Just want to give a shout out and thank you to the gentlemen that helped me this morning. Thursday (4/4). Was removing the snow off of my truck after the snow storm and my windshield wiper snapped off. I'm 36 weeks pregnant, too short to reach it myself, my husband was away plowing for work and I needed to be at work later today. Headed to auto zone and in under 10 minutes, I had new wipers and they were installed for me. Thanks for such speedy help!

Great experience with Anthony B. He was super knowledgeable walked me through the store to help find what I needed. He showed me on the computer what my car will need and went above and beyond to print out all the parts I need. Great employee and great customer service!

Worst customer service experience yet I have spent thousands in that store. George needs corrective action. I train and manage many incumbents. I cannot write nearly everything I have written down about this experience. He scratched my new Lexus after I had asked him three separate times to take the windshield wipers off my paint and not to rub the paint on my Lexus that I just bought. Someone needs to call me I expect upper management please

Mr. Mike (Vet, husband, and proud dad of 2) is one of the nicest, most charitable men we've ever met. We will not go to any other Auto Zone in the area thanks to this kind man. God bless you, Mike, for making a difference in the world.

Went here to purchase a battery and had exceptional service from Chris L. He hooked a meter up to my car and informed me that the alternator was bad not the battery. I 100% recommend this location. The other store I went to just quoted me expensive batteries that would have just been a waste of time and Money

Online said this location had the breaks and rotors I needed online ($143) and then when I arrived, they actually don t have it in stock. Then when I asked if the store could order them I simply told no.the best they could do for parts would be over $200. I understand this might not be the staffs fault but they definitely weren t helpful for the situation.

After many years of shopping here for all my auto parts needs I will no longer. They never have the all of filters I need in stock, and after changing the oil on my two vehicles both times I went to drop the waste oil they grilled me like I was trying to pawn off bad stuff in my oil. The second vehicle they refused it all together and told me to go to the local orileys to dump it. I told them I was going to leave it to which they threatened law enforcement action. After one of the staff getting loud and being hostile I snapped at them and left. I took my oil over to orileys and explained the situation. They took it without a fight and now have my future business. My suggestion is to stay away from this branch if you love autozone.

I am pretty hopeless dealing w/my car. My headlight went out and I needed to install a new bulb. I went to AutoZone in Hudson and Scott helped me to find the right bulb. When I confessed my lack of confidence in installing the bulb he cheerily offered to check it out and install for me - showing me the procedure so I can change it the next time. I was very pleased w/the service.

Updated review *Since my last visit a year ago I stayed clear of this auto zone. This morning I needed windshield fluid desperately so I stopped in against my vow to never again. I'm glad I did ! They have done a 180. Pleasant friendly staff..organized store...clean and welcoming. Nicely done.[ 12 months ago]Why are the employees so angry here? Holy Christmas, the attitude from the staff is disgusting

Our battery was dead. I spoke with Kyle and he said bring in the car and he'd test it before selling us a battery. I also explained that the current battery only lasted 30 months and asked what he could do. My wife went to the store, said his customer service was great and after testing the battery, noted we needed a new one. He also gave his advice on a couple of other issues that she asked about. She doesn't like this type of thing but said he spoke with her as an equal, didn't try to force any sales on her, and she left very happy. He handled the issue with the defective battery and installed the new one. Excellent customer service! We'll check this store out again because of Kyle.

Chris L was literally the Hall to my Oates on this early Sunday afternoon. He was quick to help my get some bulbs for my burnt out headlight. Gave me some helpful tips to install them (like wearing gloves because the oil on your hands can burn the bulb faster!). He was so kind and made the experience easier as I have zero knowledge on cars. He suggested the two pack as it s cheaper and my other headlight will most likely be going out soon, too! Fabulous experience.

I usually am an easy going guy and can deal with a lot before I feel negatively about an establishment, but this autozone is by far the worst one I ve been to in all my years being a car fanatic. I asked if they sold a Haynes manual for my car, mind you the manuals were behind the counter about 10 to 15 feet away and his response was Why don t you take a look yourself? I wasn t about to climb over the counter so I responded with I can t really see them can you help me find the right one? In which he just stood there and didn t help me. I then asked for brakes for my car and asked if they had ceramic. They barely responded to me. On top of that I told them I had my $20 dollar bonus on my card (which they confirmed) and they didn t even include that discount in my order which was at this point 100 dollars. After that experience I would think it was just them having a bad day. NOPE. I returned the rear brakes a few days later which weren t opened and they again treated me very rudely. So much so I almost forgot my refund because of how furious I was. When I came back to the counter he told me that it was obviously common sense when I nearly forgot my money instead of understanding my frustration in how they were treating me. Overall. Will NEVER go to this location again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs. By the way I work in the auto industry and know how customers SHOULD be treated. Disappointed.

Very helpful service - Leanne was terrific. Took the time to show me exact product options that fit my need for interior detail and vinyl restoration. Clean store, neat shelving and inventory display with lots of choices. Would highly recommend!

Chris L. was very helpful when I came to get my bulbs for my car. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the bulbs along with an extra tip for helping to preserve the life of the bulbs. Very nice and would recommend for anyone looking for car parts or assistance.

Chris was very helpful and I got my part quickly. However their touchless tap to pay here on their electronica check out doesn t work. Appears at AutoZone can t get in touch with paid actually work maybe a couple of low read reviews will open their eyes to fix their technology.

The employees here are always willing to help. I came in only for gear oil and a manager in training (whom I cant remember his name) was extremely friendly and was able to find out of I had selected the right light for my dome light. I always come here for my car part needs

My expectations were exceeded! Thank you for the outstanding customer service I received today at AutoZone in Derry NH. Prior to my visit today I did not have an auto parts store preference in Derry NH. But the positive experience with AutoZone and the manager John today has earned my loyalty.

The staff at this location were a big help. I have a battery in my SUV that needed be tested because it periodically dies and I was uncertain of whether it was the battery, alternator, or both that needed replacement. They tested both for free and advised me that the alternator was fine, but the battery was bad. AWESOME Customer Service!! Thanks!!
