I will definitely be recommending my family & friends for their purchasing needs for off road/Snowmobile. Ed the salesman I dealt with, & John the finance manager were awesome. It was a laid back no hassle experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Also, cant forget the accessories / parts expert who was also very helpful!! Everyone was awesome. Profile Powersports is awesome, and i will be returning back to do more business with them.

E-mailed this dealer inquiring about implements, surprisingly a response within a day. Ed responded with prices and availability. When I was finally able to purchase the parts Ed was straight forward and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need or want. It s not often I recommend a dealer, but I would work with Ed again on the future.

I went in to look at a 4 wheeler and a dirt bike for my grandson. The service was beyond what I expected. My sales associate Edward was so patient with my grandson and myself. Thank you John in finance and Craig for helping get them loaded. After shopping price, I realized Profile powersports not only had great prices but if their service departement is anything like their sales we will be in great hands. We purchased both. Thank you!!

We purchased a 2022 Canam Maverick XX3 on the first day of the Jericho, NH event. Edward was great. He made the trade-in and buying process simple. No harassing you, very knowledgeable, and personable. The parts manager was also great. We still will be back for some Canam attire!

Love the crew at Profile Powersports. Great place for everything from a tractor to a generator and can even register your snowmobiles! The salesman with the accent, I believe his name was Edwin, was very nice.

Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain my different opinions, even though his lunch was getting cold. We didn't feel rushed or like we were bothering him.They pack a lot into this place from snowmobiles to farm tractors they got it.

I had my snowmobile repaired at Profile Powersports. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. Despite some backorder issues, they were able to work with me and get the sled repaired as quick as possible. Overall, a great positive experience with great, professional staff. The shop is also well stocked with equipment, parts, and lots of merchandise.

We bought a new Skidoo snowmobile. Ed was our salesman. We can't say enough good things about his great customer service. As a new rider, he was very patient and knowledgeable with us, explaining how to operate the machine and change the different options to fit the conditions. His love and knowledge of the sport is very impressive. Highly recommend Ed and Profile Powersports!

Brought my Maverick in for service, turns out it needed a new engine. The service manager Patrick went above and beyond and put in the time and Effort to work with my warranty company to get the repair covered with as little cost to me possible. Patrick was extremely informative and very attentive at keeping me updated every step of the way and was very flexible with paperwork as I live quiet far from there. Hands down best service I have had ever. I will be servicing and buying all my power sports from profile from now on.

Great people to do business with! Chris has been excellent to deal with. Other than a few parts glitches which were out of their control, everything has been a good experience.10/02/20 Update on current service to tractor. Just had tractor in for 200 hr service. Was told that it would be a one day turn around. It was! They did the service, found the reason and repaired a bucket roll issue, and picked up and delivered. Awesome job! Thanks to all at Profile! Was nice to see the improvement of the service area.

Due to Covid and a shortage of inventory in our home state of PA we were able to find the machine we wanted on Facebook marketplace and Edward was awesome. He gave us an out the door price and it was cheaper than the number we got in PA. We did all the paperwork online and it was super easy no pushy sales very knowledgeable staff and loved their delivery approach. Edward literally spent an hour with my son going over the entire machine and all the upgrades. Very impressed with the knowledge that they have of the product. Next machine we buy will be from profile for sure.

Amazing service. Can t thank the guys enough at Profile Powersports for getting me out of a big jam. Blew my rear motorcycle tire on the Kancamagus- living out of state with no transportation. Steve and the guys helped get me back on the road in no time helping me with the ordering of my tires and providing excellent service getting me back on the road for an absolute bargain of a price. These guys work hard to treat the customer right and their honesty goes a long way. If I was anywhere close in the area, I would go to these guys!

In response to the review below me, Rob Bellini. It's funny you left a review the way you did. I was behind you in line, I know this because you gave them your information when you dropped off a destroyed dirt bike rim. I heard the whole conversation. You were told by two different service employees that rim should be replaced and they would try and remove a bearing, but couldn't promise because it was badly seized. You declined and said just try and oh well if it's damaged. It's very disheartening to see you come bash a company who was honest and upfront with you. Not to mention they mounted another tire for free for you too, you left that part out. Your review is bogus, rude and uncalled for. It's keyboard warriors like you that destroy images of great people. I've been here about 5 times and they are quite honestly the best dealership I've been to on the east coast. I heard and watched it all, nice try on bashing a business, but I was right there. Don't let this Rob guy deter you, this place is top notch!

from the moment i called and talked to sales it was nothing but good things. Ed made the buying process easy and enjoyable. you can buy a snowmobile anywhere however you buy the dealer too. I am very happy with the way i have been treated here.

We were on a 2 weeks road trip from Canada. On Saturday of July 4th long weekend after going up the Mt Washington we had a clutch problem on one of the bikes, Patrick in Service took our call and looked at the bike even though it was last hour before closing, and they didn't even charge us!It was a big relief for us to get back on the road with peace of mind to continue on our road trip...Kudos to Profile Powersport

Sales staff were attentive without being overly aggressive. Helpful and engaging. Product lines available are quality with a variety of models in stock. Offering choices from 2, 3 or 4 wheels. One to four wheel drive and various other project equipment.Great to do business with.

We recently had our sleds worked on and everyone was so nice helpful! The mechanic even came out and showed me the old parts that he had to replace and explained everything to me so I could understand. I would recommend Profile Powersports to anyone.

I gave these guys three chances. Strike three your out.First time $700 to fix a radiator hose on my 2019 canam.Had them reattach a trim piece which fell off on my first ride after getting it "fixed" Charged me $60 for that. I reattached it myself in ten minutes and so far it's fine.Quoted me $500 to change the tires on my motorcycle. I would supply the tires.Try Apexx motorsports in Fryeburg Maine. Sorry profile. I'm sure you do alot of people right. Just not me unfortunately.

What an excellent group of guys. Went in to buy a new generator ( my geny died camping ) and everyone was spot on and super knowledgeable. Thanks for the awesome service gang and would highly recommend for your generator or power sports needs. You guys rock. Thanks for the help !!!!
