I had the best work done to my car, I was almost in tears because they even clean my car inside and out. The Secretary is such a professional and nice person. I would go back to this place any time. The service that I have received at Birch Street Collision in Derry NH (on two separate occasions) has been extremely satisfactory. I requested their services very recently after my car was hit by another driver. Although the repair was done under the other driver's insurance, the repair was catered to my needs as if I was the one paying for it. Jon and his staff provided high-quality service. They went way beyond my expectations. By the time I picked up my car after the repair, it looked as if it were brand new. I highly recommend Birch Street Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Great place! I took an antique BMW in for repair that some other body shops did not want to take on. They were able to repair the quarter panel rather than replace it, which was important to maintain the value of the car. They did a great job for the price estimated. I am fussy about the car and highly recommend Birch Street Collision.

They were professional, fast, did exceptional autobody work, and the interior of my car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I left it. Had over $6k worth of damage and you would never know it. I would most definitely use them again over all other shops.

Great work! Great Price! Great People!Our 2014 Odyssey was repaired in a timely manner. Due to an accident, the damage was a hanging front bumper with several broken clips and fasteners. The fender was also severely damaged as well as the inner fender. The quality of work was exceptional...as well as matching the pinstripe and adding the appropriate trim along the wheel well which was not mentioned (nor expected) in the initial estimate. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely use again should I need to.Service: Body & Trim

I don t even know where to start. I am beyond amazed at the quality craftsmanship that was put into fixing my car that was the unfortunate recipient of a hit-and-run. My entire right side of my car was damaged and scratched, and my alignment was thrown off. I put in my claim through State Farm and selected Birch Street for my repair shop, and I m so glad I did. It s like the damage never happened. You never have to follow up with them or wait for calls back, Lori is phenomenal and provides excellent customer service with care and kindness. I was very distressed going into this situation I had never had one of my cars hit before, but Birch Street was informative and comforting during the entire process. I can t recommend them enough! I will be glad to take my car here for other needs as well. Choose Birch Street, you ll be glad you did!!!Service: Body & Trim

I just had my car repaired by Birch Street Collision. Each person I dealt with was extremely helpful. They did a quality job in a very timely manner and were great to deal with. They exceeded my expectations all the way around.I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need .Great experience!

I have been unfortunate in that I have needed major work on 2 cars in the past few years. Both times, Birch street auto has given me the best price and service. Jon and Lori made me comfortable and relaxed as they explained each step of the insurance process. The only complaint I have is that they finished the work too quickly! I was really enjoying my rental car! Lol.

My mother and I have been going to these guys for years with multiple cars. They are awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. I recently got in an accident in a somewhat new vehicle and did some pretty bad damage (to me) on the driver's side. My car looked brand new after they worked their magic. I recommend Birch Street to anyone who wants great repair and restoration work done after an accident.

They did a good job overall. It took a bit longer than they originally told me but it was fixed the way I wanted and they dealt with insurance company the whole way.I will say that when I chose them I was excited because there was a review on here that stated they detailed the person car. That did not happen with mine, they didn't even wash the car.

Excellent service. They did an excellent job on my 2004 Subaru Forester. I was rear ended and they fixed the rear bumper and rear hatch door. The car looks brand new inside and out. Very accommodating, courteous and meticulous work. Highly recommend. they even detailed my car inside and out.

I recently damaged my bumper and more on my Tesla in an accident. Birch Street got me right in and assessed the damage. Although I ultimately have to have my car transported to a Tesla shop for repair (due to Tesla restrictions), the staff at Birch Street could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. They did a thorough check of my vehicle, diagnosed the full damages and made recommendations, and held it there for me until transportation could be arranged. I would definitely recommend them!

I have grown up in Derry for most of my ife and we have always tried to support the local businesses andappreciate good service. It's really hard to find genuine and honest people these days and everything about this place was exactly that. Laurie, Jim and John were absolutely amazing and I will most definitely go see them for anything I need in the future. Thank you guys for still running an honest and incredibly respected business!! It's very much appreciated!!

I got into my first car accident and my wife and I decided to bring my car to Birch St. Auto. The insurance company charged me extra money on top of my deductible and wouldn t give me first time auto forgiveness. As a person that lives check to check, John at Birch St Auto fought for me and fought against the insurance company. Birch St. Auto made me feel like family! I ve experienced customer service in different occupations and this is the first time in my life where I would honestly recommend a place. Birch St. Auto fights for the customer when the insurance company fights for my wallet. Thank you John!Willie

They are fantastic. Very pleased with the work. Great customer service and they are willing to demand top quality replacement parts when the insurance tries to skimp on that. Defintely will use them again if I ever have the need.

I had three of our cars repaired there. Results were always great. Prices slightly lower than competitors. They are very busy though. I guess for a reason.
