First time customer-lifetime customer. Service tech knowledgeable and explained everything clearly on the repairs. Customer service excellent. Would recommend this place to everyone. Also completed all the repairs on my vehicle in 1 day. Amazing!! Thank you gentlemen.

Had a great experience at Auto Care Plus! Previously brought my car to another shop where I had been going for years, until I had problems with my car right after my inspection and oil change. Needless to say from there on there was minimal transparency. I took a risk with Auto Care Plus and they were nothing but amazing! Very thorough, and honest. Reasonable price. Cooper was awesome!

Went there for a set of tires to be mounted and balanced. I purchased the tires online and searched for a place to have them installed. Many tire places won't install tires that are not purchased through them.The tires I purchased are large truck tires that local shops wanted to charge about $150 more per tire than I paid and I got free delivery.Auto Care Plus removed the old tires, mounted and balanced the new tires, and disposed the old tires installed for a very reasonable price.The shop took about 1 hour or so to complete the job. I waited in the lobby and used their free wifi to get some work done.The tires are well balanced with no signs of vibration at any speed.Great service at a reasonable price

If you're thinking of going here, DON'T. I should report them to the state inspection board. They failed my 2019 jeep with only 44,000 miles on it for a crack in the lower left control arm, AND because my windshield wipers had a slight streak in them... mind you, they didn't even enter the cracked control arm into the state system, but hand wrote it on my inspection summary. They wanted to charge ~$1,000 to replace the part and the technician also noted to me multiple times that he was very excited to see this needed to be replaced as he has to replace his ex wives control arm EVERY YEAR, really selling his case here. They wanted $773 for the part + labor (I found the part directly from jeep for $100 less then what they told me), $119 for an alignment, and $20 for materials (???). Seemed a bit off to me, so I got a second opinion at a different place and what do you know... absolutely no crack in my control arm and my car passed inspection with no concerns. Do not go here, and if you do, get a second opinion before getting work done.

I'm a repeat customer, this time I Brought my car in for new brakes. I always feel as though the team has my best interest in mind notifying me of any additional issues that need to be addressed. Making sure I get any discount offered and of course my senior citizen discount.

I brought my car into the new Londonderry location today for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. First, the place looks great. Second, I was greeted promptly by very attentive, friendly staff. Kevin came out to take my car around. He was personable, professional and worked efficiently to get my daughter and I in and out of there in less time than expected. When he pulled the car up, he explained what was done and didn t even try to weasel more money out of me which typically happens to me at the dealership. This is my new go-to place for car needs. I recommend you go there too.

I have done business with Auto Care Plus for the last four years. Their Customer Service is Excellent, Follow-up Communications are great, and they attach images showing the condition of the parts needing replacement. A good place to trust for good service at a fair price

Ok first of all, Pete at Auto Care Plus in Derry might be one of the coolest people I've ever met. So professional, thorough, kind, funny and consistent. From speaking to him on the phone to dropping off and picking up my car, Pete made the entire experience more than just a transaction. It was a phenomenal experience and I don't think I've ever been so apathetic to spending over $2000 because of it. The communication is fluid and detailed both via phone, email and in person. Here you know exactly what they're recommending and why even providing "proof" with pictures and exact measurements. It's tough to find a truly honest business these days that cares not only about new business but about maintaining loyal relationships. I highly recommend their services for your autocare needs. Very happy with service! Usually I just get my inspections done here, but decided to have them price out a repair. Very happy with price (compared to the Audi dealership). Now that my car is past warranty I hope to continue to use you for any other service that comes up. I would give this team a 10 if I could! Mike, Pete, and Cooper have been working on my civic for 3 months to fix an issue and they were amazing! I never feel pressured or put on the spot at routine appts either, if you are looking for a new place for service on your vehicle, 100% Autocare Plus in derry is the best!

I just had my 100k service on my truck, Cooper and the rest of the staff were very helpful with explaining what was required without trying to push additional services. Mike MacKenzie always gets my car in for service quickly and when it best fits my schedule. Service is ALWAYS done right the first time! Price was off the charts. $120 to mount and balance 4 tires on wheels that had been totally refinished, of the $120 was a charge for 3 wheel weights $16.80 wow!! Been going there for a few years and always was treated fairly, and I have suggested their facility many times. No more!!! Towed in when engine wouldn't start. Battery had died. They did diagnostics and also found a bad spark coil. With over 120,000 miles on the car we agreed on replacing all coils and spark plugs. From the beginning the experience was great. Easy, informative and friendly. They managed to squeeze me in and their work was thorough and affordable. First time using Auto Care Plus and I was very impressed with their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to me. My car was left in clean condition AND my seat and car stereo was left untouched! LOL That is a first, 5 stars for that alone. Such a friendly and experienced crew! Took care of all the needs my truck had, took pictures of the work before and after. They have one of the most amazing notification systems for any service center I have ever seen that keeps track of everything and sends copy via email and text. I m on vacation and was hoping they could diagnose the problem ~ they did and repaired it while I enjoyed their provided Diet Coke. Repair took longer than they quoted ~ they had to search for the part. In the end, no longer unsafe to drive. A bit pricier than Vermont but soo grateful for their service! Got me right in and out. Took about an hour for oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement. Very courteous service, clean and well lit waiting room with refreshments and magazines and free wifi. I bought the 4 pk full synthetic oil change with tire rotation for $200. It doesn't expire and I can let friends use it if I want. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the small local shops in your area.I've tried them 2 times now and both were not good experiences.First time I got a laughable price quote for a gasoline canister on a older lexus.Then I decided to try them again as it is close to my house and convenient. Needed an inspection and to diagnose a delayed start.On the inspection they failed for.1 license plate light out... that's fairFront and back pads and rotors that were just over 2 years Olds for rust and some wearing on pads. I replaced myself. One pad out of all 8 was questionable... okAnd for slightly Glazed headlights, Honestly they were not that bad.... questions though what do you do to determine how glazed they are? Is there a gauge or tool you use...no, you just want to sell a service.Lastly as far as the delayed start. I spent about $150 getting it diagnosed and was told that 'its likely the fuel pump assembly' so spent $350 on new one; didn't dair ask them how much it would be for them to do and spent an hour or so replacing plus the time ordering and picking up. We'll, that didn't work... turns out I just needed a new battery. The most basic of repair.I wonder if I had them do the pump and it didn't work, what else would they unnecessarily change and charge me for in the fuel system before they realized it had nothing to do with fuel.
