Rich helped us out of a real jam when our catalytic converter was stolen in the mountains. He helped get us parts quickly and for a reasonable price (despite the fact that the parts were really hard to come by). TSS owner Rich is truly a Subaru expert, takes pride in his work, and has good prices. After our 2011 Outback suffered an engine failure due to dropped valves, Rich did a great job with the repair and car is running perfect. Nice to have a dedicated mechanic that goes the extra mile...Highly recommended!

Really like these guys. They've been there for me when I needed routine maintenance, making it happen on my schedule, as well as helping me plan improvements and repairs. I've been seeing TSS for the past 2 years, since moving up into the North Country, and they've done me right. Super easy to work with very easy to schedule and communication is a breeze. They're available via phone dropped into an area and actually really responsive via Facebook messenger. Thanks for all that you do rich your guys are great and you're pretty cool too.

I've owned second (or third ) hand Subarus for more than 30 years and TSS is the best mechanic of all. He's superb at diagnosing the problem, explaining what needs to be done. He will give you solutions for the short term and the long haul. And his prices are really fair.

We've been bringing our car to Rich for the past year and it is such a relief to have a mechanic we trust completely. He is thorough and communicates well with us. He has even checked in with us after work had been done to see how it was!

What can I say. It s nice to find a trustworthy mechanic close to my home. Rich is a great guy who has been so good to me. So far he has exceeded my expectations and I m so pleased to have a mechanic I can trust!

Rich runs a dedicated shop willing to tackle any subaru, trusted diagnoses and the willingness to handle even the more complex mechanical work are why I switched to TSS... Highly recommend

The owner was not truthful by any means I feel that I was being jerked around instead of being told the truth. The owner also failed to call me back to inform me of anything. I much rather do business with a person that is straightforward and if they can't find the information that is being quiet about what least have the audacity to admit that they don't know.

Richard Collins and his guys have assisted me more than once when my old car was broken down on the side of the road. Repairs were timely and my bill was more reasonable than any other repairs I have had done elsewhere.

Factory certified Subaru master mechanic services at non dealer rates. State inspection $40, replaced leaking power steering line for $160 incl parts. Fast and thorough work.
