauty of the beautiful Granite State.That being said, transportation is an extremely important piece in being able to live in this beautiful area, while still close enough to my specialist's in Boston.My car is newer, with low mileage. But being out of the factory warranty, a Dependable and affordable mechanic are vital. My car also happens to be a somewhat expensive domestic vehicle to fix.Since moving, I have had to have my car inspected, then have required some complicated repairs.The Owner of Derry Rotary Auto and his staff have been absolutely amazing in every aspect of my car's repair needs.Being on a monthly budget, cost is always a priority for a needed and well running car.Right from the customer service (reminiscent of day's past), to the diagnostics and repair costs. Derry Rotary Auto is absolutely top notch. You get the customer service you would expect from a new car dealer, the expertise and affordable rates, you can't do any better! This place is just amazing they have the best service and reasonable price. I moved to Lowell and I still drive all the way there to get my car fixed. They always let me know how much it s gonna run me before they touch my car. Keep it up guys. My baby runs great.

Got a brand new truck from a dealership in Massachusetts, of course with my luck I got a flat tire with in 3000 miles. Just moving to the area, I decided to check out Derry Auto. From start to finish it took him 20 minutes and the cost was a quarter of what everyone else was charging.I've now gone 10000 miles no issues repaired my flat so I didn't have to get a new tire. Great attitude, great price, I recommend highly!

Hani is the nicest guy. He always takes care of my car and makes me feel so comfortable and safe. He is so trustworthy and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Hani and his crew are amazing!! This is definitely the best service I ve received in such a timely manner with great customer service. Such a fun atomosphere, coffee to drink, refreshments, Tv for entertainment & music! With the amount of work that needs to be done on my car, Hani made it possible with working around my schedule, my budget and letting me know the estimates on what else that needs to be done on my vehicle. I will be continuing to go back to Derry Rotary Auto Service for all my services!

Brought my 04 Corolla in for brake and rotor work that was sorely needed. No regrets going through them. Older car and it runs like a off the lot car. Definitely going back to get future work done, if ever needed, and have recommended them to my friends.
