we bought a 2020 Malibu and we had it for three years, it was perfect no problems.so we came buy to check on a 2024 Malibu, we saw what we liked and the salesman helped us out and answered all our questions and concerns, for a upgrade.It was easy and quick and we enjoyed the buying process.

Great friendly service! Craig Greenough was exceellent! I had a question about my Equinox and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know and in detail. Everyone at Betley Chevrolet was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time there for service since I purchased my vehicle, but it won't be my last!

Salesman, John Martinelli, was awesome. We met with him a couple of weeks before during our early search for a car. During that time, there was no follow-up from him, which I respect. He knew we were looking at other brands. When we finally made up our minds, my wife said we were going back to Betley to keep it local and because there was no pressure from John.

I arrived in time for my appointment. They took me in right away. I waited no more then a half hour and I was on my way. I needed an inspection sticker. I could go anywhere but I bought my car there and will always go back for whatever is needed.Always friendly never had an issue.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with Betley Chevrolet. I had scheduled a service appointment well in advance to address a transmission issue in my vehicle. However, to my dismay, the dealership cancelled my appointment abruptly, leaving me both inconvenienced and frustrated.In my experience, a professional and reputable service center honors its commitments to its customers, addressing all concerns and mechanical issues with equal attention and diligence. Regrettably, this was not the case with Betley Chevrolet. The cancellation of my appointment, specifically given its focus on a significant transmission issue, raises questions about the dealership's commitment to customer service and vehicle safety.To others considering utilizing the services of Betley Chevrolet, I would caution you to consider my experience. The lack of reliability and professionalism exhibited by this dealership has undermined my confidence in their ability to provide quality service and handle complex mechanical issues. I am left with the task of seeking another service center that values its customers and is equipped and willing to address all vehicle concerns, regardless of their complexity.I hope that my experience is isolated and not indicative of a broader issue within Betley Chevrolet. However, as a paying customer, I am entitled to a level of service that matches the reputation and promises of the Chevrolet brand. Sadly, in this instance, my expectations were not met.

Easy to schedule the appointment online, the friendly and very informative service manager checking in and the follow up when the car was ready, all superb, the best experience I can ever recall having at a dealership. This was my first visit but I will definitely continue to use Betley for all my service needs.

I had damage from hitting a rock with my vehicle on 9/16. I was referred to Betley by my insurance carrier.Betley handled all the paperwork and billing with my insurance. I only paid the deductible.The auto body manager was very pleasant to deal with. I picked up my repaired vehicle this morning and they did a beautiful job and completed my claim. It s like a brand new vehicle again.Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Dan and the collision center team enough for the work they did on my Toyota. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer on the highway in late September and had a decent amount of damage to the front of my vehicle. About a month of suffering with a rental but my car looks brand new like nothing even happened! Whenever I called for an update I either got a personal call or email back from Dan same day with any updates or answers to my questions. I highly recommend Betley for any collision services

Steve from Betley's was awesome. Great to deal with. Right up front, I knew I was dealing with a straight forward and knowledgeable sales person. Now I know why my brother in law has been dealing with him for many years. I went to other dealerships and they did not want a customer for life, they wanted a sale. Betley's is different in a great way. Stop by and see for yourself. As I did.

Bought my used 2021 Explorer ST from this dealership. Brian was simply outstanding. One of the most, if not THE most, personable salesperson I ve dealt with in my car-buying experience and I ve dealt with a number of great sales people. I thought that pricing was fair for both the new (to me) car and my trade. I was impressed that this dealer, unlike so many others, wasn t adding to MSRP for their new cars because of the new vehicle shortage. Great transaction and experience all the way around.

This dealership is not honest and doesn t care about their customer. They rather not sell a car to a loyal customer to keep the car for their employees, owner doesn t even respond to email that is very concerning. These people or not to be trusted, I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Bought brand new that had best deal with some extra accessories which was awesome deal. Bummer i couldnt take it home the day of when it was ready but im still happy with it. Smooth sailing with the saleman and was on top of everything and ready to go.

Had some body work done from their body shop after an accident. They did a great job! Very good communication and got it done quick. It looked like they had the cab of the van detailed it was so clean when they were done. Great job guys! I highly recommend them.

Brian is quick to respond to inquiries, but getting me in within minutes of my call (due to some last minute cancelations) made it a swift and thorough experience to not only check and fix the screw in my tire, but deal with the oil change too.What's clear to me is the technicians are experienced and the fact they have been there for a while says something right about management, I hope. I had just been to a tire store the week before and the surly attitude of the young technician was in stark contrast to the comfortable confidence of folks at Betley who know their jobs but still treat people with respect and courtesy.

I have been ordering my vehicles to spec for years and had a gentlemen that recommend this dealership. I met with Steve who was my salesman and went over my order in detail. The best thing about Steve was his honesty throughout the whole process. It was challenging at times being in the post COVID world and trying to get a new truck built and delivered. I had an expectation of picking up my truck upon my return from wintering in the south and Steve delivered as promised. Everyone at the dealership could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them if you are purchasing a new vehicle.

I met with Steve Ricker on a Saturday morning to take the truck for a test drive. He was very professional and understanding of what I was looking for in a truck. I left to test drive the other major brands over the weekend and decide to work with him. I called Monday morning and told I wanted the truck. We did everything over the phone and picked up the truck Tuesday afternoon. I appreciated working with him and will be highly recommending him to everybody.

Steve was beyond helpful when purchasing a vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable in the decisions we were making. Steve had every option ready to go. If you need honest service with no run around, you need to consider Betley. They serviced my 13 yr old Chevy until the day I totalled it. They never screwed me. I bought new thru them and enjoyed a trouble free experience. They looked out for me like I was family and truly offered me all my best options. They are worth the time to check them out.

I had called 3 times for the service department and left a voice mail each time with no return call over a 4 day period. I then book a service appointment online through their website. I got a confirmation email and 3 texts over the 2 weeks before my appointment but when I arrived, there was nothing in their system about it. Turns out there is a glitch with online scheduling.They apologized and still honored my time slot for the service.

After I called to check on when the chip was going to be at your dealership, we were told it would take a week from when we called, it was almost three weeks from that call, seems our initial call and paper work got lost. Once we were able to get an appointment to have the chip put in, things went very smoothly. The car was done with in a couple of hours. Happy with the work done. Service department was very friendly. Now have my heated seats!
